온라인 쇼핑에서 헤도닉-경험가치(Hedonic-Experiential Value): 영향변수와 결과변수 (Online Hedonic-Experiential Value in Internet Shopping: Antecedents and Consequences)

  • Shopping is a work and fun for a consumer. Retailers satisfy social and physiological needs through various experiences as well as economic and rational. Do offer online shopping malls fun and hedonic experiences that offline retailers do? This study applied the hedonic-experiential value relating to the consumption dimension of fun and excitement to online shopping. Especially, a model of online hedonic-experiential value, consisted of its antecedents and consequences, was developed and identified through a survey(n=436). As the result, graphic & multi-media, site structure & design, customer services, payment, individualization, product assortment & display, interactivity, dynamic pricing factors influence online hedonic-experiential value. Also, online hedonic-experiential value significantly related to revisiting, purchasing, and word-of mouth intention of the shopping site. The implications for online retailer are discussed and further research is suggested.

레스토랑의 분위기가 고객 정서, 이미지, 고객 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Restaurant Atmosphere on Its Image and Customer Emotions and Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of restaurant atmosphere on its image and customers' emotional responses and behavior. The results of this study indicated that perceived restaurant atmospheres had a significant effect on customers' emotional responses, and these emotional responses greatly influenced the image of a restaurant. Especially, the ambient and cleanliness factors of restaurant atmosphere influenced a restaurant image, and the positive image from those factors had a significant effect on customer behavior. The design and human factors of restaurant atmosphere influenced customer behavior, and the positive image from those factors had a significant effect on customer behavior. Finally, it was verified that the restaurant atmospheric factors affected its image and customers' emotional responses and behavior. Moreover, the better the restaurant atmospheric factors(design, ambient, cleanliness, humanity) are, the better customers' emotional responses and image are, thereby increasing customers' revisiting and word-of-mouth intention.

  • This paper analyzes how the service quality affects customer satisfaction and loyalty, focusing on a franchise restaurant company 'Wonhalmoney Bossam'. The result shows that store locations and food cost of the menu, as an additional quality formation factor, influence customer satisfaction and loyalty rather than the main quality formation factors. This study strongly suggests the marketing preparation of menu price and the choice of locations are most significant as an additional factor. Therefore, Korean food restaurants should develop their marketing strategies from the customer's point of view, and reasonable price setting and menu selection with appropriate location will create customer satisfaction and revisit.

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑 사이트를 이용하여 의류 구매시 느끼는 긍정적, 부정적 감정이 쾌락적, 실용적 가치지각에 미치는 영향과, 이러한 쾌락적, 실용적 가치지각이 점포접근행동에 미치는 영향관계를 연구하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 Babin and Attaway가 오프라인 쇼핑 사이트 연구에 활용한 연구모형을 인터넷 쇼핑상황에 적용하여 연구모형을 제시하고 실험자료를 통하여 검증하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 통해 의류상품을 쇼핑하는 과업을 수행하고 제시된 설문 문항에 응답하도록 하는 실험을 실시하여 278명의 결과가 통계분석에 이용되었으며 탐색적/확인적 요인분석과 Amos 6.0을 활용한 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형검증 결과 인터넷 의류 쇼핑 사이트에 대해 부정적인 감정을 많이 느낄수록 사이트에 대한 쾌락적, 실용적 가치지각이 낮았으며, 긍정적인 감정을 많이 느낄수록 사이트에 대한 쾌락적, 실용적 가치지각이 높았다. 이렇게 지각된 인터넷 의류쇼핑사이트의 쾌락적, 실용적 가치는 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치나, 재방문의도에는 실용적 가치만이 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점들이 제시되었다.

농촌교육농장 방문자의 행동의도 및 방문태도에 미치는 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting Visitor's Attitude and Behavioral Intention to Visit Educational Farms)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide an objective insight for factors that affect people's visiting behavior to educational farms. Second, this study aims to identify the underlying dimensions representing motivations and constraints for visiting educational farms. Third, this study explores differences among the classified groups with respect to structural relationships of each construct. Finally, identifying strategies of educational farm-related organizations could develop to reinforce visit motivations, offset visit constraints and ultimately increase behavioral intention for potential possible visitors to revisit and recommend educational farms. Empirical results of the study suggest implications for promoting the current farm villages and markets with many stakeholders in agricultural industries. Nevertheless, there are some limitations as followed: first, despite the possibility of their effects, the study did not consider other factors, which could affect revisiting behavior such as destination image, experiencing attributes etc. Second, the study needs improvements through longitudinal research because the cross-sectional research could not rule out the alternative explanations. The directions for the future study are as follows: first, future study requires time series approach instead of cross sectional approach. Secondly, future study might utilize comparative study regarding regional characteristics of educational farms or a nation-wide approach. Thirdly, future study can suggest a combined educational farms considering practical educational farm cases. Lastly, it is considered that developing evaluation measures such as quality authentication system will contribute to educational farms' stabilization.

