SME's (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) have limited resources to build information systems on their own. We suggest what government need to do to support SME's, which includes establishing a one-stop service center, outsourcing of public service, and triggering strategy In order for the government support to be effective, it should serve SME's needs continuously and professionally.

In current complex nature of management with task-structures, a method to reach the enterprise's informationalization success is not common. To satisfy these various requirement, improving the usability of information technology (IT) is a key factor which defining the level of organizational requirement first. Imposing an IT-solution which has excess service of the organization's previous task-environment, procedure and scope is not effective to SME-level unit, which unit could not have a formal organization structure and task structure. SME level informationalization will be success if each function realizes easier on the task-employee's viewpoint. Achieving this objective, a solution provider or department must reflect their work characteristics of nature which has least level of work performing resistance. It is most useful system for SME level unit, if a provider develops single programs which based on task activities, and each program can configure network-linking.

SME's(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) have limited resources to build information systems on their own. They do not have effective information systems and not utilize e-business technology enough. The government thus have provided various supports for SME's IT developments. However, those supports do not seem so effective that SME's can operate appropriate information systems and do e-business well. The objective of this study is to develop conceptual policies for the government. We suggest an integrated government support which consists of three core stratigies: one-stop service center, outsourcing of public service, and triggering strategy. In order for the government support to be effective, the government should serve SME's needs continuously and professionally.

Mastic is a bleed resin formed in pistacia lentiscus tree extract form the anacatdiaceae family. Mastic is used as a food ingredient in the Mediteraanean resin, and has been used by local inhabitants as a traditional medicine for relief of upper abdominal discomfort, dyspepsiaand peptic ulcer. Clinically, mastic has been effective in the treatment of benign gastric and duodenal, ulcers, giving symptomatic relief and endoscopically proven healing. In this study, to enhance activiteies of poorly water soluble Mastic with oils, surfactants and cosurfactants and then the mixure was microemulsified in aqueous media under condition of gentle agitation and digestive motility that would be encountered in the gastrointestinal tract. Formulation development and screening were based on phase diagrams and characteristics of resultant microemulsion. For optimum mastic formulation, microemulsions with various ratio (w/w%) of mastics, oils, surfactants and cosurfactants were prepared and their solubility was evaluated by monitoring particles size in their buffer through visual asessment and electrophoretic light scattering spectrophotomerter (ELS). In vitro activity of self microemulsified mastic (SME mastic) was determined by minimum ingibition concentration (MIC) test against a panel of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) clinical strains. Additionally, in vivo activity of SME masitc was investigated us mouse infected by CH275 of H. pylori. The mean diameter of SME mastic was less then 100 nm in water and SME mastic was showed similar antiboisis effect compared to tometronidazole, clarithromycin and omeproazole. Consequently, SME mastic would be effective system to exterminate H. pylori. If mastic were dose with combined treatment, mastic might augur well for effect of H. pylori eradication as good remedy.

네트워크 경제에서 중소기업의 정보화 수준은 기업의 경쟁력인 동시에 생산성을 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 중소기업의 정보화는 최근 4차 산업혁명의 흐름과 더불어 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 IT 비즈니스 가치 모형을 기반으로 중소기업 정보화의 핵심 요인을 분석한다. 그리고 중소기업의 종사자 수에 따른 기업의 규모로 계층을 구분하여 다층모형 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 중소벤처기업부와 중소기업 기술정보진흥원에서 2017년도에 수행한 중소기업 정보화 수준 조사의 3,700개 중소기업들의 응답을 바탕으로 실증하였다. 중소기업의 정보화 수준과 정보화 효과를 평가하기 위해 자원 기반 이론을 근거하여 업무 프로세스 관점에서 평가하였다. 분석 결과 중소기업의 정보화 수준을 결정하는데 보완적 조직 자원이 핵심적 요인인 것을 확인하였다. 또한 중소기업의 규모에 따른 중소기업의 정보화 효과의 주요 요인은 기업의 공단 입주 형태가 중요한 요인인 것을 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 중소기업성장을 지원할 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 특징은 중소기업의 크기를 측정할 모델을 작성하는 것이다. 이 모델은 고용인력, 매출액, 수출액, 기술보유, 매출액 대비 기술개발투자비 비율 등의 5가지 기업크기 측정지표로 구성된다. 또한 단계적 기술개발자금 지원을 가능케 할 FREQUENCY 차원 테이블을 설계하는 것이다. FREQUENCY 차원을 포함한 3개 차원과 기업크기 측정모델을 사용하여 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축한 것이다. 그리고 이 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 기 시행된 중소기업기술개발지원사업의 적정성을 평가해 보고 있다.

