The effects of the Partnership in Supply Chain Management with Appling Social Business on the outcome of the SCM (소셜 비즈니스를 활용한 공급 사슬에서의 파트너십이 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to further investigate the influence of partnership between with the mediator effect of the social business on the outcome of SCM. IT technology fusion electronic tags, mobile phone, such as cloud computing is also activated in supply chain management of recently, business is faster, if social business is applied here that are smarter, customers or suppliers, there may be communication directly and to further improve the relationship partnership. 150 questionnaires were sent to companies that have introduced SCM to their systems and are operating it. Among 150 questionnaires, 127 collected data were analyzed excluding incomplete 23 data. Statistical methods used in this study were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, path analysis, Scheffe test and Sobel test with Amos 18.0. and SPSS 21.0. The analytical results are as follows. First, the more the reliability, information share, continuous transaction, effects on the social business are getting higher, the interdependence has little impact on it. Second, the impact on the outcome of SCM, partnerships between companies, showed a significant influence the reliability, the share of information, the continuous transaction, but the interdependence was analysed as an uninfluential factor. Third, the social business is analyses to have a mediator effect in relationship between the partnership and the outcome of SCM.

  • 오늘날의 기업들은 글로벌 갱쟁환경과 고객 기대수준의 상승 등의 이유로 글로벌 소싱 및 기업간 전략적 제휴나 협업 등에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management: SCM)는 기업과 기업, 기업과 고객 사이의 물류와 정보로 이어진 네트워크를 가능하게 실현할 수 있는 혁신기법이다. 본 논문에서는 공급사슬구조를 하나의 네트워크로 파악하여 공급네트워크, 전환네트워크, 유통네트워크라는 유형으로 구분하였고, 공급사슬구조에 따라 SCM 활동에 차이가 있으며, 경영성과에도 차이가 있음을 입증하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재까지 사례연구로 행해지던 네트워크의 분류를 이용하여 각 공급사슬구조에 따른 SCM의 활동 및 경영성과에는 차이가 있음 실증분석을 통하여 입증하였다는데 의의가 있다.

A Study on the effect of SCM Integration and Green SCM practices to Environmental Performance (공급체인 통합과 친환경 활동이 환경성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This paper examined the supply chain management Integration factors and environmental performance in Korean industry. Focusing on SCM Integration, GreenSCM practice, and environmental performance factors, purpose of this study is finding linkage between SCM Integration factors with new environmental practice factors and environmental performance. Based on the analysis of eighty-eight cases, the following results were found. First, We found External environmental collaboration factors and Internal environmental monitoring factors within Green Supply Chain Practices. Second, SCM Integration have a positively significant influence on environmental performance. Third, Internal environmental monitoring factors have a positively significant influence on Environmental performance but External environmental collaboration factors doesn't. This study suggests that only with high level of Integration firms may have good result on entire supply chain environmental performance. Finally, our empirical evidence shows that company should be prepared for new environmental trade regulation with Green Supply chain management integration.

  • 본 연구에서는 SCM를 통해 기업이 추진하는 목표들이 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해서 파트너십이 실시간기업의 특성요인인 민첩성 및 기업내부 가시성과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급사슬 기업의 파트너십 (몰입, 신뢰, 상호의존성)이 민첩성 및 기업내부 가시성을 매개하여 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 둘째, 민첩성과 기업내부 가시성이 BSC 네 가지 관점인 학습 및 성장관점, 내부 프로세스관점, 고객관점, 재무관점에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, BSC 네 가지 관점간의 인과관계를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증연구에서는 공급사슬관리를 실행하고 있는 실시간 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 온라인과 오프라인을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 82개의 표본을 분석에 사용하였다. 이러한 실증결과는 SCM과 RTE를 추구하는 기업의 실무자들과 연구자들에게 많은 시사점을 제공하리라 여겨진다.

  • SCM as the important marketing strategy enhance the firm's efficiency and compatibility in global market environment such as global outsourcing. Firms adopted SCM realized the need to evaluate precisely the performance of SCM. In spite of importance of SCM, there was not much intention and research to measure SCM performance in textile fashion industry. Therefore, the purpose of this case study was to measure performance of supply chain management in textile fashion business using BSC(Balanced Score Card) to measure not only financial perspective but also non-financial perspectives such as customer perspective, internal business perspectives, financial perspective, and innovation & learning perspective. The questionnaire developed by the reviews of the literature was adopted for this study. The results of this study showed that SCM performance was enhanced from the point of customer perspective(cost, quality, time, service), financial perspective(cash cycle time, inventory turn over, inventory obsolescence, return on asset, return on investment, capacity utilization), and innovation & learning perspective(cost for human resource management, service for human resources). But there was same performance level regarding internal business perspective(lead time, cost for manufacturing process, product quality control, productive flexibility for time, quantity, and variety). Therefore, we should keep close relationship and two way communication among supply chain members to promote better SCM performance.

