The large increase in the use of electricity has resulted in an ever-growing electric power demand. It has created the need for the construction of power transmission facility located close to the load centers and it also has to require wide right-of-way and large lots, that are not always available, for especially the installation of the towers. The difficulties in acquiring right-of-way have put pressure on energy companies to either upgrade a line on an existing right-of-way to higher voltage or build a new line on a narrow right-of-way. This paper presents the design of a compact tower with polymer Insulation arm, in order to reduce the separation between phases. the compact tower can be built on a narrow right-of-way. the compact tower can be designed based on 345 kV Tower regarding electrical clearances and right of way, therefore the conventional 154 kV Tower can be upgrading transmission line voltages have moved to 345 kV levels.

We have recently experienced three interesting foreign bodies in the air way. Case 1. A spring coil of ball pen which was rusty and divided into two for one year was in the right inferior lobar bronchus of a 10 year old boy. Case 2. A bean lodged on the orifice of the right upper lobar bronchus and right middle lobar bronchus, resulted in complete atelectasis of the right upper and middle lobes of a 6 month old girl. Cases 3. A wire used in fixing a pair of socks was hanged transeversely for one month between epiglottis and hypopharynx of a 11 month old boy.

Last December, the Abe government came back, and it is critical core of Northeast Asia. They visited to Yasukuni Shrine, denied to Korea's invasion and they are denying all of their invasion history. I'm afraid they want to take Dokdo. Dokdo is Korean territory, but Japan politics assert it belongs to them. To make matters worse, they are waiting an opportunity to invade. Ministry of Foreign Affair blue paper and Ministry of Defense white paper have claimed Dokdo as Japanese territory, and many right wing politicians are taking part in the Cabinet. Liberal Democratic Party of Japan is becoming more right wing politicians than before by Japan Restoration Party, and the others also have more right wing ideologies. It can't control Japan right wing political parties. They finally aim to take Dokdo. In this situation, we have to defend Dokdo. Japan must be very important partner for our nation's development. But it is necessary to trust between two countries. Dokdo is effective controlled by Korea. It is the best way how to keep Dokdo. During Dokdo is effective controlled by Korea, the Japanese Government has limited Dokdo's ownership. Now we don't have any way to keep Dokdo except more effective control. We have strategies about Japanese claim of Dokdo's ownership as follows. First, we can overpower Japan right wing politics as Japan conscientious force's ideology. Second, Japan politics say to Dokdo's ownership is based on The San Francisco Treaty. But it is not right. Third, we have to exchange a lot of local government and civic society in Japan. Finally, we must prepare thoroughly to bring the matter to the International Court of Justice.

As the UN Fish Stocks Agreement has come into effect since 2001, the actual enforceable management on fish stocks in high seas has started. The Regioanl Fisheries Organizations (RFOs) have emerged as management bodies with a real responsible right to manage fish stocks. RFOs establish a strong and strict management rules providing a fishing right only to member countries and preventing all fishing activities from fishing vessels of non-member countries. In addition, RFOs have an own allocation way of fishing opportunity in their waters so that they can prevent the depletion of fish stocks. It is investigated that deep-sea fisheries have a negative impact from strengthening of RFOs' management right. As the amount of catch is reduced by the control of fishing vessel's activities, the level of fishing revenue becomes low. Moreover, as fishing costs such as oil, fishing fees, labor cost increase significantly, the condition of fishing business is getting worse as a result. In order to gain a fishing right for deep-sea fishing vessels in RFOs waters, there is no other alternative way but become a member of RFOs which are relevant to our fisheries but not joined.

The concepts of reversible, right duo, and Armendariz rings are known to play important roles in ring theory and they are independent of one another. In this note we focus on a concept that can unify them, calling it a right Armendarizlike ring in the process. We first find a simple way to construct a right Armendarizlike ring but not Armendariz (reversible, or right duo). We show the difference between right Armendarizlike rings and strongly right McCoy rings by examining the structure of right annihilators. For a regular ring R, it is proved that R is right Armendarizlike if and only if R is strongly right McCoy if and only if R is Abelian (entailing that right Armendarizlike, Armendariz, reversible, right duo, and IFP properties are equivalent for regular rings). It is shown that a ring R is right Armendarizlike, if and only if so is the polynomial ring over R, if and only if so is the classical right quotient ring (if any). In the process necessary (counter)examples are found or constructed.

