This study aims to examine the effect that the degree of knowledge about country-of-origin labeling on country-of-origin labeling work performance, which is a culinary staff task. This study is also intended to analyze differences in knowledge depending on hours of origin labeling education, and the moderating effect of education hours in the relationship between knowledge and performance. This study targeted culinary staff members working in ten five-star hotels in Seoul. A total of 205 self-administered questionnaires were distributed from November 14th to 27th, 2014, and 240 questionnaires(98.4%) were used for analysis after the exclusion of 4 with unreliable responses. Based on the data collected, frequency analysis, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis, simple regression analysis, t-test and moderating regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 18.0 program. The study findings are as follows. Culinary staff knowledge of origin labeling had a significantly positive effect on job performance and the degree of knowledge was higher in the group that attended one to two-hour periods of education. This suggests a differences in knowledge depending on the hours of education, which then had a moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge and performance. In conclusion, in order to improve knowledge of country-of-origin labeling and the level of performance, there is a need to increase education hours and enable culinary staff memebers to learn more knowledge and apply it to actual tasks. Based on these results, the limitation of the study and the direction of future research were also discussed.

Purpose - Media is a significant distributional channel in sport. In terms of determining the influencer in building sport media contents, recent sport media studies have employed agenda-setting theory, assuming media itself as the agenda provider. In a real-world situation, however, sports stars have been deemed key factor determining distribution contents in sport. The starting point of this study is the "tacit premise" of agenda-setting theory. Given the agenda-setting theory, the current study attempted to explore the function of sport stars as an agenda provider, which is a key determinant of sport distribution. Research design, data, and methodology - This study has reviewed articles of Yuna Kim, Sang-hwa Lee, and Hyun-jin Ryu from daily newspapers including as dong-a ilbo and joongang ilbo (2013 to 2017). The study collected data, portable document format (PDF), from the online archive of dong-a ilbo and joongang ilbo. We coded the length of the article, the frequency, the size of the picture, and the structural form of the article. Inter-coder reliability was compared with data previously investigated by the researcher. Inter-coder reliabilities for study 1 and 2 was .89 and .85. To examine hypotheses, descriptive analysis, correlations, and cross-tap analysis were performed. Results - The results partially supported the hypotheses proposing the significant role of sports stars as the agenda setters in distributing sport media contents. In specific, the study found that the number of articles about sports stars prevailed the number of articles about regular athletes. Besides, studies found that the use of photos was more frequent in articles of sports starts than that of regular athletes. In sports newspaper articles, featured story articles were used more than straight-articles for news relating to sports stars. Also, sports newspaper of sports stars contained more information associated within an event rather than outside of an event. Conclusions - In sports journalism, this study challenges the current theory that the media affects the composition and the content of sports coverages. As the principle of the agenda-setting of sports media, the influence of sports stars must be continuously studied along with a follow-up study.

The objective of this study was to investigate the removal characteristics and the elimination mechanism of heavy metals in Acid Mine Drainage (AMD) using spherical-type porous Zeolite-StarFish ceramics (porous ZSF ceramics) packed in a continuous column reactor system. The average removal efficiencies of heavy metals in AMD were Al 98.7, As 98.7, Cd 96.0, Cu 89.1, Fe 99.5, Mn 94.4, Pb 96.3 and Zn 80.8 % during 110 days of operation time. The average removal capacity of porous ZSF ceramics for heavy metals were measured to be Al 21.76, As 1.52, Cd 1.27, Cu 3.41, Fe 44.83, Mn 3.48, Pb 2.36 and Zn $3.76mg/kg{\cdot}day$. The analysis results of mechanism using SEM, EDS and XRD exhibited that the porous ZSF ceramics could act as a multi-functional ceramics for the removal of heavy metals in AMD through the reactions of precipitation, adsorption and ion-exchange. The experimental results of column reactor system displayed that the porous ZSF ceramics would be a consistently efficient agent for the removal of heavy metals in AMD for a long term.
