다차량 추종 적응순항제어 (Multi-Vehicle Tracking Adaptive Cruise Control)

  • A vehicle cruise control algorithm using an Interacting Multiple Model (IMM)-based Multi-Target Tracking (MTT) method has been presented in this paper. The vehicle cruise control algorithm consists of three parts; track estimator using IMM-Probabilistic Data Association Filter (PDAF), a primary target vehicle determination algorithm and a single-target adaptive cruise control algorithm. Three motion models; uniform motion, lane-change motion and acceleration motion. have been adopted to distinguish large lateral motions from longitudinal motions. The models have been validated using simulated and experimental data. The improvement in the state estimation performance when using three models is verified in target tracking simulations. The performance and safety benefits of a multi-model-based MTT-ACC system is investigated via simulations using real driving radar sensor data. These simulations show system response that is more realistic and reflective of actual human driving behavior.

AHP를 이용한 장애인고용의 효용성평가 연구 (A Study on The Utility Estimation about Employment of The Disabled)

  • It is expected that the change of industrial structure of Knowledge based economy, and service based economy would affect on economic life of physically-challenged person with no exceptions. There have been some former studies which have been misunderstood the employment of disabled due to the declining employment of the disabled and prejudice to the disabled based on biased perspective and public opinion. This study have analyzed the employment conditions of the ordinary workers and disabled workers out of those prejudices and biased opinions. Wage, economic activity ratio, age, educational background and industry those 5 parameters are brought for analyzing the two comparison group. Each parameter have compared based on the statistical data of ordinary workers and disabled workers for past 7 years. Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.

  • Price quotations for SOR / RFQ from OEM clients is a very important process in the automotive parts industry. However, OEM clients are demanding a price quote on short duration but it takes long delivery time due to sales, research and development, purchasing, production and cost management departments role and jobs focused on detail and responsibility. And to provide a reasonable alternative with eliminating the waste of non-value processes is to achieve OEM clients satisfaction through standardized and parallel processing, IT system based on the systems and processes of global benchmark companies.

  • Recently, autonomous vehicles have been studied actively. Autonomous vehicles can detect objects around them using their on board sensors, estimate collision probability and maneuver to avoid colliding with objects. Many algorithms are suggested to prevent collision avoidance. However there are limitations of complex and diverse environments because algorithm uses only the information of attached environmental sensors and mainly depends on TTC (time-to-Collision) parameter. In this paper, autonomous driving algorithm using I2V communication-based cooperative sensing information is developed to cope with complex and diverse environments through sensor fusion of objects information from infrastructure camera and object information from equipped sensors. The cooperative sensing based autonomous driving algorithm is implemented in autonomous shuttle bus and the proposed algorithm proved to be able to improve the autonomous navigation technology effectively.

  • 리튬 이온 배터리가 소형 모바일 기기, 전기 자동차, 에너지 저장장치 등에 상용화됨에 따라서 이의 충전 상태(SOC) 추정 및 셀, 모듈의 건전성(SOH)의 예측이 배터리 사용 기기의 관리 지표로 사용되고 있다. 리튬 이온 배터리는 여러 차례의 방전으로 노화되어 기기의 요구 부하를 공급가능한지 지표로 평가되어야 한다. 정확한 SOH 추정을 위해 리튬 이온 배터리의 방전 용량 실험이 주기적으로 진행되어야 하며, 이를 통해 오프라인 기반의 SOH 추정이 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 베이지안 회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 오프라인 SOH 추정을 진행하기 위해 방전 용량을 추정하였으며, 고출력 배터리인 18650 25R셀을 이용하여 방전 용량 추정 결과 방전 전류 1 C-rate에서 1%, 2 C-rate에서 2%의 추정 오차율을 나타냈다.

