This paper deals with latchup effect in CMOS retrograde well, focusing on their dependence on I/I energy conditions, so we derived some latchup characteristics from simulation for different I/I conditions on implantation energies which were used in process simulation. From these results, we could understand the dependency of CMOS retrograde well latchup on I/I energy condition.

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in patients with Roux-en-Y gastric bypass anatomy is a well-documented challenge. Traditionally, this problem has been overcome with adjunctive techniques, such as device-assisted ERCP, including double-balloon or single-balloon enteroscopy and laparoscopy-assisted transgastric ERCP. Endoscopic ultrasound-directed transgastric ERCP (EDGE) is a novel technique that enables access to the ampulla using a duodenoscope without surgical intervention and has shown high clinical and technical success rates in recent studies. However, this approach is technically demanding, necessitating a thorough understanding of the gastrointestinal anatomy as well as high operator experience. In this review, we provide a technical overview of EDGE in parallel with our personal experience at our center and propose a simple algorithm to select patients for its appropriate application. In conjunction, the outcomes of EDGE compared with those of device-assisted and laparoscopy-assisted transgastric ERCP will be discussed.

역 사정은 남성불임 원인의 하나인데, 이를 해결 하기 위해서는 사정 후 방광으로부터 정자를 회수하여 보조생식술을 시행함으로써 불임을 극복할 수 있다. 배우자의 뇨로부터 정자를 회수한 후 인공수정을 시도하여 많은 임신이 보고되고 있는데, 본원에서는 Clomiphene Citrate와 hMG를 사용하여 배란을 유도하고, 뇨와 함께 채취된 정액을 10% serum substitute supplement가 첨가된 modified Ham's F-10을 이용하여 뇨의 산성도와 삼투압 조절 후, 정자의 운동성을 유지하여 인공수정을 실시하였는데 성공적인 임신을 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 간략히 보고하는 바이다.

The properties of ideal retrograde filling materials include the ability to seal the root canal system in three dimensions and well tolerated by periradicular tissues. Biocompatibility testing has been done mainly with cytotoxicity tests using cell culture. Little attention has been paid to the potential adverse influence on the inflammatory and immune reaction in the periapical tissue. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of retrograde filling materials on human mononuclear cells in vitro. Freshly mixed and set specimens from six materials (Z100, Tetric Ceram, Fuji II, Fuji II LC, F2000, Compoglass Flow, and ZOE) were eluated with cell culture medium for 24 hours. Cytotoxic effects of these extracts were evaluated by determining cell viability and enzyme activity using MTT and lactate dehydrogenase (LD). The production of inflammatoy bone resorptive cytokine, TNF-${\alpha}$ was measured from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) exposed to the extracts by means of Endogen Human TNF-${\alpha}$ ELISA kit (Wobrun, MA, U.S.A.). Eluates and diluted (1 : 10) eluates with cell culture medium from freshly mixed Fuji IT had cytotoxic effects on mononuclear cells using MTT and LD. However, eluates from set Fuji II were not cytotoxic. Eluates form set ZOE exhibited cytotoxicity with LD test. TNF-${\alpha}$ levels were high in eluates from freshly mixed Fuji II and Z100. Diluted eluates from freshly mixed Z100 and F2000 stimulated the production of TNF-${\alpha}$. However, there were no significant difference in TNF-${\alpha}$ levels compared to controls. These results indicate that some materials could possibly stimulate bone resorption in the periapical tissue by means of the production of bone resorptive cytokine.

A retrograde tracer, WGA-apo-HRP-gold, was injected into midline thalamic nuclei and subsequently orexin-A immunostaining was performed on the tuberal region of the hypothalamus in order to investigate orexinergic projections to the midline thalamus. Injection site was targeted within one specific region, i.e., paraventricular, centromedian, rhomboid, reuniens, or intermediodorsal nucleus, but it proved to be either one or a combination of these thalamic nuclei. The distribution of WG/orexin-double-labeled neurons exhibited a general pattern in that the majority of labeled cells were observed within the ventral portion of the lateral hypothalamus as well as the perifornical nucleus (PeF). A small number of double-labeled cells were also observed at the dorsomedial nucleus, the area dorsal to the PeF, dorsal portion of the lateral hypothalamus, and the posterior hypothalamus. These orexin-immunoreactive neurons might have wake-related influences over a variety of functions related with midline thalamic nuclei, which include autonomic control, associative cortical functions, and limbic regulation.
