As the industrial environment becomes more competitive, supply chain management(SCM) has become recognized as a major strategy in the business world. Despite its current widespread popularity, its basic concepts are confused with those of other exiting logistic tools and not clearly understood. This paper introduces the current status of SCM in terms of physical logistics, interrelationship with other logistic tools as well as the general history and definitions of SCM. Researches are categorized into deterministic models, stochastic models, simulation models, and several future research areas are discussed in this paper.

SCM system is required inter-industrial cooperation as well as inter-organizational cooperation. It means not only standardization of inter-organization but also standardization of inter-industry. SCM makes possible one circulation from fiber to retail industry in the respects of information and product flows. QR is the SCM of textile apparel industry, which satisfy customer need with least cost and maximum profit. Customer-oriented supply chain system focused on information sharing, cost reduction, inventory control, lead time reduction, quick response on customer demand. How we can measure the performance of successful SCM is issued on the approach of Balanced Scorecard which evaluates 4 perspectives such as customer perspective, internal business perspective, financial perspective, and innovation and learning perspective. This can project the blueprint of textile fashion business to right direction with vision.

By successful establishment of SCM(Supply Chain Management) System they should make the supply chains speedy and combine production information system with the outcome system and thus they reinforce the competition of the production system of local enterprises in accordance with the rapid decision making This study is to develop the most appropriate production system models through the reflection of JIT system in the SCM which is the necessity of the times and its importance. To achieve this goal the researcher diversifies the prerequisites for the success of the business which will be the strategical factors of the production systems. The objects of this study is to develop the most appropriate production system models and to provide the enterprises with the models which are based on the SCM.

In this paper, we arrange the concept of 'Green' in SCM after literature study of Green SCM and investigate causal relationships between influencing factors, practice level and environmental performance focused on Korean firms empirically and conduct path analysis for hypothesis test using partial least squares regression with bootstrap. Firstly, we divide influencing factors of Green SCM into environmental and organizational factors through the previous studies of innovation diffusion theory and environmental management theory, and then we selected 'uncertainty', 'competitiveness' as the environmental factors and 'top management support', 'perceived benefit', 'training' as the organizational factors. Secondly, we classify practice level of Green SCM into 'internal environmental management', 'green purchasing', 'eco-design'. Finally, we selected 'financial performance', 'environmental performance' as the organizational performance. We conducted a survey on the middle manager of manufacturing companies implementing SCM and an empirical analysis. The results of analysis show that there exist causal relationships between influencing factors, practice level, and environmental performance of Green SCM. We expect that the result of this study will suggest useful information to managers who are responsible for SCM to design and execute Green SCM in strategic perspectives.

최근 JIT(just In Time), SCM(Supply Chain Management) 등 다양한 관리 이론의 적용을 통한 물류 프로세스 및 관리 방향의 개선이 모색 되고 있으며, RFID와 같은 첨단 기술의 적용을 통한 물류관리방법의 변화가 시도되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 JIT, SCM, RFID 적용을 통한 물류관리방법의 연구에서는 단일공정이나 주요 자재에 관한 연구만이 이루어졌을 뿐 전체적 관점에서 프로세스의 분석 및 분류에 판한 연구는 전무한 상태였다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 전체 건축 프로젝트를 포괄할 수 있는 물류관리 시스템을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구로서 여러 물류관리 이론과 현장 내역을 종합하여 기본적인 7가지 타입의 물류관리 프로세스 타입을 도출하였다. 여러 건축자재들을 포괄할 수 있는 물류관리 프로세스 타입을 이용하여 더 효율적인 물류관리를 실현하고 첨단 RFID기술을 적용하여 건설 프로젝트 물류관리의 첨단화, 자동화, 생산성 증대의 효과뿐만 아니라 다른 여러 가지 관리 분야에도 응용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

오늘날 뛰어난 시공성과 경제성으로 인해 수많은 건설 프로젝트에서 커튼월이 사용되고 있으며 특히 국내 초고층 프로젝트의 커튼월 공사는 전체 Life-cycle 상의 건축설계, 커튼월 선계, 제작, 조달, 시공, 유지관리의 모든 단계에서 다양한 주체들이 관여하는 공종으로 주요 관리 대상이 되었다. 기존의 관리방식은 Life-cycle의 각 단계별 관리에 초점을 맞춤으로써 비용 및 공기 증가, 생산성 저하, 풀질 퍼하 등의 문제가 빈번히 발생하고 있는 실정으로 이를 해결하기 위하여 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management)를 적용한 통합관리가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 커튼월 공사 전체 Life-cycle 관리에 대해 SCM 개넘을 적용하기 위해 커튼월의 방법 및 조달유형에 따라 분류되어진 Sick system, Semi-unit system, Unit-system, Panel system 커튼월의 프로세스를 분석하고 SCM 관전에서 각 프로세스의 조직, 정보, 생산 관점에서 차이점을 규명하고 각각에 대한 SCM의 적용방안을 제시하였다.

