최근 'healing'이라는 단어가 여기저기에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 과도한 업무와 스트레스에 지친 직장인들뿐만 아니라 학생들까지도 'healing'을 찾고 있는 추세이다. 그러다 보니 자연스럽게 명상이나 요가, 음악 치료와 같은 심신의 건강, 회복과 정서적인 안정을 위한 여러 가지 활동들을 찾게 되었으며 스마트폰이 발달함에 따라서 지금은 스마트폰의 애플리케이션을 이용하여 쉽고 간편하게 음악 치료를 이용하고 있으며, 두뇌와 비타민의 합성어인 BTamin 음악이 유행처럼 번지게 되며 뇌파 (Bectro Encephaio Graphy : EGG)에 대한 관심도 높아졌다. 본 논문은 안드로이드 마켓의 Music Therapy for sound sleep 애플리케이션의 알파 웨이브 음악을 RightMark Audio Analyzer 프로그램을 통하여 분석 해보았다.

Before Smartphone releases, playing music form previous cellphone is very limited, so we need mp3 player instead. However, when Smartphone releases, a function of playing multimedia became one of the important things in Samrtphone including all functions of mp3 player. Even though it is easier to use since you can play music and multimedia in one device, it still has problem issues on the sound quality. This thesis will discuss about functions of EQ from Smartphone music players. After that, we will to achieve high fidelity sound through balance adjustment of Right Mark Audio Analyzer program.

Country of origin is very important in terms of consumers right to know, protection of producer, national finance and tariff preference etc. The principal issues related to country of origin are breaches of origin mark, determination of origin of OEM products, domestic products using imported raw materials, exports products, and fairness of penalties. This study focus origin mark issues on key components and set products which have not been treated so far. First, Origin mark issues on key components need to introduce multiple countries of origin for the same products. Some specific products, which are considered important key components or materials, has to mark multiple country of origin in terms of portion and significance. Next, Origin mark issues on set products need to expand the objects from 15 listed items of Korea Foreign Trade Act to all items of HS tariff schedules of Korea Customs Act. A set products which below 15% of components can mark single country of origin like FTA agreement such as Korea-EU FTA, Korea-EFTA, Korea-US FTA and Korea-Peru FTA.

A ring is a DICC ring if every chain of right ideals in-dexed by the integers stabilizes to the left or to the right or to both sides. A counterexample is given to an assertion of karamzadeh and Motamedi that a transfinite power of the Jacobson radical of a right DICC ring is zero. we determine the behavior of the transfinite powers of the Jacobson radical relative to a torsion theory and consequently can obtain their correct behavior in the classical setting.

An icon which is used in website as a role of a mark is an important device, what is called, to find the contents The users get satisfied with their internet surfing when visualization of icon has exactly the right content. Therefore, visualization of contents - performing more fast and more convenient functions in searching a right content which a user want - becomes much more important. In this study, we researched the expressive ways of con indicating the common contents in the website, we divided into a visible and an invisible content, analysed the cases in symbolic situation and finally suggested the most appropriate method of visualization in each type.

When a construction company builds a high structure, many piles should be driven into the ground by a hammer whose weight is 7,000 Kg in order to make the ground under the structure safe and strong. So, it is essential to determine whether a pile is penetrated into the ground enough to support the weight of the structure since ground characteristics at different locations are different each other. This paper proposes a visual measurement system for pile rebound and penetration movement including vibration using a high-speed line-scan camera and a specially designed mark to recognize two-dimensional motion parameters of the mark using only a line-scan camera. A mark stacking white and black right-angled triangles is used for the measurement, and movement information for vertical distance, horizontal distance and rotational angle is determined simultaneously

A lane departure warning system based on single lane mark detection is presented in this paper. The proposed system is focused on the robust detection of lane departure, even when one of the left or the right lane mark cannot be detected because of poor illumination or abrasion. Experimental results show that the proposed system warns lane departure, even if only a single lane is detected.

