Prebreakdown corona processes of point-to-plane gap in $SF_6$gas ($SF_6$ 가스중에서 침-평판간극의 전구코로나 과정)

  • 본 논문은 고정된 바늘모양의 공기물에 의하여 형성된 불평등전계중에서 뇌임펄스전압에 대한 SF$_{6}$가스의 절연특성과 전구방전진전에 관한 것이다. 하전입자의 이동에 의하여 외부회로에 흐르는 전도전류의 측정방법에 대하여 기술하고 0.05~0.3[MPa]의 압력범위에서 섬락전압-압력특성을 측정하였으며 분류기와 광전자증배관을 사용하여 전구방전의 순시적 진전과정을 관측하였다. 전구방전은 돌기물의 선단에서 발생한 초기스트리머에 의하여 발단되며 정극성의 경우 섬락전압은 국부고전계에 매우 민감하며 리이더메카니즘으로 진전됨이 확인되었다. 전구방전현상의 극성의존성은 공간전하의 영향이 지배적이었다. 더불어 본 연구에서 제안된 전구전류의 측정기법은 불평등전계중에서의 전자사태전류, 코로나방전과 공극내에서의 부분방전의 측정에 매우 유용하게 적용될 것이다.

  • In this paper, a full scaled gas discharge chamber was designed and fabricated for evaluating the dielectric performance of SF6/N2 mixture gases. And it describes work on AC and lightning impulse dielectric characteristics of SF6/N2 mixture insulation gas from experiments and full scale models.

  • In this work, experimental investigation was carried out for the breakdown characteristics of $SF_6$, $N_2$ and their mixtures under the uniform and non-uniform electric field, by use of HVAC and standard impulse testing voltages, as a function of different gas pressures from 1 atm to 5 atm. The results show that the dielectric strength of the $SF_6$ mixed in $N_2$ was significantly increased at its portion of 10%, which might imply that the optimum mixture of $SF_6$ for the HV switch gear could be proposed to be 10%.

  • $SF_6$ gas has been widely used the gas insulated transmission line, gas insulated transformer and gas insulated substation and Polyester film used as the turn insulation with other material. $SF_6$ gas has been actively studied in domestic and foreign countries. In general, when dielectric surface electric field exceed any electric field strength on air, corona discharge is occurred from the dielectric surface. This paper presents the insulation strength of turn insulation of $SF_6$-PET film studied under application of AC voltage, constitute of the plane to plane with PET Film. The results obtained in experimental are summarized that Partial Discharge Initial Voltage(PDIV) of turn insulation depend on gas pressure, but Breakdown Voltage(BDV) did not depend on gas pressure.

  • $GaF_3$ films were directly grown on p' and p-type GaAs(100) substrates using a $SF_6$ plasma discharge system. GaAs MIS(Meta1-Insulator-Semiconductor) capacitor was successfully fabricated for about 1 hour at temperature $290^{\circ}C$ using the as-grown $GaF_3$ films. The as-grown films on p'-GaAs exhibited a current density of less than 6.68 $\times$ $1O^{-9}$ A/$cm^2$ at a breakdown field of 500kV/cm and a refractive index of 2.0 ~ 2.3 at a wavelength of 632.8 nm. The dielectric constant was about 5 derived from 1 MHz capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements. Dielectric dispersion of the fluoridated films on p'-GaAs measured ranged from 100 Hz to 10 MHz was not observed.

Study on the Gas Separation of Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) Membrane for Recovering the Perfluorocompound Gases from the Electronics Industry (전자산업 배출 불화가스 회수를 위한 탄소분자체 분리막의 기체분리 연구)

  • Carbon molecular sieve (CMS) hollow fiber membranes were prepared by carbonizing a polyimide precursor manufactured by non-solvent induced phase separation process. Gas separation performance of CMS hollow fiber membrane was investigated on the effect of three carbonization conditions. CMS membrane with the highest gas separation performance was obtained at the pyrolysis temperature of $250-450^{\circ}C$: $N_2$, $SF_6$, and $CF_4$ permeance were 20, 0.32, 0.48 GPU, respectively, and $N_2/SF_6$ and $N_2/CF_4$ selectivities were 62 and 42, respectively. In the $SF_6/CF_4/N_2$ mixture gas test, when the stage cut was 0.2, the recovery ratio of $SF_6$ and $CF_4$ was over 99% and 98%. $SF_6$ concentration ratio was 4.5 times higher than the $SF_6$ concentration at the feed side. From the results, it was concluded that CMS membrane was one of the promising membranes for recovery Perfluorocompound gases process.
