Purpose: This study was undertaken to present an effective plan for the development of an educational program and a strategy to promote patient safety management activities for nursing students by identifying factors that affect these activities based on the theory of planned behavior. Methods: A self-report questionnaire was distributed to 300 nursing students who had clinical practice experience at three nursing colleges in Daejeon, Gyeongbuk, and Jeonbuk. The significance of the model fit, and the path effect was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Results: The hypothetical model for patient safety management activities was appropriate. Among the 5 pathways, 4 were significant. It was found that behavioral intention had a direct influence on patient safety management activities, and perceived behavioral control and attitude had an influence on behavioral intention. Conclusion: To strengthen the perceived behavioral control of nursing students' patient safety management activities, it is necessary to analyze and remove obstacles and provide education that reflects the characteristics of the subject's health problems. In addition, through self-directed learning involving simulation practice, nursing students should be exposed to patient safety accidents, so that they can recognize the risks early and solve problems through critical thinking while bringing about the necessary changes in their attitude.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify and analyze organizational commitment, patient safety culture, and patient safety nursing activities on patient safety in public hospitals. Methods: The data were collected from 190 nurses in 6 public hospitals within the Gyeonggi region and were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 for descriptive statistics and multiple regression. Results: Patient safety nursing activity was positively correlated with the number of participants in patient safety training programs, organizational commitment, and patient safety culture awareness. Patient safety culture awareness was positively correlated with the number of participants in patient safety training programs and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment was positively correlated with age and total work experience. Factors affecting patient safety activities, frequency of patient safety training, and patient safety culture awareness were significant influencing factors with an explanatory power of 30.1%. Conclusion: In order to increase patient safety nursing activities in public hospitals, systematic patient safety training policies are required. In addition, diverse interventions are required to increase organizational commitment.

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사를 대상으로 환자안전문화에 대한 인식과 안전간호활동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 변인을 규명하기 위함이다. D시와 G시에 위치한 종합병원의 간호사 178명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는2015년 6월 20일부터 7월 30일까지 수집하였으며, Kim 등이 수정 보완 한 환자안전문화에 대한 인식과 Lee가 개발한 안전간호활동을 연구도구로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients와 단계적 중다회귀분석하였다. 환자안전문화에 대한 인식은 환자안전간호활동과 양의 상관관계가 있었다(r=.407, p<.001) 본 연구 결과 대상자의 병원 근무 환경은 안전간호활동에 43.3%의 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 병원간호사의 안전간호활동에 병원근무환경이 가장 중요한 변인으로 볼수 있다. 안전간호의 질 향상을 위하여 환자안전문화에 대한 인식을 높일 수 있는 구체적인 방안과 안전간호 지침이 필요하다.

This study was designed to analyse the performance and the mechanisms of workers' participation and communications in industrial accident prevention activities leading to the reduction of industrial accidents. This study also aimed to find out the causal relationship influencing the promotion of prevention activities of industrial accidents. Of the manufacturing businesses with more than 5 workers as the population of the survey, a questionnaire was conducted with 2,500 workspaces chosen by stratified sampling. Out of 2500 workspaces, 971 workspaces equipped with industrial safety and health committee were analysed in this study. According to the results of this study, the primary influential factors on safety activities were the management of industrial accidents and the cooperations between supervisors and workers on site. The secondary influential factor was the establishment of industrial safety and health committee. Regarding the effectiveness of industrial accident reduction, -0.01 was shown by workplace safety activities by themselves and -0.09 was shown by participation and communications through indirect safety activities. This indicated workers' participation and communications play an important role in the reduction of industrial accidents. By discovering the clue to the mechanism of the workers' participation and communications, this study is expected to stimulate the reduction of industrial accidents by emphasizing the importance of workers' participation and communications in resolving the safety and health problem in the workplaces.

