SME's (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) have limited resources to build information systems on their own. We suggest what government need to do to support SME's, which includes establishing a one-stop service center, outsourcing of public service, and triggering strategy In order for the government support to be effective, it should serve SME's needs continuously and professionally.

In current complex nature of management with task-structures, a method to reach the enterprise's informationalization success is not common. To satisfy these various requirement, improving the usability of information technology (IT) is a key factor which defining the level of organizational requirement first. Imposing an IT-solution which has excess service of the organization's previous task-environment, procedure and scope is not effective to SME-level unit, which unit could not have a formal organization structure and task structure. SME level informationalization will be success if each function realizes easier on the task-employee's viewpoint. Achieving this objective, a solution provider or department must reflect their work characteristics of nature which has least level of work performing resistance. It is most useful system for SME level unit, if a provider develops single programs which based on task activities, and each program can configure network-linking.

SME's(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) have limited resources to build information systems on their own. They do not have effective information systems and not utilize e-business technology enough. The government thus have provided various supports for SME's IT developments. However, those supports do not seem so effective that SME's can operate appropriate information systems and do e-business well. The objective of this study is to develop conceptual policies for the government. We suggest an integrated government support which consists of three core stratigies: one-stop service center, outsourcing of public service, and triggering strategy. In order for the government support to be effective, the government should serve SME's needs continuously and professionally.

Mastic is a bleed resin formed in pistacia lentiscus tree extract form the anacatdiaceae family. Mastic is used as a food ingredient in the Mediteraanean resin, and has been used by local inhabitants as a traditional medicine for relief of upper abdominal discomfort, dyspepsiaand peptic ulcer. Clinically, mastic has been effective in the treatment of benign gastric and duodenal, ulcers, giving symptomatic relief and endoscopically proven healing. In this study, to enhance activiteies of poorly water soluble Mastic with oils, surfactants and cosurfactants and then the mixure was microemulsified in aqueous media under condition of gentle agitation and digestive motility that would be encountered in the gastrointestinal tract. Formulation development and screening were based on phase diagrams and characteristics of resultant microemulsion. For optimum mastic formulation, microemulsions with various ratio (w/w%) of mastics, oils, surfactants and cosurfactants were prepared and their solubility was evaluated by monitoring particles size in their buffer through visual asessment and electrophoretic light scattering spectrophotomerter (ELS). In vitro activity of self microemulsified mastic (SME mastic) was determined by minimum ingibition concentration (MIC) test against a panel of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) clinical strains. Additionally, in vivo activity of SME masitc was investigated us mouse infected by CH275 of H. pylori. The mean diameter of SME mastic was less then 100 nm in water and SME mastic was showed similar antiboisis effect compared to tometronidazole, clarithromycin and omeproazole. Consequently, SME mastic would be effective system to exterminate H. pylori. If mastic were dose with combined treatment, mastic might augur well for effect of H. pylori eradication as good remedy.

In the network economy, the informatization of Small and Medium enterprises(SME) plays an important role in determining productivity while being competitive in the businesses. Informatization of SME has become important along with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution. Based on the IT Business Value Model, this study analyzes the key factors of information service of SME with the structure model. In addition, multi-level model was conducted by dividing the layers according to the size of the SME. The analysis confirmed that complementary organizational resources are a key factor in determining the informatization of SME. In addition, the effect of informatization of SME on the scale of SME varies depending on the type of entry into the industrial complex.

The purpose of this paper is to develop an online analytical processing (OLAP) database system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) growth support. In this paper, we made a model of measuring SME size first. The model is composed of five determinants of firm growth such as employment, sales, the amount of export, own technology, and the ratio of R&D expenditure to sales. Second, we designed the FREQUENCY dimension table which will make staged support of R&D expenditure. We developed the OLAP database system by using three dimensions including the FREQUENCY dimension, and using the model of measuring SME size. Also we assessed past decisions on R&D expenditure support in the Small Business R&D Support Project by using the OLAP database system.

A heterogeneous dimension schema will be central in staged support of policy funds. In this paper, therefore, we designed the FREQUENCY dimension table which has a heterogeneous dimension schema structure. In this paper, we made a model of measuring SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) size first. The model is composed of six determinants of firm growth such as sales, employment, own technology, the operating profit to sales ratio, the debt ratio, and the current ratio. We developed the OLAP database system by using three dimensions including the FREQUENCY dimension, and using the model of measuring SME size. Also we assessed past decisions on policy funding in the Small Business Policy Funds Support Project (2004-2007) by using the OLAP database system.

Small and Medium enterprises (SMEs) make important contributions to economic and social development of the country. The aim of this study was to determine the extent of financial management practices employed by the SME's and their effect on growth. This study was conducted quantitatively through descriptive research design; the data was collected from sample size of 120 of some SMEs operate in Mogadishu. Used questionnaire as data collection tool, the data analysis was done by using the statistical package SPSS version16, the data analyzed and presented by calculation, determining frequency, percentages, mean and standard deviation. Therefore the researchers found result revealed that extent of financial management is low among small and medium enterprises and also, that the financial management is significantly influence on the on growth of small and medium enterprises in Mogadishu Somalia. Furthermore the findings revealed that the cash management, accounts receivable and inventory management are low among SME. Also that most of the selected SME don not make financial plan to their business, at the end that most of the selected SME don not have formal accounting information system to their business.

The automation system oriented as one of the second year automation projects for the small and medium sized enterprises(SME) was developed for the improvement of the production rate and cut the required manpower in the field of the relay which is one of the small electric components used in various industrial fields. The objectives of this study are not only improving the international competition of the relay itself but also partially solving the technical and financial problems featured by common bottlenecks of the SME for efficient assembly automation. For the purpose of these objectives, several topics are studied as followings. - Analyzing the adjustment process and determining the specification of the automation system. - Determining the layout for the automation system to meet the determined specification. - Detail design of the automation system for relay adjustment and inspection. - Control system design - Automation system development and performance test.
