정펄스 및 역펄스 방법을 이용하여 구리 전해도금 시 전착층의 표면 형상과 고유저항에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Pulse and Pulse-Reverse Current on Surface Morphology and Resistivity of Electrodeposited Copper)

  • Recently, requirement for the ultra thin copper foil increases with smaller and miniaturized electronic components. In this study, we evaluated the surface morphology, crystal phase ana surface roughness of the copper film electrodeposited by pulse method without using additives. Homogeneous and dense copper crystals were formed on the titanium substrate, and the optimum condition was 25% duty cycle. Moreover, the surface roughness(Ra), $0.295{\mu}m$, is the smallest value in this condition. It is thought that this copper foil is good for electromigration inhibition due to the preferential crystal growth of Cu (111)

  • As information and construction technology increases, the demand for sophisticated geometric design grows. Design of buildings is becoming more larger, higher, and complicated every day, requiring much new construction technology to bring the design into reality. Nonetheless, the speed of construction technology development is not as rapid. This study concerns the difficulties of realization of sophisticated geometric design. It aims to suggest using BIM and precision survey equipment during the construction stage of the project is a way to resolve. The study will list how to use BIM as an engineering platform incorporating a photo scanner, a scanner drone, and a 3D scanner in the construction stage of projects, how these progressive projects were able to benefit from the high-construction technology.

역설계를 통한 Flip-Flap 밸브형 분리식 커플링에 관한 연구 (Flip-Flap Valve-Type Breakaway Coupling through Reverse Engineering)

  • This study is a structural analysis of 3" Cryogenic Safety Breakaway Coupling using a manufactured product from KLAW Company. Breakaway coupling is very important in the pipe system, especially when transporting fuel or gas in the pipeline. For the analysis of the patent infringement target, Dover and KLAW Company's technologies (US 08127785, EP 0764809) were analyzed. Finally, the flip-flap valve overlap was measured after combining the breakaway coupling through 3D modeling, and the valve overlap had a 0.7mm measurement value from the height gauge. The safety breakaway coupling consisted of a total of 62 pieces (body: 42, valve module: 21).

극저온용 2단 임펠러 액중펌프 역설계에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Reverse Engineering of a Two-Stage Impeller-Submerged Pump for Cryogenic Fluids)

  • This study represents basic research for the development of submerged pump technology applicable to transfer and storage of a cryogenic liquids. Its purpose is to secure baseline design data by applying reverse engineering to the process of developing a submerged cryogenic pump. The two-stage model included in the ARTICK Series LNG Submerged Pump produced by Vanzetti of Italy was selected for analysis for development of a localized product, and was disassembled for reverse engineering. The pump was disassembled after analyzing its processing/assembly characteristics such as shrinkage of fittings. In addition, the materials used in manufacturing of the main components were analyzed, and the ingredients were confirmed. As a result, a design drawing for each component required for product development was secured via foundational design, and a test product was manufactured by maximizing the application of appropriate domestic technologies.

  • 호버크래프트는 수륙양용으로 운용이 가능하고, 일반 보트에 비해 연비가 좋은 관계로 보트의 대체 수단 및 레저용으로 이용이 증가하는 추세이다. 아울러 우리나라도 소방서의 인명구조구급용으로의 수요가 점차 많아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 호버크래프트의 전진과 후진을 자유롭게 하기 위해 후진 시 방향을 제어할 수 있는 후진 버켓 컴퓨터 시스템 제어기를 개발하였다. 제안한 시스템제어기의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 Matlab으로 시뮬레이션 한 다음, 실제 소방서에 납품하는 기종에 장착하여 실증 실험을 수행하 였다. 그 결과 호버크래프트는 추진 공기의 흐름에 대하여 좌 우 및 역 추진이 용이하였으며 인명 구조시나 고속 주행시 등에서도 안정된 운용이 가능함을 확인 하였다.