The purpose of this study is to analyse types and forms of branch-road in traditional korean villages. To do this, this study has selected and measured 87 branch-road cases of five traditional villages. An analysis of the case study has revealed the following results : 1. Branch-roads have four formations : 3 way, 4 way, multi-way and others. 2. Branch-roads comprise 64 percent of 3 way, 18 percent of 4 way, 8 percent of multi-way and 9 percent of others, respectively. 3. Topographic conditions have mostly affected the formation of branch-roads. 3 way of branch - roads are easily found in flat village. 4 way are multi-way of branch-road are found in semi-hilly and hilly village 4. 3 way of branch-roads have three types: T-type, Y-type, and y-type. 5. T-types are easily found in flat village, but Y-type and y-type are found in semi-hilly and hilly village. 6. Each angle of T-type is 171,99,90, respectively. It has turned out 8 degree is slightly deviated form the square. 7. Y-type of branch-road has an asymmetric form, comprising 145, 128, 87 degree of the angle, compared to 150, 150, 60 degree of symmetric one. 8. Average angles of y-type that are mostly found in hilly village are 175, 113, 72. Angle differences from each spot are 62 and 41 degree. It is assumed that 39 degree is a slope of least effort to walk. 9. 4 way of branch-roads have not only "＋" type but various types of K, Y and Y, Y and y, T and y and a foot of bird. 10. It is assumed that multi-way of branch-roads, mostly found on the middle and bottom of the hilly slope, has naturally formed to connect up and down, left and right.and right.

This thesis describes collision avoidance using fuzzy logic based on "Right of way" rules of ICAO and FAA and pilot's experiences for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV). To apply the rules, we designed fuzzy logic based collision avoidance system. And we also designed decision logic for enable condition of collision avoidance system. Decision logic have three kinds of core key, i.e. Relative Range, Time of CPA(Closest Point of Approach) and Distance at CPA. Application of decision logic made a possible to avoid NMAC(Near Mid-Air Collision) and it has been verified through several simulations. To conclude, we proposed the method to carry out "See and Avoid" ability on UAVs, which is capability to mingle with manned aircraft in civil airspace.

RBAC(Role based Access Control) is effective way of managing user's access to information object in enterprise level and e-government system. The concept of RBAC is that the access right to object in a system is not directly assigned o users but assigned by being a member of a role which is defined in a organization. RBAC is utilized for controling access range of privacy but it does not support the personal legal right of control over information and right of limited access to the self. Nor it contains the way of observation of privacy flow that is guided in a legal level. In this paper, extended RBAC model for protecting privacy will be suggested and discussed. Two components of Data Right and Assigning Data Right are added to existed RBAC and the definition of each component is redefined in aspect of privacy preservation. Data Right in extended RBAC represents the access right to privacy data. This component provides the way of control over who can access which privacy and ensures limitation of access quantity of privacy. Based on this extended RBAC, implemented examples are presented and the evaluation is discussed by comparing existed RBAC with extended RBAC.

Self-leadership means a person's ability to make his thought or behavior in a right way by controlling it himself. Strategies of the same leadership can be largely categorized into three, behavior focused, natural reward and constructive thought strategies. In this study, the foresaid styles of self-leadership strategy are discussed from the perspective of dental lab laboratories' business environment of Gyeongnam region. And accordingly, this researcher examined such strategy styles that dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians usually have. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, out of the self-leadership strategy styles, most remarkably found among the professional of dental technology was constructive thought strategy, followed by behavior-focused and natural reward strategies in order. In general, therefore, the professionals strongly tend to make their thoughts that can a positive effect on their work performance or in a constructive way. In other words, professional dental technicians are more likely to make efforts to persuade or persuade themselves to change their own unreasonable confidence or negative process in more positive way. Second, the extent to which constructive thought strategy is perceived was not different among dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians. While, behavior-focused and natural reward strategies were found most strongly perceived by dental lab managers, followed by chief and assistant technicians in order. This may be attributed to the fact that the higher professional dental technicians are in position, the higher they are in self-leadership, or in the ability to overcome crises by themselves and make their thought or behavior in a right way. Dental lab managers usually have lots of experiences in relation to behavior-focused or natural reward strategy. Therefore, they are very strongly capable of controlling themselves in order to overcome crises or make their thought or behavior in a right way. In contrast, assistant technicians are still having lots of trials and errors because they are less experienced and skilled. This suggests that chief technicians should make themselves fully capable as a medium that connects between dental lab managers and assistant technicians.
