The study is analyzed that policy support impact on youth entrepreneurship and to purpose enhancing the effectiveness of the policy support, would like to empirical study on support performance by start-up support program through education level of the founder, performance of the establishment enterprises and an empirical study of start-up support. This study reported that start-up support should be different from impact of performance of support by young founder to participate in the success of entrepreneurship incubator package or preliminary young founders and is focused on study of policy support. Examines the literature of associated young founder's characteristics and entrepreneurship support policies at domestic and foreign, and the government's support policies in order to achieve the purpose of this study, survey research as the basis of the model was set. This study surveyed to university student which were trained nationwide entrepreneurship program in order to validate the research model. The survey targeted engineering students who is practical technology foundation possible during from June 1, 2012 to June. 15, 2012, the way of data collection was directly surveryed to engineering students who participated in the entrepreneurship program. and an empirical analysis were collected each 157 call.

In spite of the previous research that had been emphasizing the importance of parents' assistance for revealing genius and achievement of their children, there was not enough information about how to drive the parents participation and support. Not considering "what and why" about the supporting of parents of gifted students, it was vaguely generalized that the education from the supporting parents was important. However, this situation will have a possibility of missing out on more important things of gifted children's parental support. Therefore, this research will deal with a variety of effective ways to clarify what the parents can do to support their gifted children and the problems that are related to those ways. Furthermore, by suggesting some of the ways that can complement the system of current parental support, it will set up fundamental ways to help the supporting parents.

Currently financial support for vocational skills development training is provided based on the NCS standard unit price set according to the NCS occupational classification. Such a standard unit price system has the advantage of reducing administrative burdens required in managing the training levy-grant system. In this paper, it is pointed out that current unit price system may distort the social integration function of vocational training policy as it is based on the tuition fees of training course. As a basis for finding a more appropriate financial support system, we analyzed what factors are influencing the training course fees set by training institutions. As a result, it was confirmed that the monopolistic nature of the training courses or the high level of willingness of pay of training participants influenced the training course fees. Therefore, the necessity of removing the influence of such factors from unit price system was suggested so as that the training policy contributes to the social integration. Furthermore, it is required to establish new support criteria centered on the government's policy judgment if the training costs of all training courses cannot be exactly estimated.

As the world becomes an aging society due to a decrease in the birth rate and an increase in life expectancy, a system for health management of the elderly population is needed. Among them, various studies on occupancy and activity types are being conducted for smart home care services for indoor health management. In this paper, we propose a random forest model that classifies activity type as well as occupancy status through indoor temperature and humidity, CO2, fine dust values and UWB radar positioning for smart home care service. The experiment measures indoor environment and occupant positioning data at 2-second intervals using three sensors that measure indoor temperature and humidity, CO2, and fine dust and two UWB radars. The measured data is divided into 80% training set data and 20% test set data after correcting outliers and missing values, and the random forest model is applied to evaluate the list of important variables, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity.

In this paper, we propose WLAN CR coexistence beacon protocol for thenext WLAN network. This method can provide WLAN with high-speed data rate in new WLAN architecture and network platform based on cognitive radio technology. WLAN CR devices that enter the CR network can know UHF channels by listening CR beacon including the coexistence parameter set and start using CR channel fast. During handover of WLAN device in UHF spectrums, WLAN device that lost their channel can change available channel by obtaining the current CR channel information from the CR beacon. In advance relaying coexistence parameter set to entire CR system, WLAN CR system can prepare own candidate channel set that is different with other CR system. In CR beacon and relay delay, we show the results that WLAN CR coexistence beacon protocol supports spectrum handover efficiently and decreases the probability of collision in candidate channel set.

In this study, I empirically analyzed the factors affecting export performance with domestic ICT companies. I set up 3 variables - companies' factors, marketing factors and factors of export supporting system - as the factors affecting export performance, based on findings of precedent studies; and I set up non-financial performance as a dependent variable. As a result of analysis, I found out that companies' factors(market orientation of CEO, competitiveness in export, experience of export) and marketing factors(diversification of overseas market, barriers to marketing), among the variables affecting export performance, were the variables affecting non-financial performance, set up as the export performance; but the factors of awareness, availability and difficulty, set up as the detail factor among factors of export supporting system, do not affect non-financial performance.

Recently, component-based development (CBD) is rapidly spreading as a way of improving the reusability, productivity, and quality of software. For CBD to be effective in achieving such design objectives, the creation and integration of components must be based on a well-defined architecture that guides the correct composition and cooperation of application components. Software architecture must be described using an architecture description language (ADL) to ensure the correctness and preciseness of architecture models. In this paper, we propose the system architecture of an ADL tool set that can effectively support the use of CBD based on the domain architecture and we describe each component of the proposed system architecture. We also modify and redefine C2SADL that was developed to support the use of the description of C2 architectural style by UCI (University of California in Irvine) to facilitate the integration of separately described architecture models, and introduce the method of design and implementation of our ADL processor that partially implements the proposed ADL system architecture.

The purpose of the study was to compare the outplacement programs for the retiring employees in Korea corporations. We expect that this study will make contributions for increasing the quality of outplacement programs. We conducted the expert interviews and literature review and set a comparing criteria in terms of goal, target audience, program process and contents, operation process. We selected 6 different programs, which were KT, Samsung Electrounic, A consultancy firm specialized in outplacement, Korea labor foundation, and Korea international trade association. In results, we suggested the necessity of programs revision, the decrease of service recipient per a consultant, recommendation of alternative career path, and update of the programs for the service recipients who lacks of motivation. We also suggested that human resource department and chief executive officers made attentions for the outplacement programs as well as the government input more budget on the programs and consulting for the retirng employees.

Various RFID-based smart-walk systems have been developed for guiding disabled people. The system sends appropriate message whenever the disabled people arrived at a specific point. We propose universal design concept and optimization techniques for the smart-walk systems. Universal design concept can be adopted for supporting various kinds of disabled such as a blind person, a hearing-impaired person, or a foreigner in a system. It can be supported by storing appropriate messages set in the message database table depending on the kinds of the disabled. System optimization can be done by analyzing operational log(stream) data accumulated in the system. Useful information can be extracted by analyzing or mining the accumulated operational log data. We show various analysis results from the operational log data.

In this paper, it will be supplied to the representation of event abstraction which is useful for understanding information relationship of the object-oriented programs. And the clustering concept with the events will be applied to abstract the events. By clustering the events, user can set the information about the function of the classes and the retrieval of the class library.