Seismic Capacity Required for the Safety Limit Design of High-rise RC Buildings under Long-period Ground Motions in Osaka, JAPAN and its Estimation Based on the Equivalent Linearization Method

  • In June 2016, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) in Japan delivered countermeasures against long-period ground motions caused by strong earthquakes along the Nankai trough. However, the countermeasures do not cover high-rise buildings equal to or shorter than 60 m in height, which do not require earthquake response analyses in the seismic design. Hence, in the present study, earthquake response analyses for such high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) buildings were performed under artificial ground motions assumed in the OS1 and OS2 regions to determine the base shear coefficients that satisfy a given safety demand. Furthermore, the results from the earthquake response analyses were estimated by the authors' proposed method based on the equivalent linearization method, showing good agreement and inspiring suggestions for more accurate and simplified estimations.

미끄럼 방지용 금속 그레이팅의 구조적 안정성 평가 (Structural Stability Estimation of Non-slip Steel Grating)

  • In this study, In order to prevent the safety accidents caused by the sliding, to develop the non-slip grating, the stability judgment based on the span length of the grating and the gap of the bearing bar is performed. The structural analysis of Grating was carried out in accordance with the provisions set out in Grating's load-bearing test conditions. As the span length increases, the deflection increases and the stress and span length tend to be proportional to each other. It was shown that the larger the span, the linear increase in stress and exponential increase in deformation of grating. The maximum stress of grating was approximately 58.2 MPa, indicating a very stable safety rate of about 4.3 compared to the yield strength of the grating material. Based on these results, it will be able to be utilized as the basic data for determining the optimal dimensions of non-slip grading by performing optimal designs in the future.

모델 예측 제어 기법을 이용한 토크벡터링과 후륜조향 통합 제어 (Integrated Control of Torque Vectoring and Rear Wheel Steering Using Model Predictive Control)

  • This paper describes an integrated control of torque vectoring and rear wheel steering using model predictive control. The control objective is to minimize the yaw rate and body side slip angle errors with chattering alleviation. The proposed model predictive controller is devised using a linear parameter-varying (LPV) vehicle model with real time estimation of the varying model parameters. The proposed controller has been investigated via computer simulations. In the simulation results, the performance of the proposed controller has been compared with uncontrolled cases. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the lateral stability and handling performance.

Public Building Value Evaluation Using Contingent Valuation Method Based on Market Value Estimation

  • Building deterioration reflects the degradation of basic building performance including structural performance, energy performance, durability, and safety, and it also includes perceived deterioration, which considers a user-based perspective. More than 50% of the existing buildings in Korea are over 15 years old and public buildings compose 2.5% of all buildings domestically. Therefore, there are several different problems, such as poor energy efficiency, structural performance, and safety. To address the challenges of increasing stock in deteriorated buildings, it is necessary to make decisions about reconstruction or renovation. In this study, we propose a new method to evaluate public building value with a contingent valuation method (CVM). By estimating willing-to-pay (WTP) from users of private buildings in similar situation with the public building, it is possible to compare market prices and calculate a correction factor to adjust the WTP data. Finally, we apply the correction factor to the WTP of a public building and estimate market price, willingness to pay (WTP). 화학사고 피해영향 범위의 합리적 산정방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Reasonable Estimation of Consequence of Chemical Release)

  • 불산 누출사고 발생 시 피해영향범위 예측을 수계산, 영향평가 시뮬레이션, CFD 시뮬레이션을 활용하여서 예측하고 실제 환경영향보고서와 비교·분석하였다. 수계산은 누출원모델과 확산모델을 활용하여서 계산하였으며 영향평가 시뮬레이션은 우리나라 환경부에서 제공하는 KORA, 미국 환경부의 ALOHA, 상용화 프로그램 중 비교적 널리 사용 중인 PHAST를 사용하였고, CFD 시뮬레이션은 STAR-CMM+ 프로그램을 활용하였다. 사용자 입장에서 편리성, 신속성, 수용성, 경제성 등을 고려할 때 불산 누출사고 영향예측에 가장 적절하게 사용할 수 있는 프로그램은 ALOHA와 KORA 이었다. 아울러, 본 연구결과는 정부의 정책개발과 기업의 안전부서에서 피해영향범위 프레임워크를 선정하고 불필요한 규제, 불필요한 안전투자를 최적화하여 정부 또는 기업의 제한된 자원을 효율적으로 활용하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
