The crystal structure of 1-tert-butoxycarbonyl-4-[N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-N-(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)amino]-3-phenylsulfonylpyrrolidind [C24H36O8N2S] has been from single crystal x-ray diffraction study ; C24H36O8N2S triclinic, p1, a=11.363(8)Å, b=11.589(6)Å, c=11.013(10)Å,α=95.32(6)°,β=98.64(7)°,γ=79.57(5)°,V=1406.8(18)Å3, t=293K, Z=2, CuKα(λ=1.5418Å). The molecular structure was solved by diredt method and refined by full-matrix least squares to a final R=9.78% for 3621 unique observed [F≥4σ(F)] reflections and 703 paramenters.

As an attempt to improve the seaming of clothes exported to China, this study is intended to strengthen the clothing industry in Korea by providing data on the body figures of Chinese women. Direct measurement was conducted on 193 women aged 19-24 residing in Shanghai, China. Then we classified and identified the body types and characteristics of Chinese women based on the drop values suggested by the National Standard of the People's Republic of China(GB/T 1335.2-1997). The following is a summary and conclusion of this study. 1. The following results were obtained by measuring the body sizes of women aged 19-24 living in Shanghai, China. 2. After having conducted a factor analysis on 111 body measurement items, 15 index items, and 11 calculation items, we were able to deduce a total of 6 factors. 3. We categorized the body types of 19-24 year-old women living in Shanghai, China according to the drop values suggested by GB/T 1335.2-1997 where D-type was added to Y, A, B, and C-types for a total of 5 categories. The characteristics of each body type following the body type structure factor are Y-type for slender type, A-type for standard type, B-type for slightly large type, and C-type for obese type.

Extracellular beta amyloid (Aβ) plaques are the neuropathological hallmarks of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Accordingly, reducing Aβ levels is considered a promising strategy for AD prevention. 3'-O-acetyl-24-epi-7,8-didehydrocimigenol-3-O-β-D-xylopryranoside significantly decreased the Aβ production and this effect was accompanied with reduced sAPPβ production known as a soluble ectodomain APP fragment through β-secretases in HeLa cells overexpressing amyloid precursor proteins (APPs). This compound also increased the level of sAPPα, which is a proteolytic fragment of APP by α-secretases. In addition, 3'-O-acetyl-24-epi-7,8-didehydrocimigenol-3-O-β-D-xylopryranoside decreased the protein level of β-secretases, but the protein levels of A disintegrin and metalloproteinase (ADAM) family, especially ADAM10 and ADAM17, are increased. Thus, 3'-O-acetyl-24-epi-7,8-didehydrocimigenol-3-O-β-D-xylopryranoside could be useful in the development of AD treatment in the aspect of amyloid pathology.

With increasing needs for affective design, it became an essential part in a product development process to look up quantitative ergonomic data that reflects customers' preferences on design factors in various products. This study looked at wide LCD monitors and analyzed customers' affective preferences regarding monitor's bezel frame size and shape. The monitor's bezel frame depth, size and ratio were selected as independent variables among many design parameters. As dependent variables, customer's subjective preferences were measured. A statistical analysis revealed that monitor's bezel frame depth, size and ratio had significant effects on customer's preferences. Also, it was possible to find a different tendency on affective variables and their levels for 19" and 24" wide LCD monitors. In general, experiments revealed that customers reacted more sensitively in 24" wide LCD monitors to all variables. In 19" wide LCD monitors, only the lower frame bezel size had a significant effect, otherwise, lower, upper and side frame bezels appeared to be effective variables in 24" monitors. In order to reflect customer's affective preferences to new design of wide LCD monitors, this study is expected to provide quantitative ergonomic data and guidelines for the design of wide LCD monitor's bezel frame depth and size.

