The large increase in the use of electricity has resulted in an ever-growing electric power demand. It has created the need for the construction of power transmission facility located close to the load centers and it also has to require wide right-of-way and large lots, that are not always available, for especially the installation of the towers. The difficulties in acquiring right-of-way have put pressure on energy companies to either upgrade a line on an existing right-of-way to higher voltage or build a new line on a narrow right-of-way. This paper presents the design of a compact tower with polymer Insulation arm, in order to reduce the separation between phases. the compact tower can be built on a narrow right-of-way. the compact tower can be designed based on 345 kV Tower regarding electrical clearances and right of way, therefore the conventional 154 kV Tower can be upgrading transmission line voltages have moved to 345 kV levels.

정보통신기술이 발달함에 따라 무선 전자상거래가 활성화되고 있으나 이에 대한 정보가 논문, 보고서 등의 자료로 한정되고 있다. 그러나 최근 들어 전자상거래에 있어서 지적재산권의 중요성이 강조되는 시점에서 이에 대한 연구의 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 무선 전자상거래와 관련된 기술 동향 및 이에 관련된 지적재산권에 대해 분석하여 국내의 무선 전자상거래에 관련된 지적재산권 확보 방안 및 지적재산권에 대한 대응 방안을 도출하여 차세대 표준에서 지적재산권 확보를 위한 방향을 제시한다.

Last December, the Abe government came back, and it is critical core of Northeast Asia. They visited to Yasukuni Shrine, denied to Korea's invasion and they are denying all of their invasion history. I'm afraid they want to take Dokdo. Dokdo is Korean territory, but Japan politics assert it belongs to them. To make matters worse, they are waiting an opportunity to invade. Ministry of Foreign Affair blue paper and Ministry of Defense white paper have claimed Dokdo as Japanese territory, and many right wing politicians are taking part in the Cabinet. Liberal Democratic Party of Japan is becoming more right wing politicians than before by Japan Restoration Party, and the others also have more right wing ideologies. It can't control Japan right wing political parties. They finally aim to take Dokdo. In this situation, we have to defend Dokdo. Japan must be very important partner for our nation's development. But it is necessary to trust between two countries. Dokdo is effective controlled by Korea. It is the best way how to keep Dokdo. During Dokdo is effective controlled by Korea, the Japanese Government has limited Dokdo's ownership. Now we don't have any way to keep Dokdo except more effective control. We have strategies about Japanese claim of Dokdo's ownership as follows. First, we can overpower Japan right wing politics as Japan conscientious force's ideology. Second, Japan politics say to Dokdo's ownership is based on The San Francisco Treaty. But it is not right. Third, we have to exchange a lot of local government and civic society in Japan. Finally, we must prepare thoroughly to bring the matter to the International Court of Justice.

As the UN Fish Stocks Agreement has come into effect since 2001, the actual enforceable management on fish stocks in high seas has started. The Regioanl Fisheries Organizations (RFOs) have emerged as management bodies with a real responsible right to manage fish stocks. RFOs establish a strong and strict management rules providing a fishing right only to member countries and preventing all fishing activities from fishing vessels of non-member countries. In addition, RFOs have an own allocation way of fishing opportunity in their waters so that they can prevent the depletion of fish stocks. It is investigated that deep-sea fisheries have a negative impact from strengthening of RFOs' management right. As the amount of catch is reduced by the control of fishing vessel's activities, the level of fishing revenue becomes low. Moreover, as fishing costs such as oil, fishing fees, labor cost increase significantly, the condition of fishing business is getting worse as a result. In order to gain a fishing right for deep-sea fishing vessels in RFOs waters, there is no other alternative way but become a member of RFOs which are relevant to our fisheries but not joined.

The concepts of reversible, right duo, and Armendariz rings are known to play important roles in ring theory and they are independent of one another. In this note we focus on a concept that can unify them, calling it a right Armendarizlike ring in the process. We first find a simple way to construct a right Armendarizlike ring but not Armendariz (reversible, or right duo). We show the difference between right Armendarizlike rings and strongly right McCoy rings by examining the structure of right annihilators. For a regular ring R, it is proved that R is right Armendarizlike if and only if R is strongly right McCoy if and only if R is Abelian (entailing that right Armendarizlike, Armendariz, reversible, right duo, and IFP properties are equivalent for regular rings). It is shown that a ring R is right Armendarizlike, if and only if so is the polynomial ring over R, if and only if so is the classical right quotient ring (if any). In the process necessary (counter)examples are found or constructed.

