최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 학계나 실무계에서 많은 주목을 받고 있으며, 공공기관에서도 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하고 있는 추세에 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 장 단점을 모두 가지고 있지만 지속적으로 발전하고 있으며, 기업들은 클라우드 기반의 정보시스템을 도입하기 위한 다양한 솔루션들을 활용하고 있다. 따라서 기업에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입을 위해 고려해야 할 요소들은 무엇이며, 어떻게 계획을 수립할 것인지는 시급한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 기업이 클라우드 컴퓨팅 채택 전략을 수립하기 위한 프레임 워크를 제시하는 것이다. 구체적으로, SWOT-AHP는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 실행하는 과정에서 강점-약점-기회-위협 요인을 파악하고, 전략 계획을 보다 효율적으로 수립 하는데 사용된다. 경영전략 이론에서 널리 알려져 있는 SWOT과 다기준의사결정기법 중 실무에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 AHP는 복잡하지 않고 적용이 쉽기 때문에 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 이용한다면 실무에서도 큰 어려움 없이 SWOT-AHP 프레임워크를 클라우드 컴퓨팅 전략수립에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Recently, Global Shale gas development has expanded, increasing shale gas production has transformed the energy market.As a result of the reduction of energy facilities, in order to overcome the management deterioration of domestic casting valve industry and enter the enlarged shale gas plant, tried to confirm the SWOT factor through the second questionnaire based on the questionnaire survey of related industry experts and previous studies. As a strength-strategy, presented three factors besides collaboration with domestic companies, suggested four factors including product development specialized in shale gas plant as a weakness complement. This study examines the concept and related technologies of the 4th industrial revolution that has been mixed so far and examines the socio-economic changes and influences resulting from it, and the cases of responding to the 4th industrial revolution in major countries. Based on this, by deriving SWOT factors and calculating the importance of each factor for Korean venture companies to prepare for the forth industrial revolution, it was intended to help the government and policymakers in suggesting directions for establishing related policies. Furthermore, the purpose of this study was to suggest a direction for securing global competitiveness to Korean venture entrepreneurs and to help with basic and systematic analysis for further academic in-depth research. For this study, a total of 21 items derived through extensive literature research and data research to understand what are the necessary competency factors for internal and external environmental changes in order for Korean venture companies to have global competitiveness in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. After reviewing SWOT factors by three expert groups and confirming them through Delphi survey, the importance of each item was analyzed by using AHP, a systematic decision-making technique. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that Strength(48%), Opportunity(25%), Threat(16%), Weakness(11%) were considered important in order. In terms of sub-items, 'quick and flexible commercialization capability', 'platform/big data/non-face-to-face service activation', and 'ICT infrastructure and it's utilization' were shown to be of the comparatively high importance. On the other hand, in the lower three items, 'macro-economic stability and social infrastructure', 'difficulty in entering overseas markets due to global protectionism', and 'absolutely inferior in foreign investment' were found to have low priority. As a result of the correlation verification by item to see differences in opinions by industry, academia, and policy expert groups, there was no significant difference of opinion, as industry and academic experts showed a high correlation and industry experts and policy experts showed a moderate correlation. The correlation between the academic and policy experts was not statistically significant (p<0.01), so it was analyzed that there was a difference of opinion on importance. This was due to the fact that policy experts highly valued 'quick and flexible commercialization', which are strengths, and 'excellent educational system and high-quality manpower' and 'creation of new markets' which are opportunity items, while academic experts placed great importance on 'support part of government policy', which are strengths. The implication of this study is that in order for Korean venture companies to secure competitiveness in the field of the 4th industrial revolution, it is necessary to have a policy that preferentially supports the relevant items of strengths and opportunity factors. The difference in the details of strength factors and opportunity factors, which shows a high level of variability, suggests that it is necessary to actively review it and reflect it in the policy.

Recently, due to the development of AI and big data technologies following the advent of the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the emerging metaverse industry is emerging as a new business, and in particular, from this point of view, this paper analyzes the history of metaverse and the pros and cons of "Geppetto", which is the most popular in the Korean metaverse market, and aims to give an appropriate direction for future development based on this. In order to carry out this study, we first used SWOT analysis techniques as an initial enterprise analysis method to examine the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threat requirements, and derive the status of each factor. Based on the factors in each of the subsequent derivatives, we wanted to explore the TOWS development strategy and present significant implications based on this.