This research was to analyze the direction ideas of residential Feng Shui. In ancient China residential places were been established by Xiangzhai(相宅) and Buzhai(卜宅) usages. And ancient Chinese always considered geographical features of mountains and waters for setting up their living places. Geographical features were also considered importantly ih representative residential Feng Shui books, Zhaijing(宅經) and Yangzhaisanyao(陽宅三要). In Zhaihing, 24 direction ideas are co-related with Fagui(八卦) and GanZhi(千支) theories, and they are most important residential Feng Shiui direction theories. The basic thoughts of 24 direction ideas of Zhaijing were already formed in Qin(秦) dynasty and modified in early Han(漢) dynasty. In Zhaijing, residential places were splited into Yangzhai(陽宅) and Yinzhai(陰宅) according to YinYang's Qi directions. Those were actually formed from meticulous observations on changing processes of YinYangWuXing(陰陽五行)'s Qi(氣). Constantly changed Qi of YinYangWuXing were studied by old chinese people from the observations on the sun, the moon, the five stars, the Great Bear, and ErShiBaXiu(二十八宿). The origin of Zhaijing's direction ideas is the direction system of ShiPan(式盤) in Qin and Han dynasty. On ShiPan TianGan(天干) Dizi(地支) Fagui TianDiRenGui(天地人鬼) were arranged very systematically into four and 24 directions. DongxiSizhai(東西四宅) theories of Yangzhaisanyao had edited more lately than Zhaijing(宅經), and formed according to Fagui(八卦)'s YinYang(陰陽) principles. But the basic ideas is same with Zhaihing's. It proves that residential Feng Shui theories were constantly improved and modified. And both residential Feng Shui direction ideas of Zhaijing and Yangzhaisanyao are the gentral ideas in old china. The point of that ideas is Sky's four or 24 directions are correspndence with the earth's. It came from the traditional thoughts that Heaven, Earth, and mankind are c0-related and influenced each other according to Qi's changing processes. Gather up above mentioned, the direction ideas of residential Feng Shui is a systematic thoughts of old chinese for harmonizing Tian-Di-Ren-Gui, and is their specific methods for harmonizing the nature's Qi, mankind and spirits.

Purpose: This study investigated correlations between the actual sleep time 24 hours prior to an examination and the time to achieve chloral hydrate sedation in pediatric patients. Methods: With parental consent, 84 children who were placed under moderate or deep sedation with chloral hydrate for examinations from November 19, 2020 to July 9, 2022 were recruited. Results: Patients' average age was 19.9 months. Pediatric neurology patients and those who underwent electroencephalography took significantly longer to achieve sedation with chloral hydrate. There was a negative correlation between the time to achieve sedation and actual sleep time within 24 hours prior to the examination. Positive correlations were found between the actual sleep time 24 hours prior to the examination and the second dose per weight, as well as between the sedation recovery time and awake hours before the examination. Conclusion: Sleep restriction is not an effective adjuvant therapy for chloral hydrate sedation in children, and sedation effects vary according to pediatric patients' characteristics. Therefore, it would be possible to reduce the unnecessary efforts of caregivers who restrict children's sleep for examinations. It is more important to educate parents about safe sedation than about sleep restriction.

This study was to research the relationships between rice straw degradation and changes of fibrolytic bacteria population during the in vitro rumen fermentation. Dry matter(DM) digestion of rice straw and population of fibrolytic bacteria were measured at the 0. 4, 8, 12 and 48 hours during the incubation. The populations of F. succinogenes. R. albus and R. flavefaciens were defined as log copy number of 16S rDNA by technical method of Quantitative real-time PCR. Total population of F. succinogenes, R. flavefaciens and R. albus was sum of bactera attached on rice straw and suspended in medium. It's population was increased with incubation, reached top level of 29.0 Log copy No at the 24 hour and then decreased. In the meantime, DM digestion of rice straw showed the higher increasement from the 8 hour to the 24 hour than from the 0 hour to the 8 hour, and then a slowdown in increasing trend of digestibility. Attachments of F. succinogenes, R. flavefaciens and R. albus were detected immediately after start of in vitro rumen incubation. At the same time, the colonized bacterial share were respectively 34.5%, 84.4% and 67.9% in total population. All of them was reached the highest colonized bacterial share above 94.7% at the 4 hour incubation. However population of attached bacteria was shown the highest level at the 12 hour or the 24 hour incubation. Kinetics of colonization were formed area of top speed from the 12 hour to the 24 hour and respectively reached 10.33, 9.28 및 8.30 Log copy No/h/g DM at the 24 hour by F. succinogenes, R. flavefaciens and R. albus. The kinetics of rice straw degradation was formed top level of 0.95% DM/h at the 24 hour. The present results gave clear evidence that degradation of rice straw was increased with the development of total fibrolytic bacteria in process of rumen fermentation. Also, their attachment was largely occurred immediately after insertion of rice straw, the colonized bacteria was actively proliferated, and then degradation of rice straw was maximized.