  • This study suggests the effective approach that successfully establishes the supply chain management(SCM) system as a strategic weapon. To do so, the study conducted an empirical investigation which consisted of the five elements of power process, such as power element, needs, value, environment, relationship, strategic types of SCM, and the manufacturing performance. The results showed that the strategic type of SCM with active power process had higher manufacturing performance than other strategic types of SCM.

  • Fashion industry characteristically goes through many steps to manufacture and to retail apparel products. Complex inter-industry channels with many intermediaries in fashion industry provoked many problems regarding recognizing customer's need, delivering time, flexibility, and inventory control. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to investigate the differences between apparel manufacturing and distribution process in SCM success factors and performances, and to investigate how SCM success factors affect on performances. Questionnaire was developed and distributed to apparel industry. The returned 116 questionnaires were analyzed by Cronbach's alpha for internal validity, factor analysis, t-test, and regression analysis with SPSS14.0. The results of this study were as follows: There was significant difference of SCM success factors between apparel manufacturing and distribution regarding process standardization and integration. There were significant differences of SCM performances such as reaction for customer, flexible management, cost minimization, and maximized asset utilization which distribution was higher than apparel manufacturing process. In apparel manufacturing, SC strategic relation, and integrative management influenced upon reaction for customer of SCM performances. SC integrative management influenced upon cost minimization. SC integrative management influenced upon maximized asset utilization. In distribution, SC strategic relation, and activated support for SCM influenced upon reaction for customer of SCM performances. SCM specialization, credible relationship among supply chains, activated support for SCM, and SC integrative management influenced upon cost minimization. SCM specialization, credible relationship among supply chains, and SC integrative management influenced upon maximized asset utilization.

The Effects of Information Characteristic on Information Capabilities (정보특성이 정보역량에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study is to devise and empirically validate a model in which information characteristics influence the success of SCM system as assessed by the Information Capabilities method. The four factors examined in this study include Information Quality, Operational Information Sharing, Strategic Information Sharing, Information Capabilities. The research model was analyzed by the structural equation modeling(SEM) technique, supported by SPSS 21 and SMART-PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The study confirmed the presence of positive influence of information quality on operational information sharing, strategic information sharing and IO. And, information sharing, as expected, had a significant impact on SCM performance as assessed by the IO method. A major contribution of the study is that it provides empirical evidence of the relationships that have been presumed to exist between information characteristics and information performance of SCM system. Also, the study provides both researchers and practitioners a solid foundation for future studies and practice for more successful implementation of SCM system.

A Study on the Impact of Supply Chain Partnership on Performance of Suppliers (공급망 파트너십이 협력업체 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Small and medium-sized firms are increasingly dependent on the knowledge and expertise of the supply chain as a whole to innovate and improve supply chain performance. This research examines the capabilities that enable firms to collaborate successfully, and aims to identify the determinants of SCM performance of the suppliers participating in supply chains managed by Global Korean companies. This study proposes the technology support, the collaboration with tier two companies, incentives and information sharing as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from 58 domestics suppliers. The statistical results indicate that the incentives, technology support and the collaboration with tier two firms influence the level of co-work with the firm leading supply chain, and that information sharing has some impact on SCM performance of the suppliers. But on the contrary to our expectation, the co-work with the firm leading supply chain has only moderate impact on SCM performance with p value just over 5%. We conclude this paper with some suggestions for future research.

모 기업과 협력사간 구매 SCM 구축 및 변화관리 수행에 따른 도입 성과분석

  • 오늘의 기업은 내부 조직, 업무 프로세스, 정보기술 측면에서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있고, 대외적인 기업 환경이 수시로 바뀌는 등 어려운 상황에 직면하고 있다. 이런 내부적인 문제를 해결하고, 외부 환경변화에 신속하게 대응할 뿐만 아니라 전사적 자원을 체계적으로 관리하고, 경영을 효율화하기 위하여 ERP 를 도입하고 있다. 이러한 도입 목적을 달성하기 위하여 모기업은 2004년 부터 협력사 경영관리력 향상 및 협력사와의 구매 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 연계를 통한 협업체계 구축을 목표로 협력사의 ERP 구축 및 5대 구축 자금 및 전문 인력을 지원하였다. 또한 시스템구축 지원 뿐만이 아니라 시스템 활용도 제고 활동을 위하여 ERP구축 및 SCM 연계가 완료된 업체를 대상으로 변화관리 컨설팅을 지원하였으며, 매년 정기적인 정보화평가를 수행하여, 문제점을 파악하고 문제점을 제거하기 위한 활동을 수행하게 되었다. 이와 같은 변화관리 컨설팅을 통한 시스템 활용도 제고활동이 정보시스템 전체에 미치는 영향 및 성과가 지대함을 인식하게 되었고, 이에 본 논문에서는 ERP 및 구매 SCM 시스템 구축 후 운영 안정화 및 변화관리 활동을 주요 연구대상으로 하여 변화관리 수행방안 및 수행내용, 변화관리 활동을 통한 성과에 대하여 중점적으로 연구하였다.
