  • Recently, the container terminal requires the study of method to increase efficiency through change of its operation method. Loading plan is a very important part to increase the efficiency of container terminal. Loading Plan is largely divided into two cases, deciding loading location and loading scheduling and this Paper proposes a more efficient method of container loading scheduling. Container loading scheduling is a problem of combination optimization to consider several items of loading location and operation equipments. etc. An existing method of cluster composition that decides the order of container loading scheduling has a restriction to increase the efficiency of work owing to rehandling problem. Therefore, we Propose a more efficient method of container loading scheduling which composes containers with identical attribution, based on ship loading list and yard map, into stack units of cluster, applying to hierarchical clustering method, and defines the restriction of working order. In this process, we can see a possible working path among clusters by defining the restriction of working order and search efficiency will be increased because of restricted search for working path.

  • This study has developed various DEMs with different spatial resolutions using many different interpolation methods with the aid of a 1:5,000 digital map. In addition, this study has evaluated the vertical accuracy of various DEMs constructed by check point data obtained from the network RTK GPS survey. The obtained results suggest that a DEM developed from the TIN-based Terrain method performs well in evaluating height restriction of buildings in a flying safety area considering general RMSE values, land-type RMSE values and profile evaluation results, etc. And, it has been found that three meters is the right spatial resolution for a DEM in evaluating height restriction of buildings in a flying safety area. Meanwhile, elevation values obtained by the DEM are not point estimation values but interval estimation values. This can be used to check whether the height of buildings in the vicinity of an airfield violates height limitation values of the area. To check whether the height of buildings measured in interval estimation values violates height limitation values of the area, this study has adopted three steps: 1) high probability of violation, 2) low probability of violation, 3) inconclusiveness about the violation. The obtained results will provide an important basis for developing a GIS related to the evaluation of height restriction of buildings in the vicinity of an airfield. Furthermore, although results are limited to the study area, the vertical accuracy values of the DEM constructed from a two-dimensional digital map may provide useful information to researchers who try to use DEMs.

  • Molecular mapping of plant genomes has progressed rapidly since Bostein et al.(1980) introduced the idea of constructing linkage maps of human genome based on restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) markers. In recent years, the development of protein and DNA markers has stimulated interest for the new approaches to plant improvement. While classical maps based on morphological mutant markers have provided important insights into the plant genetics and cytology, the molecular maps based on molecular markers have a number of inherent advatages over classical genetic maps for the applications in genetic studies and/or breeding schemes. Isozymes and DNA markers are numerous, discrete, non-deleterious, codominant, and almost entirely free of environmental and epistatic interactions. For these reasons, they are widely used in constructing detailed linkage maps in a number of plant species. Plant breeders improve crops by selecting plants with desirable phenotypes. However a plant's phenotyes is often under genetic control, positioning at different "quantitative trait loci" (QTLs) together with environmental effects. Molecular maps provide a possible way to determine the effect of the individual gene that combines to produce a quantitative trait because the segregation of a large number of markers can be followed in a single genetic cross. Using market-assisted selection, plants that contain several favorable genes for the trait and do not contain unfavourable segments can be obtained during early breeding processes. Providing molecular maps are available, valuable data relevant to the taxonomic relationships and chromosome evolution can be accumulated by comparative mapping and also the structural relationships between linkage map and physical map can be identified by cDNA sequencing. After constructing high density maps, it will be possible to clone genes, whose products are unknown, such as semidwarf and disease resistance genes. However, much attention has to be paid to level-up the basic knowledge of genetics, physiology, biochemistry, plant pathology, entomology, microbiology, and so on. It must also be kept in mind that scientists in various fields will have to make another take off by intensive cooperation together for early integration and utilization of these newly emerging high-techs in practical breeding. breeding.

  • This research predicts the spatial discord which relates with a restriction using 1915 and 2005 spatial data. In this research, difference of relative spatial density is measured and predicted the discord which relates with an environmental restriction in Pyeongchang. First, research area Pyeonchang's relative crowding degree of the building was strengthened from 1915 to 2005. When classifies a change type, formed the strong hold with new regulation and grew types and at the strong hold where contiguous concentration is progress types, general the influence weakening types and the change almost nil types. The next is the result which analyzes the long and short terms discord for the environmental restriction which is forecast from the research area. That is forecast with the fact that the discord between of development and preservation will be big with long and short terms in Jinbu-Myeon, Pyeongchang-Eup city center angles and 31 national road circumferences. And in Daegwanryeong-Myeon the discord is big short-term but with the fact that the discord will be weakened long-term. Bangrim-Myeon, now the discord is weak but the discord will be strengthened long-term. This result could be applied with fundamental data for weakening the spatial discord of the area.

