In this paper, we derive exact explicit expressions for the triple and quadruple moments of the lower record values from inverse the Weibull (IW) distribution. Next, we present and calculate the coefficients of the best linear unbiased estimates of the location and scale parameters of IW distribution (BLUEs) for different choices of the shape parameter and records size. We then use the higher order moments and the calculated BLUEs to compute the mean, variance, and the coefficients of skewness and kurtosis of certain linear functions of lower record values. By using the coefficients of the skewness and kurtosis, we develop approximate confidence intervals for the location and scale parameters of the IW distribution using Edgeworth approximate values and then compare them with the corresponding intervals constructed through Monte Carlo simulations. Finally, we apply the findings of the paper to some simulated data.

Micro tensile test is the most direct and convenient method to measure material properties such as Young's modulus and fracture strength. It, however, needs more accurate measurement system, mote stable and repetitive alignment and more sensitive gripping than conventional tensile test. Many researchers have put their effort on overcoming these difficulties for tile development of micro tensile tester, fabricating micro specimens of functional materials and measuring their properties. This paper will review the related vigorous researches over the world in the recent decade and explain how to apply them to a design of the fester which is under our own development.

Many corporations will get much mote benefits if they investigate the model deciding to purchasing mobile phone in that cell phone of our country has about 20% of market share in the world market. Considering this situation to divide cell phone market between CDMA and GSM in world market, it is not easy to make cell phone to satisfy the suitable method which each country wants. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about consumer purchasing decision of each country. The research is to study how it is Effected by any factor when comsumer selects product and make research model. Based on the research model, we is to make a question. The research Is to complete the theoretical system on the basis of records about the cell phone and to study the improvement strategic using AHP and Conjoint Analysis which analyzes the consuming trend to customer's cell phone.

정보통신기술이 발전하면서 방송 통신 융합(Convergence)의 시대가 되었다. 방송 통신 융합의 대표적인 서비스로 iCOD(internet Contents On Demand)가 있다. 이는 초고속 인터넷을 이용하여 정보 서비스, 동영상 콘텐츠 및 방송 등을 텔레비전 수상기로 제공하는 서비스이다. 그러나 이 서비스는 다른 채널의 방송 정보를 검색 하려면 다른 방송의 스트림을 다시 분석해야 한다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 iCOD 방송 서비스를 단말에서 효율적으로 검색하고 선택하는 것을 지원하기 위하여 iCOD 용 방송 스트림으로부터 SI(Service Information) 정보를 추출하여 SD&S(Service Discovery and Selection) 기반 iPG(internet Program Guide) XML문서를 생성하고 멀티 캐스트로 전송하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Resent research activities and technical trends for UPS(UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY) are reviewed. There are increasing demands for UPS to get mote useful performance. This needs are high-efficiency, high-confidency, high-quality, low-cost. self-diagnosis. maintenance-free, and a wide variety of options. These can be satisfied with high-technology and optimal system coordination. In this paper. according to these demands. a newly developed UPS and a wide variety of options are introduced. Also. the data related are presented.

In sensor networks, analyzing power consumption before actual deployment is crucial for maximizing service lifetime. This paper proposes an instruction-level power estimator (IPEN) for sensor networks. IPEN is an accurate and fine grain power estimation tool, using an instruction-level simulator. It is independent of the operating system, so many different kinds of sensor node software can be simulated for estimation. We have developed the power model of a Micaz-compatible mote. The power consumption of the ATmega128L microcontroller is modeled with the base energy cost and the instruction overheads. The CC2420 communication component and other peripherals are modeled according to their operation states. The energy consumption estimation module profiles peripheral accesses and function calls while an application is running. IPEN has shown excellent power estimation accuracy, with less than 5% estimation error compared to real sensor network implementation. With IPEN's high precision instruction-level energy prediction, users can accurately estimate a sensor network's energy consumption and achieve fine-grained optimization of their software.

Various residential patterns, which can accommodate ever-changing modem lifestyles, are increasingly needed. On the residents' demand for flexible space, mote research should be conducted on the apartments built by the concept of flexible space. In this study, apartments of 40-60 pyeong in size built in the region of Seoul, between 1998 and 2007, are analyzed in terms of the flexible types and the unit plan composition. To reflect the changes in people's perception of residential quality-preference for a residence with a good view, over for the direction that a residence faces, more rooms are placed on the front bay. From the analyses of this study, flexible unit plans are classified into 6 types; and it was found that, as the size of apartments gets larger, the livingroom and the dinning room tend to be placed on the front bay. After grouping rooms with a similar function into the spatial zones of the master bedroom, children's room, the livingroom, and the dinning room, flexible types are analyzed in terms of the location of rooms. The results of this study will be able to contribute to establishing flexible housing culture that can accommodate the changing needs of residents.

제한된 자원을 갖는 센서 노드들을 이용하여 온도, 습도 등의 센싱 된 정보를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 IETF 워킹그룹에서 CoAP 프로토콜을 제안하고, 인터넷 드래프트 상태에 있다. 센서 노드나 네트워크 장비들에 응용 프로토콜이 탑재되면, 프로토콜의 규격에 맞추어 효율적으로 센서 정보의 수집 및 활용이 가능하다. 하지만, 제한된 자원의 한계로 인해, 이를 센서 노드들에 적용하기 위해서는 CoAP-Lite 형태로 탑재되어야 하는데, 이러한 모델에서의 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 적용하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

DNA칩 영상의 패턴 분류는 인간의 유전적 질병에 대한 유용한 정보를 획득할 수 있다는 점에서 아주 중요한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 DNA칩 영상의 패턴을 분류하기 위해 신경망의 학습 알고리즘 중 Back-propagation과 Self Organizing Map을 이용하여 패턴을 분류하는 알고리즘을 개발하고 이들의 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 또한 개발한 알고리즘은 PC 환경 및 S3C2440 (ARM920T)을 CPU Core로 사용한 MV2440 보드에서 실험하여 그 결과를 디스플레이 함으로써 사용자가 다양한 환경에서 보다 쉽게 유전자 정보를 얻는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다.

NTRU는 1990년대 Hoffstein 등에 의해 제안된 격자(Lattice) 기반 공개키 암호체계로서 기존의 공개키 암호와 비교하여 동일한 안전성을 제공하면서 암호화 및 복호화 속도가 빠르며 양자 연산 알고리즘을 이용한 공격에도 강하다는 이점이 있어 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단순 전력 분석 공격과 통계적 특성을 이용한 전력 분석 공격인 상관계수 전력 분석 공격에 대한 NTRU의 안전성을 분석하고, NesC로 구현한 NTRU의 연산을 Telos 모트(mote)에서 수행시켜 측정한 전력 소모 데이터에 상관계수 전력 분석 공격을 적용하여 개인키 정보를 복원하는 실험 결과를 보인다. 또한 이러한 전력 분석 공격을 방지하기 위한 대응 방법을 제시한다. 먼저, 단순 전력 분석 공격을 방지하기 위해 연산 결과를 저장할 배열을 0이 아닌 수로 초기화시키는 방법을 제안하고, 통계적 특성을 이용한 전력분석 공격을 방지하기 위해 연산 순서를 변경하거나 컨볼루션(convolution) 연산에 사용되는 피연산자들에게 무작위성(randomness)을 부여하여 같은 입력에 대해서 랜덤한 전력 소모를 보이도록 하는 방법을 제안한다.