기업 운영에서 SCM (Supply Chain Management)의 중요성이 인식되면서 공급, 생산, 분배 등의 기능들을 통합적으로 관리하는 새로운 접근법의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 이 접근법은 여러 다른 기능들의 의사결정 문제를 하나의 통합된 최적화 모델로 분석하는 방법이다. 특히 공급사슬의 통합적인 운영을 위해서는 이전의 확정적 방법론 보다는 보다 구매자와 공급자의 관계를 유연하게 통합해 줄 수 있는 방법론이 필요하다. SCM은 대규모 문제이고 또한 다양한 내외 요인에 의해 기존의 설정된 계획 내용이나 상황이 항시 동적으로 변경될 수 있기에, 이들 정보를 통합 계획에 반영될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 SCM의 핵심이 되는 생산계획과 분배계획 문제들을 효율적으로 통합할 수 있는 유전 알고리즘 (Genetic Algorithm)을 제시하고, 유전 알고리즘을 기반으로 동적 SCM을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 구현한다. 한편 통합계획 문제에서 유전 알고리즘을 통해 100%에 근접하는 최적해를 구하였고, 통합계획으로 얻은 결과와 통합 계획을 하지 않은 경우의 결과 값에서 큰 차이를 확인 할 수 있었다.

Purpose - This study carried out an empirical study of the impact of sustainability - which has been gaining attention as challenges are arising in supply chains based on existing trade networks due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic - on SCM performance and financial performance of Korean SMEs. The study seeks to propose a measurement model to enhance the SCM performance and financial performance of Korean SMEs and to identify the relationship between sustainability, SCM performance and financial performance to suggest implications to SMEs, governments, and relevant organizations. Design/methodology - Our Analysis established hypotheses that economic sustainability, environmental sustainability, and other factors related to sustainability have a positive impact on SCM performance and financial performance as well as SCM performance has a positive impact on financial performance, making empirical validations by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling based on data collected through survey from Korean SMEs. Findings - According to an empirical study, although environmental sustainability and economic sustainability among factors of sustainability had a positive influence on SCM performance, social sustainability did not have a statistically significant influence. Furthermore, it was learned that only economic sustainability had a positive influence on financial performance while SCM performance has a positive influence on financial performance. Originality/value - This empirical study explored the relationship between SCM performance and financial performance of Korean SMEs with a high tendency to depend on specific supply chains when the international trade network is in confusion and/or the global supply chain has collapsed. If Korean SMEs allocate management resources to the factors deducted from this study, they would be able to build more efficient supply chains and improve financial performance to improve sustainability.

Recently, utilizing the supply chain among companies, major companies support their sub-vendors to establish an environmental management system and transfer the clean production technology(know-how) to them for strengthening of environmental competitiveness. Thus, Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM) became a key successful factor for companies to be environmentally sustainable. This research endeavors to identify the relationship among the inside and outside GSCM implementation activities of Korean manufacturing companies and their financial, operational and environmental performances. Based on a the review of previous research findings, twenty one hypotheses are developed and examined. Total 251 valid responses from 1,634 survey responses are identified and the structural equation models(SEM) are developed and analysed for examining our hypotheses. The result shows that inside GSCM has a positive effect on outside GSCM. Also, it reveals that companies' performances are more positively affected by inside GSCM than by outside GSCM.

Data confidentiality refers to the characteristic that information kept undisclosed or hidden from unauthorized parties. It considered a key security requirement in current supply chain management (SCM) systems. Currently, academia and industry tend to adopt blockchain and IoT technologies in order to develop efficient and secure SCM systems. However, providing confidential data sharing among these technologies is quite challenging due to the limitations associated with blockchain and IoT devices. This review paper illustrates the importance of preserving data confidentiality in SCM systems by highlighting the state of the art on confidentiality-preserving methodologies in the context of blockchain based IoT-SCM systems and the challenges associated with it.