In order to investigate the light curve difference in visual and infrared wavelength of ${\delta}$ Scuti variable Bo Lyn, observations were performed using BOAO 1.8m reflecting telescope and an infrared detector, KASINICS, with J, H, and Ks filters. Infrared light curves of total 7 nights were obtained between March and April in 2011, and those were compared to the V-filter light curve to examine the differences in period, time of maximum light, amplitude, and shape. From the periodic analysis of infrared light curve, a single frequency of $f_1=10.712cycle/day$, $P=0.09335{\pm}0.00002days$ was obtained, and there was no difference in the period along different wavelengths. In the infrared light curve, a frequency of $2f_1$ was detected. This frequency well explains the asymmetric shape of light curve, one of the characteristics of high-amplitude ${\delta}$ Scuti variables. We compared the locations of the measured infrared maxima and the predicted maxima of V-filter, finding that the times of maxima were delayed about 0.3 phase at infrared wavelengths. Amplitude ratios were adopted to be ${\Delta}J/{\Delta}V=0.328$, ${\Delta}H/{\Delta}V=0.216$, and ${\Delta}Ks/{\Delta}V=0.211$, with the range of variation being smaller at longer wavelengths. It seems that the differences in the times of maxima and amplitude occurred because the changes in brightness of a pulsating variable star are mainly caused by the change in temperature.

We present UBVRI CCD photometry of the Type Ie supernova SN 19941 in M51 which was discovered on April 2, 1994 (UT). UBVRI CCD photometry of SN 1994 I were obtained for the period of the first two months from April 4, 1994, using the Seoul National University Observatory 60 cm telescope. The light curves of SN 19941 show several interesting features: (a) SN 19941 reaches the maximum brightness at B-band on April 8.23 (B = 13.68 mag), at V-band on April 9.10 (V = 12.89 mag), and at I-band on April 10.32 (I = 12.48 mag); (b) The light curves around the maximum brightness are much narrower than those of other types of supernovae; (c) The light curves after the peak decline more steeply than those of other types of supernovae; and (d) The colors get redder from $(V-R){\approx}0.2 mag ((V - I){\approx} 0.3 mag, (B - V){\approx}0.7 mag)$ on April 4 to $(V-R){\approx}0.6 mag ((V-1){\approx}0.9 mag, (B-V){\approx}1.3 mag)$ on April 18. Afterwards (V - R) colors get bluer slightly $(by\~0.005 mag/day)$, while (V-I) colors stay almost constant around $(V-1){\approx}1.0 mag$. The color at the maximum brightness is (B-V)=0.9 mag, which is $\~1$mag redder than the mean color of typical Type la supernovae at the maximum brightness. The light curves of SN 1994I are similar to those of the Type Ie supernova SN 1962L in NGC 1073. Adopting the distance modulus of $(m-M)_0 = 29.2 mag$ and the reddening of E(B - V) = 0.45 mag [Iwamoto et al. 1994, preprint for ApJ], we derive absolute magnitudes at the maximum brightness of SN 1994I, Mv(max) = -17.7 mag and MB(max) = -17.4 mag. This result shows that SN 1994I was $\~2$mag fainter at the maximum brightness compared with typical Type Ia supernovae. A narrower peak and faster decline after the maximum in the light curve of SN 1994I compared with other types of supernovae indicate that the progenitor of SN 1994I might be a lower mass star compared with those of other types of supernovae.
This study was conducted to find out the effect of the role of a mentor on work outcomes and job satisfaction among the cooks working at five star hotels in Busan and Ulsan areas. 192 samples were obtained and analyzed using a social science statistics program SPSS/PC + for Window 12.0 along with frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The results of the analyses are as follows. First, experience and skills helped develop a bond of sympathy and cooperative relationships between a mentor and a mentee enabling them to achieve the organization's goal and provide high quality services. Second, the work execution and protective function of a mentor can create active planning and acting by helping individuals to improve for the future and giving them opportunities for professional works. Third, the psychological and social function of a mentor can create a bond of sympathy through personal contact, maintain smooth relationships in an organization and affect satisfaction in the working environment. Therefore, a mentor can have positive effects on work outcomes and satisfaction among cooks and also improve them. In this respect, through various efforts to institutionalize and activate the current nonofficial mentoring system into an official one, it should be used as a way of improving business performance and competitiveness.