The authors studied therapeutic effects and related clinical data retrospectively on a series of 48 consecutive patients with head injury who were referred to physical therapy and occupational therapy, Kosin University Medical Center during 1 year, from March, 1993. through March, 1994. The conclusions were as follows : 1. Average age of the subject patients was 50.6 years, their age remped from 14 to 72 years, and the incidence between male and femele was 1:1.1. 2. In respect to the educational level high school graduates showed the highest incidence 18 (39.1 %) of 46 cases, and in respect to economy level, middle class revealed the highest incidence, 31(64.6 %) in 48 cases. 3. The HBP was the most common cause of spontaneity injury, disclosing 19 cases in 35 patients(54.3%), whereas the main cause of traumatic injury was a traffic accident, 7 cases ( 53.8 %) in 13 patients. 4. As for the region of injury in the cases of spontaneity ICH was 14 persons (40%). In the cases of trauma, hematoma was seen in 6 cases(42.2 %) in 48 total cases ICH was seen in 17 cases (35.4 %) to be the most common region. 5. Among 35 persons, spontaneity CBR was the highest region of injury, 13 cases(37.1 %) ; the side of paralysis in extremities the right side showed higher incidence, 18 cas (1.4 %) as compared to the left, 16 cases(45.7%). In the case of traumatic injury, CBR was the highest region of injury, 4(30.8% )in 13 cases and as for the paralysis side, right side showed higher incidence 7 cases(53.8%) as compared to the left side 5 cases(38.5%). 6. In respect to recurrence, HBP was seen in 5 cases to be the most common cause, and as for the region of injury, CBR was the highest. 7. A period of rehabilitation therapy in the cases of physical therapy the highest term was 1-2 month, 14 persons(29.2%). As for occupational therapy within 2 week-term was the highest, 24 persons(50%). 8. Physical strenth grade M.T in the cases of the upper extrimities before therapy, the low mark(grade 0) was 30 cases(62.5%), compared to the high mark(above grade 3)seen in 1 case(2.1%), And after therapy, the lowest mark(grade 0)was seen in 5 cases(10.4%) where as the high mark(above grade 3)was seen in 29 cases(60.4%). In the case of the lower extremities before therapy, the mark(below grade 1)was 37 cases(77.1 %), while the high mark(above grade 3)was seen n 4 cases(8.4%). And after therapy the low mark(below grade 1)was seen in 5 cases (10.4 %) and the high mark (above grade 3)was seen in 29 cases(60.4 %). 9. Before therapy conigtive function-level evaluation utilized R.L.A.L, the low mark(below level 3)was seen in 9 cases(18.8%), while the high mark(above level 7)was seen in 18 cases(37.5%). And after therapy the low mark (below level 3)was 4 cases(8.3%) and high mark(above level 7)was seen in 38 cases(79%). 10. After rehabilitation therapy, patients who were able to walk independently were 29 persons(60.4%), among which 16 cases(55.2%) depended on cane. The ratio between the cases who were able to walk and unable to walk was 1.5:1.

Generally, the Internet Address Resources Act is intended to protect the public from acts of Internet "cybersquatting", a term used to describe the bad faith, abusive registration of Internet domain names. In determining whether a person has a bad faith intent, a court may consider factors such as, (1) the trademark or other intellectual property rights of the person, if any, in the domain name, (2) the extent to which the domain name consists of the legal name of the person or a name that is otherwise commonly used to identify that person, (3) the person's prior use, if any, of the domain name in connection with the bona fide offering of any goods or services, (4) the person's bona fide noncommercial or fair use of the mark in a site accessible under the domain name, (5) the person's intent to divert consumers from the mark owner's online location to a site accessible under the domain name that could harm the goodwill represented by the mark, either for commercial gain or with the intent to tarnish or disparage the mark, by creating a likelihood of confusion as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of the site, (6) the person's offer to transfer, sell, or otherwise assign the domain name to the mark owner or any third party for financial gain without having used, or having an intent to use, the domain name in the bona fide offering of any goods or services, or the person's prior conduct indicating a pattern of such conduct.