한강의 부영양화에 대한 조사연구 (The Investigation of the Han River Eutrophication)

  • Most river quality problems are generated by pollutants which are discharged into the river as a consequence of human activities. And eutrophication occurs when water is over enriched with nutrients, principally nitrate and phosphate. Both these nutrients are found in many waste products, especially sewage even when the waste is treated. Eutrophication is concerned in lakes, but it also causes problems in river. Wide growth of Phytoplankton in rivers, leads to blockage of channels, but the main concern is deoxygenation because of the increase in plant life's demand for oxygen in revers. Fish, plant and animals die due to lack of oxygen. The increase of algae floating on the tops of water looks ugly and has attracted public attention and concern in recent years. One way of controlling eutrophication is to restrict the amount of waste carrying nitrate or phosphate from entering the water in the first place. another way is to remove it from the water after it has been entered. This study was carried out to investigate on the trophic state, nutrients and Chlorophyll-a concentration in the Han River. The results were as follows:1. Concentrations of total nitrogen were 2.208~9.221(5.133)mg/$\ell$2. Concentrations of total phosphate were 0.045~0.614(0.195)mg/$\ell$3. Chlorophyll-a concentration were $0.0-25.3(9.6)mg/m^3$.4. The correlation coefficient between T-P and Chlorophyll-a concentration was r=-0.856 at Sungsan sampling site.5. The correlation coefficient was r=-0.578~-0.767, between Paldang Dam outflow and Chlorophyll-a concentration at all sampling sites.

해양심층수담수화를 위한 유무기계 분리막 개발(1) (Development of Hybrid Membrane composed of Organic and Inorganic Polymers for the Desalination of Deep Ocean Water (I))

  • Desalination system of revers osmosis(RO) membrane has been proven to be the most economical not only for the desalination of water containing salts, but also for the concentration of solute. RO membranes were traditionally made of inorganic polymers such. as cellulose acetate(CA), Polyamide(PA). To retain more minerals in deep ocean water, a new hybrid membrane composed of tourmaline film as organic material onto inorganic layer of CA polymer in asymmetric structure was developed for RO membrane process. The performance tests were carried out in the permeability of pure water and the rejection of NaCl solution to evaluate the adaptability for DOW desalination. The results of these basic tests show possibility to apply the new hybrid RO membrane for the desalination with function control.

Silane 화합물을 이용한 역삼투막 활성층의 표면개질 (Surface Modification of Reverse Osmosis Membrane Skin Layer by Silane Compound)

  • 방향족 폴리아미드 역삼투 복합 박막에 트리알콕시알킬 실란 화합물을 안정적으로 정착시켜 내염소성이 향상된 복합막을 제조하는 방법에 관하여 조사하였다. 실란 화합물의 알킬 그룹의 탄소가 1개인 methyltriethoxysilane (METES)와 8개인 octyltriethoxysilane (OCTES) 표면 개질에 사용하였다. 긴 알킬 체인을 갖는 실란(OCTES)이 정착된 멤브레인의 경우, 일반 폴리아미드 역삼투막 또는 짧은 알킬 체인을 갖는 실란(METES)에 비해 개염소성이 크게 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 표면 분석을 통하여 OCTES 코팅막과 METES또는 상용막과의 내염소성 차이를 설명하고자 하였다. EDX 원소 분석을 통하여 실란 화합물 둘 다 폴리아미드상에 안정적으로 고정되었음을 볼 수 있었으나 표면 조도나 접촉각 분석에서는 긴 알킬 체인을 가진 OCTES가 혐수성에 큰 영향을 주고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

전자결재 시스템에서 보안기법 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Security Technique in Electronic Signature System)

  • 본 논문에서는 개방형 통신상에서 전송중인 데이터를 암호화시켜 정보의 노출을 방지하고 송신자가 인정한 수신자만이 이러한 정보를 받을 수 있도록 한 암호화 알고리즘을 제시한다. 암호화의 방법에는 크게 관용키 암호화 방법과 공개키 암호화 방법으로 나누는데 본 논문에서는 혼합형 암호화 방식의 개념을 이용했다. 이 알고리즘은 통신시간과 저장공간을 절약하기 위해 전송할 데이터를 압축한 다음 암호화시키게 되며, 암호화 key를 생성하기 위한 파라미터로서 키를 생성하게 하는 것이 특징이다. 파라미터는 키 값이 생성됨과 동시에 전송되고 매 26회마다 파라미터를 변경시켜 키를 재생성 시킨다. 암호화키의 구성요소인 random number 는 table 형태로 저장되는데 키가 40회마다 table을 재편성 key의 보안을 강화하였다. 이렇게 생성된 키와 원래 데이터는 연산과정을 거쳐 암호화가 이루어진다. 복호화는 전송된 파라미터를 조사해 복호화 키를 구한 다음 암호화 동작의 역순으로 수행한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 알고리즘을 구현 및 평가결과는 100KB 메시지 0.0152/sec 정도로 빠른 수행이 되었다.