The main purpose of this paper is to present a competitive strategies for the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. Based on the survey conducted by the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port experts, the categorized factors were compared using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the importance of each factor and sub-factor in the case of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This is a quantitative study that conducted a face-to-face survey on employees and related public officers at the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. The final sample size consisted of 49 people, including workers at the Busan New Port logistics warehouses and related local customs officers. The data were coded in Microsoft Excel and the imprtance of SWOT factors was derived using "the I make it" program developed by Decision Sience, and it was analyzed using the AHP method. This study quantifies the importance of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats factor of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port and presents strategic guidelines for the key factors for the development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This research provides strategic guidelines to Korea for the development of the Logistics Industries, and development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port.

This study proposes a developmental policy direction for the online platform industry, moving away from the regulatory-centered discussions that have predominated thus far. To offer policy directions, the PEST-SWOT-AHP analysis model was employed. The study first categorizes the issues of the domestic online platform industry into political, economic, social, and technological aspects, which are then further categorized into 16 strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The relative importance among these factors was measured, leading to the derivation of four final strategies. The analysis indicates that policy directions should prioritize addressing weaknesses, with 'improving regulations that hinder innovation' being the most important factor across all categories, while technological factors were consistently rated highly in importance apart from this. Accordingly, the policy direction for the domestic online platform industry suggests avoiding excessive regulation and instead emphasizing policy support centered around technological development. This study is significant in that it presents a macroscopic developmental direction for online platform policies that have not been discussed in existing academic research, and it provides professional and objective indicators through consensus among scholars and researchers. In the future, it is hoped that research will continue to propose detailed policy strategies and implementation systems based on a macroscopic perspective.

In this study, climate change considerations are an important measure to create a resilient city that conforms to the principle of sustainable development that balances the economic, social and environmental harmony of a country or city and can preserve its size, function and characteristics to the maximum extent possible. In this regard, the public transportation system being built and operated in Dublin City, Ireland, illustrates the city's system through green traffic. Therefore, based on the urban-based conditions equipped by Dublin, Ireland, in that Dublin is realizing preemptive mass-traffic-oriented urban development (TOD) considering climate change, the purpose of the study was to classify the methods of research as internal (strong and weak) and external (opportunity and threat) factors through SWOT analysis and to present mass-oriented urban development strategies and policy implications.

정보통신 표준화를 둘러싼 환경의 급격한 변화는 기존의 표준화 기구로 하여금 변화를 모색하게 하고 있는 가운데, ETSI는 EFR을 도출하여 새 천년을 향한 변화된 표준화 전략을 모색하고 있다. ETSI는 EFR에서 표준화의 외부환경을 세계화, 혁신, 신속화, 경쟁으로 분석하고 이에 대한 각 대응전략 수립과 실행 recom-mendation을 제안하였다. 또한, SWOT 분석을 실시하여 이를 구체화하기 위한 극대화, 극소화 전략을 추출함으로써 보다 효과적인 전략 수립을 가능토록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 EFR의 환경요인 분석과 SWOT 분석, 그리고 환경요인별 대응전략을 소개하고, 이를 통하여 국내 표준화의 전략적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

The Purpose of this study is to improve the deterrent factors in Korea's coastal passenger shipping on the basis of field data collected in order to help stimulate it and enhance its competitiveness. As the representative model of this study, the "P" car-ferry liner was chosen, whereby various deterrent factors were observed in the course of the SWOT analysis and through the questionnaires. The major deterrent factors in summary were inflexible government regulations for additional ship operation, disadvantages of taxes policy, port facility shortages, non-allowing of ship's night operation, complicated and inflexible ship's operation controls by the concerned authorities, unreasonable divisions of steaming areas, and existences of obstacles on the ship's running routes, etc. which considered all are important to activate the liners.

Recently, Construction market is contracted by economic slump and regulation. As the solution of this plan, construction productivity is gathering strength. However, the study on the productivity in construction section is insufficient until now. Construction section has many factor about productivity. The point of this study, we analysis the factor of construction productivity improvement and relationship with system thinking. And we show the strategy of construction productivity improvement.