병원코디네이터에 대한 지각된 진정성과 공감 및 커뮤니케이션 만족도와 재방문의도와의 관계 (The Relationship between Perceived Authenticity and Empathy and Communication Satisfaction and Revisit Intention for Hospital Coordinators)

  • 본 연구는 의료미용을 위한 상담 시 병원코디네이터와 만나는 접점에서 지각된 진정성이 공감과 커뮤니케이션, 재방문 의도에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 자료수집은 상담을 경험한 고객을 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 통계분석은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 병원코디네이터에 대한 지각된 진정성은 공감과 커뮤니케이션 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 공감은 커뮤니케이션 만족도에 정의 영향을 주었다. 둘째 공감과 커뮤니케이션 만족도는 재방문 의도에 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 병원코디네이터의 진정성 있는 상담은 공감을 형성하여 커뮤니케이션 만족도가 높아지고 병원을 다시 방문하는 결과로 이어진다. 따라서 단순히 매출 향상이나 직무에 의해 만들어진 상담이 아니라 고객을 배려한 진정성과 공감을 통한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어진다면 신뢰를 형성할 수 있으며 장기적으로 의료미용 기관의 성과에도 기여할 수 있을것이다.

중국소비자의 한국관광 만족을 위한 탐색적 연구 (A Study for Satisfaction of Chinese Tourists in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 문화체육관광부의 한국문화관광연구원에서 제공하는 2015년 외래관광객 실태조사 원자료를 활용하여 입국 관광객의 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 중국 관광 소비자의 만족도 확인 및 향후 지속적 유치를 가능케 하는 방안을 제언하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중국 소비자의 인구통계학적 특성과 관광 특성에 따라 전반적 관광만족도, 재방문의도, 추천의 도에의 차이와 영향요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 인구통계학적 특성 중 연령과 직업에 따라 전반적 관광 만족도와 재방문 의도에 차이가 있었으며 여행목적에 따라서는 재방문 의도에, 정보탐색경로에 따라서는 재방문 의도 및 추천 의도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 여행 형태에 따라서 만족도, 재방문 의도, 추천 의도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 한국 관광 만족, 재방문 및 추천의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 '음식'인 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 출입국 절차, 치안, 관광지 매력도 등이 나타났다. 특히 출입국 절차 등은 기존 관광 만족도 관련 연구에서 다루어지지 않은 요소로 향후 중국 관광객의 지속적 유치를 위하여 정부, 산업계, 학계에서 보다 적극적인 연구 및 개선 노력이 요구됨을 시사하고 있다.

  • This study is an empirical investigation and study on the measurement of nursing service quality as perceived by patients. A series of H1. H2. H3 alternative hypotheses were tested using a sample of 250 patients in Taegu City. Korea. HI hypothese were tested for application of five component of service quality (SERVQlTAL and SE RPERF : tangiblity. reliability. responsiveness. accessibility. understandability) in Taegu area Hospitals. Validity test - the five components of service quality were rearranged into two components of service quality (personal factor. nonpersonal factor). Although SERVQUAL was verified in USA. application for five components of service quality in Korea indicated that it need more analytical studies. Nobody can deny the fact that the recent growth of the nursing service quality is one of the most important driving forces of hospital management. In many hospitals. the nursing quality charges more than 50% of the medical service quality. As a result. many hospital managers should be enormous interests in the investment potentiality of the nursing service. However. doesn't many researchers invest their time and effort on the research of the quality control in nursing service. Nursing service management is the process to satisfy customer's desires and expectations through the various service activities. Presently nursing service are being faced with three Common tasks of improving quality of nursing service. competitively differential advantage and productivity because of quantitative expansion of Nursing service. Such a phenomenon is also found in our medical service industry. resulting from increasing demands for medical service owing to national medical insurance policy and consumer's attitude change emphasizing prevention of illness. excessiveness of medical facilities in large cities and increasing medical lawsuits due to influence of consumerism. Therefore. under such circumstances. this research on nursing service is conducted from nursing managements to improve the nursing service quality problems faced by medical institutions. The results of this theoretical/empirical research are as follows: 1. Nursing service Quality is regarded as patients' perceived quality and evaluated on the basis (5 dimension) of technical and functional quality. 2. Nursing service Quality is a concept of patients evaluation on the measurable multi-dimensions intrinsic and extrinsic attributes of service. 3. Nursing service Quality is conceptually defined as the difference between the perceived service and the expected service. 4. Korean consumers trend to evaluate nursing service quality based on such dimensions as responsiveness and reliability. understandability. accessibility. tangibility. 5. After analyzing whether or not there are some differences in respective medical institution. it was found that there are significant difference on understandability. reliability. communicability. courtesy. competence. 6. After analyzing the difference between the expected nursing service and the nursing perceived service, it was found that the expected nursing service is higher than the perceived service in every medical institution. 7. HI hypothesis was tested with regard to the validity test between SERVQUAL and SERVPERF in nursing service quality. The result of validity test between SERVQUAL and SERVPERF was found to have differential result. That is the R2 of SERVPERF is higher than that of SERVQUAL. Therefore. HI was verified in nursing management. H2. H3 hypotheses were tested whether or not the nursing service quality and patient satisfaction is the preceding variable. The result of H2 hypothes is that the nursing service quality is the preceding variable of patient satisfaction and the patient satisfaction is that of revisiting intention. After analyzing whether or not there is any differences on the demographic variable of five nursing service quality factor. it was found that there are statistically significant differences on communicability and courtesy at the sex. understand ability. accessibility and tangibility at the age. understandability at the academic background respectively.