  • We study the dynamics of transcendental entire functions with Siegel disks whose singular values are just two points. One of the two singular values is not only a superattracting fixed point with multiplicity more than two but also an asymptotic value. Another one is a critical value with free dynamics under iterations. We prove that if the multiplicity of the superattracting fixed point is large enough, then the restriction of the transcendental entire function near the Siegel point is a quadratic-like map. Therefore the Siegel disk and its boundary correspond to those of some quadratic polynomial at the level of quasiconformality. As its applications, the logarithmic lift of the above transcendental entire function has a wandering domain whose shape looks like a Siegel disk of a quadratic polynomial.

  • Let m be a positive integer. We show that for any given real number ${\alpha}\;{\in}\;[0,\;1]$ and complex number $\mu$ with $|\mu|{\leq}1$ which satisfy $e^{2{\pi}i{\alpha}}{\mu}^m\;{\neq}\;1$, there exists a Blaschke product B of degree 2m + 1 which has a fixed point of multiplier ${\mu}^m$ at the point at infinity such that the restriction of the Blaschke product B on the unit circle is a critical circle map with rotation number $\alpha$. Moreover if the given real number $\alpha$ is irrational of bounded type, then a modified Blaschke product of B is quasiconformally conjugate to some rational function of degree m + 1 which has a fixed point of multiplier ${\mu}^m$ at the point at infinity and a Siegel disk whose boundary is a quasicircle containing its critical point.

  • Because streaming mode connection server suitable to wide area ATM networks performs transmission, reception and lookup with time restriction for the transmission time of a cell, it has demerits of large cell loss incase that burst traffic occurs. Therefore, in this paper to decrease cell loss we propose a high speed CAM (Content Addressable Memory) which is capable of processing data of streaming mode connections server at a high speed. the proposed CAM is applied to forwarding table VPC map which performs function to output connection numbers about input VPI(Virtual Path Identifier)/VCI(Virtual Channel Identifier). The designed high speed CAM consist of DBL(Dual Bit Line) CAM structure performed independently write operation and match operation and two-port SRAM structure. Also, its simulation verification and full-custom layout is performed by Hspice and Composs tools in 0.8 .$\mu$m design rule.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the using method of the satellite image processing and GIS(Geographic Information System) map-algebra for the sustainable (land-use) plan. The research has been made by the two kinds of approaching steps. The first one is to allocate the sustainable zoning which is applicable to the environmental and the legal restriction elements base on space structure. The second one is to make a more sustainable plan through the extension of analysis range and the inclusion of analyzed environmental impacts within the plan making processes.

  • We propose a new notion of metered signatures. Metered signature is an extension of k-times signatures in which a signer can generate only k signatures. However, the restriction of metered signatures can be more elaborate: It can be used k-times every day or to preserve the order of signed messages in some applications. Any violation of this regulation reveals a secret key or the signature on a predetermined message. The applications includes proxy signatures, limited free downloads, and the rating web site. We give two instances of metered signatures: One is based on the computational Diffie-Hellman problem (CDHP) using a bilinear map and the other is based on the RSA problem. In both schemes, the signature and certificate size and the verification cost are constant with respect to k. Further, we show that the proposed metered signatures admit batch verification of many signatures almost at one verification cost with small security loss.

  • Let K be an imaginary quadratic field with K its ring of integers. For a positive integer N, let K(N) be the ray class field of K modulo NK, and let N be the field of meromorphic modular functions of level N whose Fourier coefficients lie in the Nth cyclotomic field. For each h ∈ N, we construct a ray class invariant as its special value in terms of the extended form class group, and show that the invariant satisfies the natural transformation formula via the Artin map in the sense of Siegel and Stark. Finally, we establish an isomorphism between the extended form class group and Gal(K(N)/K) without any restriction on K.
