이 연구는 기존의 분광특성에 의한 영상분류방법들이 고해상도 위성영상에 어느 정도 적절한지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 매개변수법과 비매개변수법을 혼합한 감독분류, 퍼지이론을 적용한 감독분류 그리고 무감독분류방법을 각각 적용하여 토지피복분류를 실시하고 각 방법들의 적용결과를 서로 비교하였다. 또한 육안판독과 분광특성을 이용한 영상분류 결과를 서로 비교하여 각 방법 간 토지피복분류의 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 실증연구 결과, 고해상도 위성영상은 반사값의 복잡성, 그림자의 영향 등으로 인하여 노이즈 현상이 심하게 발생하였다. 이러한 고해상도 위성영상은 무감독분류보다는 감독분류가 더 적절한 분석방법이며, 특히 퍼지이론을 적용한 감독분류방법이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 토지피복분류결과의 전체 정확도가 76% 정도에 불과해 토지피복분류결과의 신뢰성이 낮았다. 또한 육안판독과 영상분류 결과를 서로 비교한 바 뚜렷한 경계와 넓은 면적을 갖는 농경지 등의 항목은 일치도가 높은 반면 산발적으로 분포해 있는 초지 등의 항목은 일치도가 낮게 나타났다. 영상분류와 육안판독 간의 일치도는 79%로 나타났다.

본 연구는 접경지역에 인접한 지역의 특성상 항공사진 촬영이 불가능한 지역 중 파주시에 대하여 1m 고해상도 스테레오 영상을 이용하여 1/5,000 대축척 수치지도 제작에 시험 적용한 연구이다. 위성영상의 정밀기하보정을 위하여 GPS 관측에 의하여 획득된 지상기준점을 이용하였으며, IKONOS 스테레오 영상과 디지털 해석도화기를 이용하여 수치지도를 제작하였다. 제작된 수치지도에 대하여 GPS를 이용한 현지 검사점 측량을 실시한 결과 평면과 수직위치의 RMSE는 각각 $\pm$1.706m와 $\pm$1.231m로 관측되었다. 이 수평과 수직위치 RMSE는 NGIS 수치지도의 정확도를 만족하는 값으로써 본 연구를 통하여 제안된 새로운 방법은 군사적 원인으로 인한 비행금지구역의 대축척 수치지도 제작을 위한 좋은 기회라고 할 수 있다.

This paper addresses to the flowshop scheduling problem with blocking constraints. The objective is to minimize the makespan criterion. We propose a hybrid combinatorial particle swarm optimization algorithm (HCPSO) as a resolution technique for solving this problem. At the initialization, different priority rules are exploited. Experimental study and statistical analysis were performed to select the most adapted one for this problem. Then, the swarm behavior is tested for solving a combinatorial optimization problem such as a sequencing problem under constraints. Finally, an iterated local search algorithm based on probabilistic perturbation is sequentially introduced to the particle swarm optimization algorithm for improving the quality of solution. The computational results show that our approach is able to improve several best known solutions of the literature. In fact, 76 solutions among 120 were improved. Moreover, HCPSO outperforms the compared methods in terms of quality of solutions in short time requirements. Also, the performance of the proposed approach is evaluated according to a real-world industrial problem.

PDA(Personal Data Assistant)나 Handheld PC와 같은 모바일 디바이스(Mobile Device)를 이용하여 주소록이나 일정관리와 같은 개인 정보를 관리하는 것이 일반적인 추세이다. 모바일 디바이스는 그 특성상 중요한 정보를 신뢰성 있는 서버와 같은 컴퓨터에 중복 저장하는 것이 필요한데, 동일한 데이터를 중복 저장하면 데이터 동기화(Data Synchronization)를 통하여 일치성을 유지하도록 해야 한다. 그러나 동기화 과정에서 데이터 충돌이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 데이터 충돌에 대한 해결 정책을 제시하였고, 그 중 서버 우선 정책과 클라이언트 우선 정책에 필요한 해결 규칙을 설명하였다. 서버 우선 정책은 서버에 이미 존재하고 있는 값을 유지하는 것을 기본으로 하는 정책이며, 클라이언트 우선 정책은 클라이언트가 요청한 값이 우선하는 정책이다.

Topological and kinematical studies of the singular points found in flows around a surface-mounted cube in a channel are presented. Numerical simulation was carried out using high-resolution grid systems. Singular points(saddles and nodes) were found around the cube, which satisfy the topological rules suggested by Hunt et al. As the Reynolds number increases, the structure of vortices around the cube becomes complex and the number of singular points increases. Nevertheless, the rule governing the numbers of singular points is still valid. This confirms that our simulation is correct from topological and kinematical point of view, and enables one to infer complex flow patterns in our simulation.