한식당 프랜차이즈 기업의 현지화 마케팅과 브랜드 이미지, 고객 재방문의도와의 관계: 중국 베이징 지역을 중심으로 (The Relationship among Localized Marketing, Brand Image, and Customer's Intention to Revisit of Korean Restaurant Franchises: Focused on Beijing, China)

  • Purpose: The globalization of the Korean restaurant franchise industry differs from the business performance of enhancing the brand image and customers' intention to revisit depending on the degree of localization marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the extent to which the localization marketing activities of overseas Korean restaurant franchise companies affect the customer's perception. This study aims to investigate the effects of localization marketing (Localized Menu, Localized Price, Localized Service Experience, Localized Promotion, Localized Physical Environment) of Korean restaurant franchise companies on customer revisit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: For this study, 150 questionnaires using local Korean restaurants in Beijing, China, were analyzed using SPSS Ver.21 and AMOS Ver.22. Result: It was confirmed that the localized menu, localized service experience, and localized physical environment all affect the intention to revisit customers. Based on these verification results, if overseas franchises fully recognize localization marketing, which is an important factor for local business success, and establish localization strategies, they can gain an edge in competition with local Korean restaurants or restaurant franchises founded by locals. There may be a higher probability that However, it was found that localization price and localization promotion had no mediating effect of brand image between revisit intention and revisit intention. It was found that it had no effect on the degree of inquiry and had a negative effect. Conclusions: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been many changes in the domestic and overseas food service industry over the past two years. Therefore, in future research, it is necessary to study the localization of overseas Korean restaurant franchise companies that are more multidimensionally subdivided. Various measures of customized localization marketing for optimal regional characteristics should be developed and applied to enhance customer revisiting and brand image of Korean restaurant franchise companies entering overseas. In the future, this study will be meaningful data for the establishment of localization marketing (Localized Menu, Localized Price, Localized Service Experience, Localized Promotion, Localized Physical Environment) strategies for Korean restaurant franchise companies that consider overseas expansion or have already entered.

해양 요트 체험 매력 속성이 스트레스 회복과 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (Effect of Busan Yacht Experience Tourism on the Stress Recovery and Behavioral Intention of Tourists)

  • 코로나 팬데믹으로 인하여 야외에서 즐기는 여가 레저 활동에 관심이 커지고 있다. 야외 레저 활동 중 해양스포츠의 경우 삼면이 바다로 이루어진 한국에서는 즐기기 좋은 요건을 갖췄다고 볼 수 있다. 해양스포츠 중 요트의 경우 최근 부산 광안리와 수영만을 중심으로 다수의 요트 체험 프로그램이 운영되고 있다. 이러한 해양 요트 체험은 부담 없이 즐길 수 있는 매력적인 관광 상품으로 많은 이용자들에게 스트레스 회복을 가져다줄 수 있다. 이 연구는 해양 요트 체험 이용자의 경험을 토대로 해양 요트체험의 매력 속성이 스트레스 회복에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 스트레스 회복을 통해 해양 요트 체험을 재방문하거나 SNS를 통해서 타인에게 공유하는 의도를 함께 검증해 보고자 하였다. 또한 조절변수로 SNS 사용이 타 세대보다 활발한 MZ세대와 다른 세대 간의 차이를 제시하여 그 유의성을 검증해 보았다. 이 연구의 설문은 부산의 해양 요트 체험을 경험한 사람들을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 해양 요트 체험의 매력 요소 중 경관, 분위기, 부대시설, 프로그램 그리고 서비스가 이용자의 스트레스 회복에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 스트레스 회복을 통한 만족감은 재방문 의도와 SNS 공유 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 연령에 따른 조절 효과 검증에서는 MZ세대와 타 세대 간의 재방문 의도에 대한 세대 간 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통해 요트 체험의 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 이용객들의 재방문을 유도하고, SNS을 활용한 다양한 마케팅을 실시하여야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다.
