강인 반복 제어를 이용한 비선영 유도탄 자동조종장치 (A Robust Recursive Control Approach to Nonlinear Missile Autopilot)

  • In this paper, a robust recursive control approach for nonlinear system, which is based on Lyapunov stability, is proposed. The proposed method can apply to extended systems including cascaded systems and the stability is guaranteed in the sense of Lyapunov. The recursive design procedure so called “robust recursive control approach” is used to find a stabilizing robust controller and simultaneously estimate the uncertainty parameters. First, a nonlinear model with uncertainties whose bounds are unknown is derived. Then, unknown bounds of uncertainties are estimated. By using these estimates, the stabilizing robust controller is updated at each step. This approach is applied to the pitch autopilot design of a nonlinear missile system and simulation results indicate good performance.

Robust stabilization of plants with both parameter perturbation and unstructured uncertainty

  • In this paper a robust stabilization problem is discussed for plant with both time-varying parameter perturbations and unstructured uncertainty. It is shown that, a robust L$_{2}$-stabilizing controller can be obtained by solving an H$_{\infty}$ standard problem with a scaling parameter. Using an H$_{\infty}$ design method, a robust L$_{2}$-stabilizing controller is derived. Finally, a numerical example is given.n.

  • The magnetic levitation system has great advantages, such as little friction, no lubrication no noise and so on. The magnetic levitation system need a stabilizing controller because it is a unstable system in natural. This paper presents the robust stabilizing controller design of the magnetic levitation system. The controller which is designed in this paper by $H_{infty}$ control theory is robust servo controller which has zero offset in spite of the model uncertainties. The validity of controller was investigater through the response simulation. In the future, we will use the result of this study at the actual magnetic levitation system.

  • This paper considers the design of robust stabilizing controller of a linear time-invariant digital system subject to variations of parameter vector. For a given controller the radius of the largest stability hypersphere in this parameter space is calculated. This radius is a measure of the stability Margin of the closed-loop system. Based on this calculation a design procedure is proposed to robustify a given stabilizing controller. This algorithm iteratively enlarges the stability hypersphere in parameter space and can be used to design a controller to stabilize a plant subject to given ranges of parameter perturbations. These results are illustrated by an example.

  • The magnetic levitation system has many advantages, such as little friction, no lubrication, no noise and so on. For this reason, the magnetic levitation system is utilized in the magnetic bearing of high-speed rotor. The method to obtain magnetic force is both the repulsive suspension method and the attraction suspension method need a stabilizing controller because it is a unstable system in natural. This paper presents the design of robust stabilizing servo controller in spite of being the model uncertainties in the magnetic levitation system by $\textit{H}_{\infty}$ control theory using the free parameter. And we investigated the validity of a designed controller through results of the simulation and the actual experiment.

  • In this paper, we design the robust $H_{\infty}$ controller for water level control of steam generator using a mixed $H_{\infty}$ optimization with model-matching method. Firstly we choose the desired model which has good disturbance rejection performance. Secondly we design a stabilizing controller to keep the model-matching error small and also provide sufficiently large stability margin against additive perturbations of the nominal plant. Simulation results show that proposed robust $H_{\infty}$ controller at specific power operation has satisfactory performances against the variations of load power, steam flow rate, primary circuit coolant temperature, and feedwater temperature. It can be also observed that the proposed robust $H_{\infty}$ controller exhibits better robust stability than conventional PI controller.

  • In the time-invarient system, the adaptive controller was designed for the non-tracking error in the 1980's. In this study, the Model Reference Adaptive Control using on-line processing method is used to identify the coefficients of the model, and the Robust Controller (H.inf.) is designed to stabilize the rigid body and the flexible body of satellite, which can be perturbed due to disturbance, etc. The result obtained by H.inf. controller is compared with that of the PI(Proportional and Intergation) controller which is commonly used for stabilizing satellite.

  • The magnetic levitation system is utilized in the magnetic bearing of high-speed rotor because of little friction, no lubrication, no noise and so on. The magnetic levitation system need the feedback controller for the stabilization of system, and gap sensors are generally used to measure the gap. The use of sensor easily goes into troublesome caused by sensor failure discord between the measurement point and the control point etc. This paper presents the design of robust stabilizing contoller by $H_{\infty}$ control theory using the sensorless method proposed by authors in the magnetic levitation system. And we investigated both the validity of the designed controller and the usefulness of the sensorless magnetic levitation system through results of actual experiment.

  • In this paper, a controller design method is proposed for haptic interface considering transparency and robust stability. For this, a performance index for the transparency as performance measure is defined in the points of impedance matching and the optimal solution which is minimizing the performance index is obtained by solving H2 optimal problem. In haptic interface, the modeling uncertainties can be restricted to that of haptic device. To implement the robust stabilizing haptic controller to the uncertainties of haptic device, a robust stable condition using H$\infty$ norm from small gain theorem is proposed. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed haptic controller design scheme, numerical examples and experimental results are illustrated for virtual wall consisting of stiffness and damping factor.

  • The controller with robustness described in this paper is designed for processes with variable time-delays. This adaptive mechanism includes servo and stabilizing compensators. In the proposed multivariable controller. knowledge of the system time-delay is not required.