본 연구는 입원환자를 대상으로 환자안전인식과 환자안전활동 수행 간의 관계를 확인하고 환자안전인식과 환자안전활동 수행을 증진시키기 위한 중재 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 제공하고자 수행하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 D광역시 일 상급종합병원에 입원한 성인 환자 103명이었다. 자료수집은 2021년 2월 22일부터 3월 12일까지 이루어졌고, 환자안전인식과 환자안전활동 수행을 측정하기 위한 구조화된 설문지를 사용하였다. 입원환자의 환자안전인식은 5점 만점에 4.22±0.52점, 환자안전활동 수행은 4점 만점에 3.35±0.48점이었다. 환자안전인식은 환자안전교육 경험과 유의한 차이가 있었고(t=4.85, p<.001), 환자안전활동 수행은 결혼상태(t=2.75, p=.007), 환자안전교육 경험(t=3.88, p<.001)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 환자안전인식과 환자안전활동 수행은 유의한 상관관계가 있었다(r=.59, p<.001). 본 연구의 결과를 통해 임상에서 적용 가능한 입원환자의 환자안전인식과 환자안전활동 수행 증진을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 시스템적으로 적용함으로써, 환자안전문화 향상을 도모할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 환자안전관리활동에 환자안전문화인식과 조직몰입이 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 시도되었다. 자료는 2017년 8월 2일부터 8월 16일까지 종합병원 간호사 191명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집하였고, SPSS WIN Version 22.0을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 종합병원 간호사의 환자안전관리활동은 환자안 전문화인식과 조직몰입과는 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 환자안전관리활동의 영향요인은 환자안전문화인식, 조직몰입 및 환자안전교육 경험으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 33.3%였다. 따라서, 종합병원 간호사의 환자안전관리 활동을 증진시키기 위해서는 환자안전문화인식, 조직몰입 및 환자안전교육을 고려하여 중재프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.

본 연구는 간호 간병 통합서비스 병동에 근무하는 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 안전통제감과 환자안전관리 활동의 관련성을 파악하고, 직무 스트레스가 안전통제감과 환자안전관리 활동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2019년 3월 11일부터 4월 17일까지 4개 종합병원의 간호 간병 통합서비스 병동에 1년 이상 근무한 간호사 137명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 직무 스트레스는 안전통제감, 환자안전관리 활동과 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무 스트레스는 안전통제감과 환자안전관리 활동에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호 간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사의 안전통제감과 환자안전관리 활동을 증진시키기 위해 직무 스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 근무환경 개선이 요구되며, 간호 간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무 스트레스 관리를 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 최근 안전을 중시하는 사회적 분위기 속에서 건설업체의 안전경영활동과 조직구성원의 안전의식이 실질적으로 안전행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. '안전경영'에 대한 개인과 기업들의 인식이 바뀌고 있다. 산업현장에서 안전에 대한 물질적, 의식적 투자가 무의미한 비용이 아니라, 기업 경쟁력을 높이는데 꼭 필요한 요소라는 인식이 확산되고 있다. 최고경영자들은 일선 현장을 찾아 경영의 최우선 가치로 안전경영을 내세우고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 산업현장의 근로자들로부터 받은 설문지 300부를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기업(건설업체)의 안전경영활동, 근로자의 안전의식은 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직신뢰가 근로자의 안전행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업(건설업체)의 안전경영활동, 근로자의 안전의식은 안전행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업(건설업체)의 안전경영활동과 안전행동, 근로자의 안적의식과 안전행동에 조직신뢰의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 보면 기업(건설업체)의 안전경영활동과 개인의 안적의식이 안전행동 간에 영향을 미치는 것이 확실하므로 기업(건설업체)의 안전에 대한 투자 등의 경영활동을 지속적으로 이어나가야 한다.

In this paper, we conduct a study on the design that can secure the safety of the EPLA system by performing safety activities based on the ISO 26262 standard for vehicle functional safety. In the case of a company developing a detailed system, it is responsible for verification through hardware design and safety analysis in the overall flow of safety activities, and safety analysis according to the ASIL safety level must be properly performed. At this time, there are cases where the safety goal quantitative metric value suggested by the ISO 26262 standard cannot be satisfied only by the hardware design of the basic function, so it is necessary to design and install the safety mechanism. Based on ISO 26262 safety activities, it is possible to derive an effective design plan through hardware safety analysis.

환자 안전사고는 환자의 생명과 직결되고 의료서비스 질을 저하시키기 때문에 환자안전관리활동은 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3개 지역 병원 간호사 134명을 대상으로 환자안전문화인식과 환자안전역량 및 환자안전관리활동을 조사하고 이에 따라 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 분석결과 환자안전문화 식은 평균 4.25/5점, 환자안전역량은 평균 4.37/5점, 환자안전관리 활동 정도는 평균 4.26/5점이었으며, 환자안전문화인식과 환자안전역량(r=.765, p<.001), 환자안전역량과 환자안전관리활동(r=.837, p<.001) 및 환자안전역량과 환자안전문화인식(r=.728, p<.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 환자안전역량(β=.582, p<.001), 환자안전문화인식(β=.3632, p<.001), 직위(β=-.132, p=.009) 순이었다. 환자안전을 위해서는 간호사의 환자안전역량을 강화하고 병원조직 차원에서 체계적인 교육과 지속적인 환자안전관리활동에 대한 평가가 필요하다.
