National information policies have to be flexible： to anticipate changes and turn them to good advantage, to scrap old approaches as they cease to be relevant and to experiment with new approaches as they cross the horizon. This flexibility implies‘a liveliness of mind’and‘a spirit of enterprise’at the policy-making level, two qualities that do not abound and which must be in demand for other national policies.

Radon has been considered the greatest source of exposure within the total radiation exposure of the human body. xposure from radon, which exists in indoor air quality, lacks public perception, Radon, which exists anywhere on earth, is not regarded as a state of attention even if it is above the average level. Indoor radon exposure situations are not intentionally introduced, and essentially the attention and responsibilities of radon exposures are assumed to be in indoor occupants. So, these are caused by common uranium and thorium scattering on Earth, and are brought into the building by fine cracks or exposed indicators of the buildings. Therefore, this study aims to reduce the risk of radon rays and reduce radon, which induces diseases caused by breathing in the body of indoor air pollutants and emitting diseases by emitting alpha rays from the radon gas.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the administrative system of landscape construction during Chosun-Dynasty. This study is based on the analysis of historic documents including the Codes and the Chronicles published during Chosun-Dynasty. The landscape construction controlled by government during Chosun-Dynasty was mainly undertaken by the government office titled "Seon-Gong-Gam" undr the Ministry of Industry. There were two functions of the "Seon-Gong-Gam" : one was construction including building and landscape, the other was the supply of materials and technicians to the field of constructino work. The construction function was carried out through government office titled "Cha-Mun-Gam" was in charge of the construction works of inside Chang-Dog Palace, while "Five Units" classified by work were responsible for the works of outside Chand-Dog palace in Han-Yang. In view point of the activities and responsibilities of the above two divisions, : "Cha-Mun-Gam" and "Five Units", it is concluded that one of the functions of "Seon-Gong-Gam" was to construct and manage the royal gardens.

As the social value gradually increases, the company's social responsibilities are granted and there are a growing number of requirements for a public value to economic value for the company. The cause marketing which has become widely known, it allows us to realize these values and in dictionary meaning, enterprises justification combines with marketing strategically, and is also illustrated as 'Cause Related Marketing.' For specific action plan, it is a marketing by connecting the selling of the product and donation to work out together to improve environment, public health, and poverty. This study examines how the cause marketing impact on the consumer's purchasing behaviour and purchasing intention and to find out whether there is an interrelationship. As a result, it turned out that cause marketing effect on purchasing attitudes and also the purchasing behaviour impact on the purchasing intention. Furthermore, the cause marketing influence on purchasing intention. As the idea of consumption gradually changes from the product consumption to value-based consumption as the time flows, the result of this research drew out the meaningful contents.

A method is proposed in this paper to determine the harmonic contributions of a customer at the point of common coupling. The method can quantify customer and utility responsibilities for limit violations caused by either harmonic source changes or harmonic impedance changes. It can be implemented in current power quality monitors and digital revenue meters. The method is comparison of measurement phase angles between harmonic voltage and current. The proposed method has been applied to the test system. The study results have indicated the accuracy of harmonic injection and emission for customer and utility.

Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) systems offer pervasive business functionality the applications encompass virtually all aspects of the business. Understanding and managing this pervasiveness will result in a successful and productive business application platform. Because of this pervasiveness, implementations have ranged from great successes to complete failures. This article has two distinctive parts. The first proposes and discusses a systematic process based on consulting experiences of LG CNS (leading information system company in Korea) for ERP selection. Also, the second provides the key factors that are critical to the successful implementation of ERP. The second part reports the results of a study carried out to assess a number of different ERP implementations in different organizations. A case study method of investigation was used, and the experiences of five Korean manufacturing companies were documented. The critical factors in the adoption of ERP are identified as: learning from the experiences of others, appointment of a process innovator, establishment of committees and project teams, training and technical support for the users, and appropriate changes to the organizational structure and managerial responsibilities.

In today's firms, there is an increasing awareness amongst managers and executives on the importance of secretary's role. This is a study on the profile of the corporate executive secretary's job responsibilities with emphasis on communication skills, interpersonal and foreign language fluency, which I deem relevant to their position. As a result, I believe that an executive secretary must obtain at least a two-year secretarial degree, Furthermore, I propose that their education must include and stress emphasis in foreign languages. Nevertheless, I feel that in today's global economy, it is important that executive secretaries are fluent in at least two(2) foreign languages that would enable him/her to write his/her boss' speeches, editing dictated materials and creating corresspondences. This study is believed to contribute to the education of the future executive secretaries and the managers etc.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

The incidents related to transporting hazardous materials may cause serious impacts on neighborhood and surrounding areas. It is essential to have a real-time safe management system for incidents prevention of transporting hazardous materials. Currently, the system is not integrated into one channel, which makes it difficult to control an incidents response. Another problem is that event status is not appropriately shared among authorities having responsibilities taking down the incidents. This paper investigates previous studies covering the real-time safety management system for hazard material transports and suggests an integrated management system that helps communicate effectively and promptly.

Infrastructure such as tracks, catenary, rolling stock and signaling systems, and close interface with the human factors of train drivers, shunting staff and maintenance staff are required for train operations. Safety management is the most essential part for the functioning of a train. In line with the safety management, each rail operator has a safety guidance system and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport operates Railway Safety Inspector system. Safety Inspector System is to train employees working in the field to be aware of rules and regulations, and to improve identified risk factors. Hence, it is necessary to establish systematic training and inspection methods for safety guidance staff and make clear the roles and responsibilities of safety inspectors according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and safety instructors for several inspections according to the Railroad Safety Act.