비즈니스 룰은 이윤을 획득하기 위한 상용 시스템에서는 반드시 명확하게 기술되어야만 하며 시스템에서 비즈니스 룰의 충돌은 시스템에 대한 신뢰도를 떨어뜨리는 요인이 될 뿐만 아니라, 시스템의 계획 당시에는 예측하지 못했던 크고 작은 경제적인 손실을 발생하게 한다. 일반적으로 비즈니스 룰은 애매모호함을 가지고 있는 비정형 언어로 기술되는 경우가 많아서, 설정된 비즈니스 룰간의 충돌을 예측하기가 매우 어려울 뿐만 아니라, 개발 중에 룰이 추가되는 경우에 기존의 룰과의 충돌을 예측하기란 매우 어려운 일이다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 정형 명세를 이용한 모델링을 사용하였다. 수학, 논리학에 기반을 둔 정형 모델링 방법으로 비즈니스 룰을 명확하게 표현하고, 해당 룰을 내포한 시스템 모델링을 구현하였다. 그 결과 작성된 비즈니스 룰의 충돌 여부를 판단할 수 있게 되었다. 시스템 개발 초기에 구현 후에 발생할 수 있는 문제를 미연에 발견하여 시스템 모델 혹은 비즈니스 룰의 수정하여 신뢰할 수 있는 시스템을 개발할 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 한다 본 논문에서는 명확한 표현을 위해서 비즈니스 룰을 일차 논리로 기술하고 룰과 모델링을 위해서 일차논리 기반의 정형 명세 언어인 Z 를 사용하였다.

MJ0684 from Methanococcus jannaschii is a hypothetical protein belonging to the subfamily Ig of amino acid aminotransferases. In the present study, the crystal structure of MJ0684 has been determined at 2.2 resolution. It reveals that MJ0684 has an overall structure similar to subfamily Ig aminotransferases and its active site architecture is most similar to that of kynurenine aminotransferases among several kinds of aminotransferases in the subfamily Ig?. It has two hydrophobic active site residues conserved in the kynurenine aminotransferases for recognizing hydrophobic substrates. In addition, the absence of any basic residue for recognizing the side chain carboxylic group of the aspartate in the active site rules out the possibility that MJ0684 would act as an aspartate aminotransferase. These structural observations collectively imply that MJ0684 is a novel archaeal homolog of the subfamily Ig kynurenine aminotransferase.

This paper describes a rule-based approach for syntactic disambiguation used by the English sentence parser in E-TRAN 2001, an English-Korean machine translation system. We propose Parser's Ambiguity Type Information (PATI) to automatically identify the types of ambiguities observed in competing candidate trees produced by the parser and synthesize the types into a formal representation. PATI provides an efficient way of encoding knowledge into grammar rules and calculating rule preference scores from a relatively small training corpus. In the overall scoring scheme for sorting the candidate trees, the rule preference scores are combined with other preference functions that are based on statistical information. We compare the enhanced grammar with the initial one in terms of the amount of ambiguity. The experimental results show that the rule preference scores could significantly increase the accuracy of ambiguity resolution.

The International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) established UNIDROIT principles, which could be applicable as international unified rules. The UNIDROIT Principles plays the role of interpreting and complementing CISG and functions as a law applicable to international commercial disputes. As shown by cases of practical application so far, the principles are expected to be applied frequently to international commercial arbitration in the future. In the situation that there is no internationally unified judicature, it is necessary to promote rational dispute resolution and legal stability through arbitration by adopting the UNIDROIT Principles of Lex Mercatoria as a governing law of international commercial contracts. In conclusion, UNIDROIT principles, along with CISG, are expected to playa great role as the applicable law of international commercial contracts and as standards for resolving international commercial disputes.

This paper designs, in the teleoperation task, the world coordinate system by the functional analysis of each of the robot joint so that the human operator performs easily the task. Also, it constructs the heuristic rules of the equal motion line coordinates for the position and the posture control of the robot within the knowledge base so that the robot hand reaches-possibly in any position of the robot's work space. As shown in the result of the experiments. the coordinate reading is easy because the work station is displayed to the high resolution by using the superimposer of the motion analysing computer system. Also. the task burden of the human operator reduces and the error recovery time reduces because the coordinates of the object is obtained just by touch using the digitizer.