There is a broad range of different small heat shock proteins (sHSPs) that have diverse structural and functional characteristics. To better understand the functional role of mitochondrial sHSP, NtHSP24.6 was expressed in Escherichia coli with a hexahistidine tag and purified. The protein was analyzed by non-denaturing PAGE, chemical cross-linking and size exclusion chromatography and the $H_6NtHSP24.6$ protein was found to form a dimer in solution. The in vitro functional analysis of $H_6NtHSP24.6$ using firefly luciferase and citrate synthase demonstrated that this protein displays typical molecular chaperone activity. When cell lysates of E. coli were heated after the addition of $H_6NtHSP24.6$, a broad range of proteins from 10 to 160 kD in size remained in the soluble state. These results suggest that NtHSP24.6 forms a dimer and can function as a molecular chaperone to protect a diverse range of proteins from thermal aggregation.

백편을 만들 때 멥쌀가루 100에 찹쌀가루를 총중량의 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% 첨가하고 저장시간 0시간, 24시간, 48시간, 72시간 저장한 후 (4$^{\circ}C$에서) reheating 한 백편의 기호성과 조직감(Texture)에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는 가를 관능검사와 기계적 검사에 의해 측정한 결과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다 1. 관능검사 결과 백편의 Color 는 찹쌀의 첨가량이 증가할수록 누런색이 짙어졌으며, 24, 48, 72 시간 저장한 후 reheating 한 백편도 누런색이 짙어지는 경향을 나타냈다. Coarseness 는 찹쌀의 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향이었으나 저장전의 백편은 유의적인 경향을 나타내지 않았다. 찹쌀의 첨가량이 증가할수록 Softness, Dryness, crumblyness는 감소경향을 나타냈으며 24, 48, 72 시간을 저장한 후 reheating 한 백편도 유의적인 감소경향을 나타냈다. 외관의 기호도는 찹쌀의 첨가율이 5% 인 백편을 가장 좋아했고, 조직감 및 종합적인 기호도는 찹쌀의 첨가율이 10~20%인 백편을 좋아했다. 2. Rhemeter에 의한 백편의 Texture는 찹쌀의 첨가량이 증가할수록 Compression force, gumminess, Chewiness가 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 24, 48, 72 시간 저장한 후 reheating 한 백편은 저장전보다 점점 감소경향을 나타냈다가 72시간 저장한 후 reheating 하면 다시 증가경향을 나타냈다. Work ratio 및 Recovered height는 찹쌀의 첨가량과 저장시간의 변화에 크게 영향을 미치지 않았다. Recovered 하지 않고 0, 24, 48, 72 시간 저장한 백편의 Compressing force는 찹쌀의 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가경향이 컸고 저장시간이 경과함에 따라 Compression force가 증가하였는데 특히 24시간 저장하는 동안 급격히 증가하였다. 3. 찹쌀 첨가량이 증가할수록 수분함량은 증가하였고, 저장시간이 경과함에 따라 수분함량은 감소경향을 나타냈으나 24시간 저장한 후 reheating 한 백편만이 수분함량의 증가경향을 나타내었다. 4. qoruvs의 Softness 는 Compression force 및 Work ratio 와 유의적인 상관관계를 나타내었으며, Dryness 와 Crumblyness 는 Work ratio와 유의적인 상관관계를 나타내고 있어 백편의 조직감은 Compression force 와 Work ratio로 대치할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. 수분함량은 기계적 검사보다 관능검사와 더욱 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다.

In this study, seasonal customs are analyze the appropriate festival for each 24 seasonal divisions of the year. Recover the intrinsic value of the festival and selected the target villages and each village should investigate elements of the festival. The village were sought activation of a rural village by setting the festive season. (1) 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival is a small town festival, the festival's program is based on the experience-oriented. Based on period seasonal customs and season plays are set up 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival's program. (2) Survey area is the rural tourism village carried seven villages at Cheongju-si in Chungcheongbuk-do. (3) 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival establish as possible to the festival program is based on 24 seasonal divisions of the yearfestival seasonal customs, seven villages were set on the festival. on the season sesipung through the festive season as possible to the festival program was set up, seven villages were set on the festival. The first standard, festivals and events that are currently made. Second,now ongoing in the village is experience program and a 24 seasonal divisions of the year seasonal customs resource. (4) As a result, each period of the festival was set in the village. (5) By festival setting recover intrinsic value of the festival by taking advantage of 24 seasonal divisions of the year. The common interests of the rural town of experience, the rising interest in each town and village festivals activation of the network can be achieved.
