신개발지 일반주거지역의 용도쇠퇴 현황 및 특성에 관한 연구 - 대전 둔산 신시가지를 중심으로 - (A Survey of Residential District Decay of A New Development Area - In the case of Dunsan of Daejeon City -)

  • In general, the decay of the residential district has been considered a phenomenon of old towns. But now it has become a problem of new development areas too, which have been a cause of the decay of old town. This study aims to investigate the decay of the residential district in the new development area. The survey site was Dunsan, a town-intown of Daejeon metropolitan city. The findings were as follows (:) 1) even in the new development area, a high level of vacancy ratio was evident. ; 2) among the buildings above ground, 1st floor showed the highest vacancy ratio, which means the 1st floor was allotted to too many commercial facilities relative to the buying power size in this district. ; 3) there were many conversions in response to the decay of the district, from residential to commercial, and commercial to residential. ; and 4) the allocation of each type of conversion showed a spatial pattern.

도시단독주택지 저층고밀형 집합주택 모델의 적용에 관한 연구 - 우이동 국민주택단지를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Application of Low-Rise and High-Density Multiple Dwelling Housing Model in Urban Individual Residential Area - Focused on Ui-dong Public Detached Housing Area -)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the indiscriminate development occuring as a result of high-density land use per lot in residential areas of Seoul, which mainly consist of detached houses. The primary goals of this study were: (1) to suggest a block unit development method as an alternative architectural method of the current uniform development, in which high-rise and high-density apartments are usually built; and (2) to check the feasibility of the suggested method. Based on the analyses of the existing block composition types of residential areas, the prerequisite planning indices for applying a collective housing model were investigated. Subsequent to applying a collective housing type within each unit block, the collective housing model was analyzed. The results of the analyses showed that indiscriminate development was rampant in detached urban houses areas, and more than 70% of the buildings constructed before the 1980s needed re-development. The feasibility of the models was investigated depending on the models of low-rise and high-density collective housing, which utilize various block arrangements such as the court type, linear type, villa type, and composite type. The results of this study showed that the newly applied low-rise and highdensity multiple dwelling housing model in urban individual residential area significantly contributed to creating a good living environment in terms of both physical and psychological aspects.

택지개발지구내 단독주택지의 물리적 환경특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Environment Characteristics of the Detached Housing Area in the Housing Site Development District)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the physical characteristics of the detached housing area in the housing site development district. The process of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the physical structure and the building use, then to analyze the relationship of physical structure and the building use in the aspect of the morphological characteristics. The case study focuses on the Chil-kok2, An-Siml in Taegu. The streets pattern is composited gird and loop type mixed. The block is composited by 2 lots in general. But the obscurity of organization and character of the streets, the size and shape of lots which is not fit to the building use. A whole residential characters appears high residential density ratio. so residential environment became worse. The improving level of residential environment and efficiency of land use in the detached housing area of the housing site development district, firstly the propriety of the physical structure must be considered about detached house characters, and the housing uses which fit to the physical structure are needed, and also for the concrete realization of this, the designation of district, the zoning of residential area, the guideline of the district design, and establishment of comprehensive master planning in detached housing area are needed in aspect of the housing policy. As the result of this study, it suggests several design guideline to improve housing site development.

사회복지조직의 자원개발 실태연구 -장애인 거주시설을 중심으로- (A Study on the Current Statue of Resources Development in Social Welfare Organizations (Focusing on the Residential Facilities for People with Disabilities))

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 조직의 자원개발이 중요하게 부각되는 현 시점에서 장애인 거주시설의 자원개발 현황을 파악하여 자원개발 활성화에 필요한 지원방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 전국에 소재한 장애인 거주시설 255개소를 대상으로 자원개발 현황과 욕구에 관한 서베이 조사를 실시하였고, 자원개발의 필요성과 지원 방안에 대한 심층적인 의견을 듣고자 초점집단면접을 진행하였다. 조사 결과, 장애인 거주시설은 자원개발의 50% 이상을 개인 기부에 의존하고 있었으며, 전담인력 유무에 따라 자원개발 계획과 이행 성과에 차이가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지인 추천 등 직접적인 요청 중심의 자원개발 방식이 제한되어 있었으며, 전담인력 부재, 자원개발 관련 지식 및 기술 부족, 지역사회 내 시설에 대한 관심 부재 등의 어려움 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 기반으로 본 연구는 전담인력 배치, 다양한 자원개발 방식 도입, 투명성과 신뢰성을 기반으로 한 자원개발, 자원개발에 대한 단계적 전문교육 체계 마련 등의 발전방안을 제안하였다.

