국내 사회간접자본(SOC) 프로젝트에서는 품질, 비용, 안전, 공정의 체계적이고 효과적인 관리를 위해 CM제도를 다양한 시범사업 및 실제 사업에 도입하고 있다. 그러나 국내 SOC사업에 CM제도를 도입하는 데는 여러 가지 실무적 장벽들이 존재한다. 내적으로는 안전문제 및 부실시공으로 인해 발생된 건설 산업에 대한 부정적인 시각을 극복하고, 외적으로는 건전한 시장개방과 국제화 및 세계화 시대에 부합하여 기술발전 및 개발을 통해 대외 경쟁력을 향상시켜야하는 과제를 안고 있다. 이를 달성하기위해 각 프로젝트 참여자들이 효율적으로 융화 될 수 있는 있는 토대를 제공하는 CM제도의 정착은 중요한 현안이다. 그러나 현재 발주처의 입장에서 국내 SOC 프로젝트 CM 제도의 정착화 방안을 객관적으로 규명하는 연구가 결여되어있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이를 규명하기 위해 국내 CM 프로젝트에 참여하는 구성원들(예, 발주처, 감리, 설계사, 시공사 등)을 대상으로 전문가 설문조사를 실시하여 CM도입에 대한 인식을 분석하고, 각 프로젝트 참여자들의 CM에 대한 입장을 정립하며, CM 정착을 위해 수반되는 문제점을 규명하고 이에 대한 대응 방안을 제시한다. 국내 SOC 프로젝트 CM에 대한 각 프로젝트 참여자들의 입장을 객관적으로 분석함으로써 CM 제도를 보다 효율적으로 정립하는데 기여한다.

본 연구는 초·중등학교의 유휴시설 활용에 적합한 지역사회 생활 SOC 사업의 종류와 운영 제안을 하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 일본 유휴교실 및 폐교 활용 사례 분석을 통해 지역적 특성에 따른 바람직한 활용 시설의 종류와 운영 방안을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 구도심 및 읍면등 주민의 접근성이 우수한 지역의 경우 주민의 생활편의시설의 일환인 도서관, 창업상담 및 전시공간 및 평생교육 등이 바람직하고 인구 감소가 높은 면 지역 등 농·산촌 지역의 경우 지역사회 전통 체험 교육장 등 가족과 함께 할 수 있는 시설들이 활용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

건설사업정보시스템은 지난 5년동안 3차 건설CALS기본계획에 따라 시스템 개편을 추진하였으나, 최근 급변하는 건설산업 환경변화를 반영하여 새로운 건설사업정보시스템 로드맵 마련이 요구되었다. 이를 위해 건설분야의 내 외부환경 분석을 바탕으로 SWOT 분석기법을 이용하여 건설사업정보시스템의 핵심성공요인(CSF)를 도출하고, 이를 근거로 건설사업정보시스템의 추진방향, 추진전략, 중점 세부추진과제 및 향후 일정계획을 제시하였다. 이러한 건설사업정보시스템 로드맵은 건설정보화 성과 측정시 근거자료로 활용되고, 건설분야 정보시스템의 향후 추진 방향을 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다.

SOC 재정투자 및 민간 건설 산업은 국가경제에 커다란 기여를 해왔다. 단기적으로는 경기를 부양하는 한편 고용 창출하는 역할을 수행해 왔다. 본 논문은 부동산산업이 일자리창출에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 요인을 분석하여 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Project Financing(PF) was introduced from the way of banks' conditional financing that take buried oil as security and offer required money to oil explores which have weak loaning ability in the U.S. 1930s. After that PF has developed with financial market and it has been activated in the market of Korea since 'An Institution about Private Financing Invitation Promotion' was established. Started with I-Hwa Ryoung tunnel project, PF has been used in the Metropolitan Area Airport Highway and etc. But because of the risk that occurred by PF's complexity and uncertainty, PF has not been used fully and there are only few practical examples. The purpose of the present study is to investigate how to decrease, identify and extract the risky factors of project that being planned by PF.

Recently, IVHS technology attracted public attention according as national IVHS project was initiated by SOC. In advanced countries, specially in USA, Europe, and Japan. IVHS technology was already studied for over ten years as national strategic project. In this paper we describe the concept and development trend of AVCS which is a part of IVHS technology. The important contents in AVCS are automatic collision warning and avoidance system, automatic intelligent cruise control system, automatic vehicle platoon control system, automatic lateral control system, etc.

Railway is the most effective transportation than any other traffic. But due to the its expensive maintenance fee and various components like roadbed, rail, rollingstock, electric and signal etc, the construction cost of the railway is usually higher than highway. Such a reason, a lot of cost and period are needed to complete the railway project. In addition that considering the decreasing of the SOC budget, the investment in the railway industry is getting hard than ever. This study analyzed the cost, term of work, freight & passenger transportation demand of the wide area railway electrification project and main line improvement project. And it compared the estimation value and real value of the projects like cost and period etc. And this study surveyed the economic feasibility including factors which are not considered in the feasibility study guide. With those results, This study suggest the project management and evaluation method to enlarge the efficiency of the railway construction project.

최근 BIM이 건설생산성을 향상시키는 기술로 주목 받으면서, BIM 발주가 화두가 되고 있다. BIM 사업에 적용될 표준은 현행 2D 기반의 표준을 최대한 활용하거나 연계를 지원하는 방향으로 제시되는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 BIM 기반 수량산출서와 내역서 표준을 개발함에 있어 현재 도로사업 공사비 관리를 위해 적용 중인 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준(QDBEx)을 활용하고 BIM 데이터 납품 포맷인 IFC 표준과 연계하는 관점에서 연구를 수행하였다. BIM 기반 수량산출서와 내역서가 IFC 파일로 납품될 경우, IFC 파일이 QDBEx에 따른 XML 수량산출정보로 변환되어 활용될 수 있는지를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 전체의 66%가 바로 연계가 가능하며, 17%가 인스턴스의 가공을 통해 연계가 가능하였다. 나머지 17%는 연계가 불가능한 것으로 평가되었다. 향후, 이 결과를 바탕으로 연계 가능성을 높이기 위한 IFC와 QDBEx의 스키마 개선방안을 제시할 계획이다.

The SOC project such as road and railway performs a preliminary feasibility study according to the priority of the individual projects after establishing the master plans. For a preliminary feasibility study, feasibility evaluation should be performed according to the transport demand estimation and economic analysis. The feasibility of individual project will be performed by focussing on the results of analyzing economic feasibility. In case that analysis of the traffic demand and the economic feasibility every phase is performed, a lot of time and expense will be required in the course of promoting projects. So this study could give help to determine the priority of the project by intuitive method only in the phase to establish the master plan and a preliminary feasibility study.

개성공단은 북한에서 남한이 시행한 최초의 공단이다. 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화적으로 남한과 다른 환경속에서 개발사업자로서 공단개발구상과 후보지 선정, 토지 취득, 조성공사 시행, 기반시설 설치, 분양, 기업유치, 유지관리 등 일련의 사업프로세스를 추진하는 과정에서 겪은 실무적 경험과 개발사업 중심의 시사점을 공유함으로써 향후, 개성공단 2단계, 3단계 뿐만아니라, 제2의 개성공단과 같은 남북경협사업에 도움이 되고자 한다.