본 연구에서는 중소기업청의 정책자금지원 사업을 도와 줄 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 정책자금을 단계적으로 지원하기 위해서는 필수적으로 이질 차원 스키마를 채택해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단계적 정책금융을 지원하도록 하는 FREQUENCY 차원테이블을 작성한 것이다. 또한 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 크기를 측정할 모델을 작성하였는데, 이 모델은 매출액, 고용인력, 기술보유, 매출액 영업이익률, 부채 비율, 유동비율의 6가지 기업크기 측정지표로 구성되어 있다. FREQUENCY 차원을 포함한 3개 차원과 기업크기 측정모델을 사용하여 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축한 것이다. 아울러 이렇게 구축한 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 2004년~2007년 간 기 시행된 중소기업 정책자금 지원사업의 적정성을 평가해 보고 있다.

국가경제 성장동력으로서 역할이 강조되는 중소기업을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 중소기업 지원체계 개선이 시급하다. 따라서 중소기업지원제도를 (1)융 투자, (2)보증 보험, (3)기술개발, (4)특허인증, (5)판로 수출, (6)인력, (7)창업 벤처, (8)정보화 컨설팅, (9)자영업 유통, (10)대 중소상생협력 지원 등 10개 부문으로 구분하여 지원 유형을 파악하고 유사중복적인 지원실태를 분석하였다. 분석결과 지원부문 중 자금지원, 판로수출, 기술개발 등의 부문에서 유사중복적 지원이 이루어지고 있고, 지원법 제도간의 중복적인 문제와 지원주체의 복잡다기화로 인한 추진체계의 비효율적인 문제를 보였다. 이를 개선하기 위해 중소기업지원에 가장 필요한 것은 현재 지원시책을 중심으로 지원체계와 지원대상, 지원규모 등을 보다 체계화 및 정교화 해야 하며, 지원기관간 협력네트워크 구축과 통합정보시스템을 개선하여 불필요한 유사중복성 지원을 최소화하고, 현행 정책을 점진적으로 개선하는 방향으로 나아가야 한다.

Small and Medium enterprises (SMEs) make important contributions to economic and social development of the country. The aim of this study was to determine the extent of financial management practices employed by the SME's and their effect on growth. This study was conducted quantitatively through descriptive research design; the data was collected from sample size of 120 of some SMEs operate in Mogadishu. Used questionnaire as data collection tool, the data analysis was done by using the statistical package SPSS version16, the data analyzed and presented by calculation, determining frequency, percentages, mean and standard deviation. Therefore the researchers found result revealed that extent of financial management is low among small and medium enterprises and also, that the financial management is significantly influence on the on growth of small and medium enterprises in Mogadishu Somalia. Furthermore the findings revealed that the cash management, accounts receivable and inventory management are low among SME. Also that most of the selected SME don not make financial plan to their business, at the end that most of the selected SME don not have formal accounting information system to their business.

The automation system oriented as one of the second year automation projects for the small and medium sized enterprises(SME) was developed for the improvement of the production rate and cut the required manpower in the field of the relay which is one of the small electric components used in various industrial fields. The objectives of this study are not only improving the international competition of the relay itself but also partially solving the technical and financial problems featured by common bottlenecks of the SME for efficient assembly automation. For the purpose of these objectives, several topics are studied as followings. - Analyzing the adjustment process and determining the specification of the automation system. - Determining the layout for the automation system to meet the determined specification. - Detail design of the automation system for relay adjustment and inspection. - Control system design - Automation system development and performance test.