The purpose of this study is to analyse types and forms of branch-road in traditional korean villages. To do this, this study has selected and measured 87 branch-road cases of five traditional villages. An analysis of the case study has revealed the following results : 1. Branch-roads have four formations : 3 way, 4 way, multi-way and others. 2. Branch-roads comprise 64 percent of 3 way, 18 percent of 4 way, 8 percent of multi-way and 9 percent of others, respectively. 3. Topographic conditions have mostly affected the formation of branch-roads. 3 way of branch - roads are easily found in flat village. 4 way are multi-way of branch-road are found in semi-hilly and hilly village 4. 3 way of branch-roads have three types: T-type, Y-type, and y-type. 5. T-types are easily found in flat village, but Y-type and y-type are found in semi-hilly and hilly village. 6. Each angle of T-type is 171,99,90, respectively. It has turned out 8 degree is slightly deviated form the square. 7. Y-type of branch-road has an asymmetric form, comprising 145, 128, 87 degree of the angle, compared to 150, 150, 60 degree of symmetric one. 8. Average angles of y-type that are mostly found in hilly village are 175, 113, 72. Angle differences from each spot are 62 and 41 degree. It is assumed that 39 degree is a slope of least effort to walk. 9. 4 way of branch-roads have not only "＋" type but various types of K, Y and Y, Y and y, T and y and a foot of bird. 10. It is assumed that multi-way of branch-roads, mostly found on the middle and bottom of the hilly slope, has naturally formed to connect up and down, left and right.and right.

본 논문에서는 국제민간항공기구와 미연방항공청에서 규정한 "Right of way" 규정과 조종사의 경험을 바탕으로 한 퍼지로직을 이용한 무인항공기의 충돌회피를 다루고 있다. 이 규정을 적용하기 위해 퍼지로직을 이용한 충돌회피 시스템을 설계하였다. 그리고 충돌회피 시스템이 작동할 조건을 위해 결심로직을 설계하였다. 결심로직은 상대방위, CPA까지의 시간, CPA에서의 거리 등 세가자의 중요 요소로 구성되어 있다. 결심로직의 적용은 NMAC를 회피하기위해 설계 되어졌으며 몇 가지 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 일반공역에서 유인항공기와 함께 비행할 수 있도록 무인항공기의 "See and Avoid" 능력을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

사용자가 많은 대규모 기업 조직 시스템이나 전자정부시스템에서 사용자의 정보 객체에 대한전근을 제한하는 효과적인 방법으로 역할기반 접근 제어(RBAC: Role based Access Control)를 들 수 있다. 이는 사용자에게 정보 객체의 접근권한을 직접 부여하는 것이 아니라 조직에서 정의된 역할을 부여함으로써 정보 객체에 접근한다는 개념이다. RBAC는 개인정보에 대한 접근 제어는 가능하나 법제도적으로 규정하고 있는 자기정보결정권 및 조직의 개인정보에 대한 관리감독 규제의 개념은 반영되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 교무업무시스템에 저장되어 있는 학생자료에 대한 접근 제어 및 개인정보보호 수단으로 RBAC 확장모델을 제시하고자 한다. RBAC 시스템에 개인정보 접근권 및 참여권을 반영하기 위하여 자료권한과 자료권한 배정 구성요소를 추가하고, 이를 통해 개인정보의 흐름 및 관리 감독체제의 구축이 가능하도록 설계한다. 또한 RBAC 구성요소별 개인정보보호 개념을 추가하고, 확장된 모델을 바탕으로 시스템 구현 사례와 기존 RBAC와의 비교 평가를 통해 시스템의 중요성과 차별성을 제시한다.

Self-leadership means a person's ability to make his thought or behavior in a right way by controlling it himself. Strategies of the same leadership can be largely categorized into three, behavior focused, natural reward and constructive thought strategies. In this study, the foresaid styles of self-leadership strategy are discussed from the perspective of dental lab laboratories' business environment of Gyeongnam region. And accordingly, this researcher examined such strategy styles that dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians usually have. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, out of the self-leadership strategy styles, most remarkably found among the professional of dental technology was constructive thought strategy, followed by behavior-focused and natural reward strategies in order. In general, therefore, the professionals strongly tend to make their thoughts that can a positive effect on their work performance or in a constructive way. In other words, professional dental technicians are more likely to make efforts to persuade or persuade themselves to change their own unreasonable confidence or negative process in more positive way. Second, the extent to which constructive thought strategy is perceived was not different among dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians. While, behavior-focused and natural reward strategies were found most strongly perceived by dental lab managers, followed by chief and assistant technicians in order. This may be attributed to the fact that the higher professional dental technicians are in position, the higher they are in self-leadership, or in the ability to overcome crises by themselves and make their thought or behavior in a right way. Dental lab managers usually have lots of experiences in relation to behavior-focused or natural reward strategy. Therefore, they are very strongly capable of controlling themselves in order to overcome crises or make their thought or behavior in a right way. In contrast, assistant technicians are still having lots of trials and errors because they are less experienced and skilled. This suggests that chief technicians should make themselves fully capable as a medium that connects between dental lab managers and assistant technicians.
