This study provides analytical evaluation of the Dual-Ann Work Module. The current hydraulic system was modeled using the HyPneu and analyzed to find the cause of the instability. The cause of the instability was determined to be primarily an interacting involving the pilot operated check valves and the counterbalance valves for fail safe mode of operation. A new design concept was developed to eliminate the potential for unstable operation while adequately meeting the need for a fail-safe feature.

최근에 음성인식 및 음성합성 기술의 발달로 음성을 이용한 정보안내시스템이 다양한 분야에서 개발되어 활용되고 있다. 선박에서도 선교업무의 피로도를 감소시키고, 비상상황시 효과적인 대처를 위해 항행정보안내시스템의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 그러나 음성을 이용한 선박의 정보안내시스템은 목표와는 달리 큰 호응을 얻지 못하고 있다. 주된 이유는 기능 및 인터페이스의 설계가 개발자 위주로 시작되었기 때문에, 사용과정이 복잡하여 실제 항해사가 사용하는데 망설인다는 점이다. 둘째로는 음성인식률이 사람에 따라, 혹은 환경에 따라 변하기 때문에, 시스템의 안정성이 떨어진다는 점이다. 이런 이유로 인해, 현재 IBS에서는 비상상황시 음성경보기능이 활용되고 있을 뿐이다 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하고, 음성기술을 안전운항에 적극적으로 활용하기 위하여, 사용자 중심의 시스템을 설계하였다. 우선, 실제 항해사와의 면담의 피드백과정을 통해 음성을 이용한 항행정보안내시스템의 요구기능을 결정하였다 그리고 음성인식이 사용자에 독립적이며, 안정적인 음성인식엔진을 적용하였다. 여기서, 음성지령과정을 단순화하기 위해 확인과정을 자동화하였고, 음성인식상의 오류는 자동수정기능으로 보완하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 음성을 이용한 시뮬레이터 기반 항행정보안내시스템은 항해사의 실시간 선박 운항 시뮬레이션을 통해 운용성능을 시험하였다.

본 본문은 NOMS 와 CMOS 집적회로에서 발생 가능한 물리적 결점에 의한 결함에 대해서 Fail-safe 시스템에서 사용할 목적이며, 첫 번째 VLSI 회로 상에서 다양한 물리적 결점을 반영할 수 있는 PLA에 대한 결함 모델을 제시한다. PLA에 근거한 설계 이유는 VLSI칩에서의 물리적 결점을 세부적으로 분식하는 것이 너무 복잡하기 때문이다. 두 번째 본문에서는 2단 AND-OR 또는 NOR-NOR 회로로 구현한 설계가 최적의 크기를 갖는다는 것을 보여준다. 또한 NOR-NOR PLA로 구현한 비교기가 제시한 단일 결함 모델에 대해서 자체시험성을 갖는다는 것을 증명한다. 최종적으로 Fail-safe 가산기에 대해 빌딩블럭으로 자체시험 비교기의 적용을 논한다.

In the present paper, the analysis is on the safe navigation between ships moving each other in restricted waterways under the external force, such as wind or current The numerical simulation of manoeuvring motion was carried out to propose an appropriate safe speed and distance between ships, which is required to avoid marine disasters from the viewpoint of marine safety. From the inspection q this investigation, it indicates the following result In case of proximal navigation between ships under the wind and current, the low-speed vessel is potentially hazardous because the rudder force if low-speed vessel needed for steady-state course-keeping is not sufficient, compared to the high-speed vessel The manoeuvring characteristic based on this investigation will be very useful for keeping the safety of navigation from the practical point of ships design and traffic control in restricted waterways.

Purpose: The present study explored the effects of education for safe handling of cytotoxic drugs on knowledge and practice in nurses. Method: Data were collected using a single group with pre and posttest design from 59 nurses at medical and surgical wards in C university hospital from April to June 2005. Questionnaires on the knowledge and practice of the guidelines for safe handling of cytotoxic drugs were asked to complete before and after the education. Result: The education improved nurses' knowledge and practice of the guidelines for safe handling of cytotoxic drugs. The knowledge and practice had a significant positive correlation. Conclusion: These findings show that the education for safe handling of cytotoxic drugs improved the knowledge and practice of nurses. As the knowledge of the guidelines for safe handling of cytotoxic drugs makes a positive association with the practice, it is thought to be required to enhance the education program for nurses.

In this paper, we design a hybrid controller for a safe lane change maneuver in automated highway systems(AHS). The proposed hybrid controller consists of a supervisor which controls the behaviors of discrete-event dynamic systems, and a regulator which controls the operations of continuous-variable dynamic systems. The supervisor determines whether the system starts a maneuver or not, via a condition for a safety, and gives orders to the regulator for performing the maneuvers. And the regulator tracks the planned path generated in the supervisor. The conditions for a safe lane change maneuver are proposed using the velocity, the acceleration, and geometrical relationship of vehicles.

Purpose: In this study, the detailed implementation plan for product safety evaluation and management suggested by KS A ISO 10377 to reduce the risk of harm to consumers and users is presented so that companies can strategically implement it. Methods: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the upper elements and detailed execution plans shown in KS A 10377 are classified into hierarchies and set as a decision hierarchy. A pairwise comparison is performed to derive it. Results: Among the top factors, 'design safety (D)' was the most important factor, with 0.314. Therefore, ensuring safety in the design stage that can prevent defects in advance is the most important action plan for companies to supply safe products. Conclusion: The results of this study, it is intended to help companies and related organizations more easily understand and continuously apply KS A ISO 10377.

이 연구의 목적은 자전거 이용과 관련하여 주변의 환경요소를 고려한 안전하고 편리한 자전거 도로 설계 개선 및 정보제공방안에 대하여 연구하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 기존 자전거 도로 설계 및 시공사례 분석을 통하여 현장여건을 반영한 자전거 도로 설계 방안을 수립하고 자전거 도로의 유형별 교통사고 유형 분석, 현황측량, 현지조사 등을 통하여 안전하고 편리한 자전거 도로 건설을 위한 자전거 도로의 유형별 최적 설계방안을 제시하였다. 안전한 자전거 도로 설계를 위해서는 주변환경 요소를 고려한 제원, 폭원, 곡선반경, 오르막차로 등에 대한 자전거 도로 최적설계와 안전표지 안전시설 분리시설 설치를 통하여 교통수단별 이용자간의 통행분리가 이루어져야 함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 안전한 자전거 도로 설계를 위해서는 최소한의 자전거 이용자의 주행 공간 및 자전거 도로 간의 연결성이 확보되어야 하며 자전거 이용자의 활성화를 위해서는 경사, 노선정보, 편의시설위치, 대중교통 연계정보 등 자전거도 도로의 안전 및 편의관련정보를 제공하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

As number of old and handicapped passengers is increasing in an aging society, it is becoming more and more important to provide safe and convenient subway interior design and direction. In this research, we study basic indispensable conditions for subway chair and propose a chair design direction for old and handicapped people considering their use. In this study, we elicit the rational result based on analysis of Seoul subway design direction. This study should be expanded into universal design for not only old people but also pregnant people and children. The chair for old people is needed to have side partitions and a safety bar for safe walking and to be made of soft materials which has some cushion.