The purpose of this study is to examine the value of grotesque fashion and to predict the future fashion trend. The grotesque originates the formative art. It emerges towards of a century or transitional period in most case. In particular, it was used as the expressive method of an individual's inside and a satire on society through the work of artists in the Middle Age, the renaissance, the sym-bolism, the dadaism, the surrealism, the pop art, the technology art, and the post-modernism, etc. The grotesque in fashion is represented in the work of avant-garde fashion designers who lead the high fashion. The grotesque fashion which was combined with an image of non-formality, non-rationality, an absurdity and reality. It has been begun shape of female dress in the renaissance. Afterwards, it was represented in extremely exaggerated and distorted pop art, hippies' fashion in the 1960's. In the 1970's, it was reflected in genderless rock star and destructive punk fashion. It was also represented in the androgynous fashion which was combined with both sexes, the goth/gothic fashion which was expressed with a realistic and fanciful shape and the tattoo of skin-head in the 1980's. In the 1990's, the grungy look which was dirty and the cyber punk fashion. In general, it was also expressed by the avant-garde fashion designers. To sum up, a grotesque fashion which is expressed by experimental designers is classified into four shapes. 1, Union of some extraneous is expressed as different kinds of fashion theme, such as abnormality of texture, uses of surrealistic elements and chaos of sex. Although it appears that the abnormal union of grotesque has only discord and collision, it also shows a feeling of freedom for the tension. 2. Introduction of real and fanciful image is expressed as a cyborg, realistic description of disgusting animal skin and aggressive shape. Especially, it is worth while to notice Tierre Mugler and Alexander Macqueen's work which expressed the shape of mingling human of Middle Age. 3. distortion or exaggeration is expressed as an unformed shape, the exaggeration of a clothing size, the abnormal exaggeration of human body and the ignorance of clothing form. 4. The information indicating device plays an important part in the information times. Recently, the classical CRT (Cathod Ray Tube) display is getting transferred to the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) one which is a kind of the FPDs (Flat Panel Displays). The OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) display of the FPDs has many advantages for the low power consumption, the luminescence in itself, the light weight, the thin thickness, the wide view angle, the fast response and so on as compared with the LCD one. The OLED has lately attracted considerable attention as the next generation device for the information indicators. And also it has already been applied for the outside panel of a mobile phone, and its demand will be gradually increased in the various fields. It is manufactured by the vapor deposition method in the vacuum state, and the uniformity of thin film on the substrate depends on the temperature distribution in the point-cell source. This paper describes the basic concepts that are obtained to design the point-cell source using the computational temperature analysis. The grids are generated using the module of AUTOHEXA in the ICEM CFD program and the temperature distributions are numerically obtained using the STAR-CD program. The temperature profiles are calculated for four cases, i.e., the charge rate for the source in the crucible, the ratio of diameter to height of the crucible, the ratio of interval to height of the heating bands, and the geometry modification for the basic crucible. As a result, the blowout phenomenon can be shown when the charge rate for the source increases. The temperature variation in the radial direction is decreased as the ratio of diameter to height is decreased and it is suggested that the thin film thickness can be uniformed. In case of using one heating band, the blowout can be shown as the higher temperature distribution in the center part of the source, and the clogging can appear in the top end of the crucible in the lower temperature. The phenomena of both the blowout and the clogging in the modified crucible with the nozzle-diffuser can be prevented because the temperature in the upper part of the crucible is higher than that of other parts and the temperature variation in the radial direction becomes small.