리차드 마이어의 주거 건축에 나타난 공간 설계 변화 연구 (A Study on the Variation of Residential Architectural Space Designed by Richard Meier)

  • This study describes development process of residential architectural space in the Richard Meier's residential works through chronological analysis. By analyzing house layout, floor plan, elevation, materials and colors and light entering of his residential works, changes in his architectural space has been studied. Richard Meier's early work is designed as three-dimensional shape, and places emphasis on geometric form. However, recently completed residential works by Richard Meier focuses on the horizontal sun shading louvers, which has ability. In addition, teak and a special UV protective glass are used to control natural environment. Through this research, it was found that Richard Meier has maintained his architectural language in terms of the design layout of the house and planar with colors that appear on the initial project. Using light input methods and materials used for active development, it was found that many design elements were applied and developed.

  • This study has the purpose to reveal the differences of residents' using behaviors and patterns of living facilities at new 3 residential areas in the middle-sized city. The 3 residential areas had differentiated development concepts; (1) residential area in the downtown, (2) government-residence compound area in the downtown, and (3) industry-residence compound area in the outskirts. Followings are the results of the study. 1) The shopping facilities, banking facilities, public open facilities with high using level are planned in proper places. 2) The using pattern of shopping facilities show a improper pattern. Therefore it is necessary to plan the shopping facilities to induce the resident to change the proper using pattern.

  • 본 논문은 인도네시아 발리 우붓 지역에 위치한 한 농촌마을에 대한 민족지이다. 뉴꾸닝 마을을 중심으로 관광발전에 따른 사회 문화적 전개 과정과 거주관광객의 문화적 실천방식을 고찰한다. 문화관광 발달에 있어 반자르의 역할 특히 전통 담론에 대한 재인식 과정은 마을 번영의 주요한 계기가 된다. 거주관광객을 중심으로 마을에 대한 요구, 이에 대응하는 현지주민의 역할에 대해 논의한다. 거주관광객과 주민집단은 한 공간에서 문화접변의 과정을 경험하고, 이는 각각의 집단이 전통에 대해 새롭게 인식하는 계기가 된다. 결국 거주관광객의 마을 거주는 기존의 객관적 구성주의적 고유성에 대한 개념에서 비롯된 대상물 중심의 관광실천에 대해 재고찰하는 계기가 된다. 거주관광객의 고유성에 대한 인식은 관광경험 과정에서 획득한 일상적인 만족과 안전에서 비롯된 존재론적 인식의 일부이다. 뉴꾸닝 마을이 관광지로 발전하는 과정은 거주관광객이 마을 전통을 실천하면서 획득하는 일종의 실존적 고유성의 관점에서 이해된다.

주거학을 중심으로한 학문적 체계 (Development of a conceptual framework of Residential Mobility through multi-disciplinary Approach)

  • The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze concept and types of residential mobility (2) to compare of the residential mobility in the fields of different disciplives, and (3) to develop a conceptual framework of residential mobility on the ecosystem approach comparisons of residential mobility concepts in many discipines. The major findings were each disciple played an important role to develop the concept of residential mobility with some limitations. A conceptual frame-work was developed on the basis of these findings.

  • Residentialization is in progress in the coastal areas of the cities as the number of apartment houses rapidly increase with the simultaneous provision-centered development. It would be necessary to provide quality residential environments which would not deteriorate and would be chosen by many people as a sustainable residence in the future through the demand-centered development, considering the residents' consciousness. To do so, it is necessary to understand the residents' consciousness about the residential environment in the coastal area that has differentiated characteristics as a waterfront space through an evaluation of the residential environment, different from the existing residences. This study understands the significance of the waterfront space in the residential environment through people's consciousness when they choose a residence before they reside and people's consciousness when they evaluate the residence after they reside, concerning how the environment of the waterfront space is recognized as compared to other elements of the residential environment according to the geographic characteristics of the coastal area. In addition, this study analyzes the significance of people's consciousness before and after their residence through a comparison according to the change of distance to the waterfront from the perspective of access to the waterfront, the characteristic as a residential environment in the coastal area.

농촌마을 노인주거공간 환경계획요소 선정 및 적용에 관한 연구 (Derivation and Application of Planning Factors of Residential Environment for the Elderly in Korean Rural Village)

  • This study aimed at derivation of planning factors and applicable planning factors of residential environment for the elderly in Korean rural village in the more detailed level. Literature review, questionnaire and depth interview with the elderly of case rural villages keeping face with investigation of residential environment was carried out for the derivation of planning factors. Study of related legal factors and interviewing with experts for advice was conducted also for the verification and complement of planning factors. The goal of this study was improvement of residential environment for the elderly or existing rural village not the new one and planning factors was intended to include all the considerable elements. Planing factors was classified two groups which were factors of village outdoor and the inside and outside of a house. The former was also divided into spacial factors and facilities factors and the latter was divided into inside factors and outside factors. The results may contribute to improving residential environment for rural elderly with relation of health and medical service.
