리차드 마이어의 주거 건축에 나타난 공간 설계 변화 연구 (A Study on the Variation of Residential Architectural Space Designed by Richard Meier)

  • This study describes development process of residential architectural space in the Richard Meier's residential works through chronological analysis. By analyzing house layout, floor plan, elevation, materials and colors and light entering of his residential works, changes in his architectural space has been studied. Richard Meier's early work is designed as three-dimensional shape, and places emphasis on geometric form. However, recently completed residential works by Richard Meier focuses on the horizontal sun shading louvers, which has ability. In addition, teak and a special UV protective glass are used to control natural environment. Through this research, it was found that Richard Meier has maintained his architectural language in terms of the design layout of the house and planar with colors that appear on the initial project. Using light input methods and materials used for active development, it was found that many design elements were applied and developed.

공동주택 관리인을 위한 보수교육 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Supplement Education for Multi-family Housing Managers)

  • The purpose of this study was to make improvement plan of supplement education for multifamily housing managers. It had investigated a difficult degree of managerial work and troubles of education through questionnaires by 144 housing manager in Ulsan. Analysis methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, one-way ANOVA by the SPSS 10.0 for windows program. The parts of evaluation tool were composed of maintenance, operating management, residential life management. The evaluation tool got contents through the documents research, present education contents and questions on the Internet. Likert summated scale(5 point) was used. The results of study showed that a difficult degree of managerial work in the residential life management was the highest. A difficult degree of maintenance work was the highest on the defect examination and decision of repair method of equipment facilities and construct frame. The degree of difficulty of the operating management was high on the homepage management through Internet and well-being progress of housing managers.

  • This paper describes the recent work on advanced technology concepts applied to air cooled heat exchangers for residential air-conditioning. The concepts include vortex generators for the air-side, micro-fin or flat tubes for the refrigerant-side. Advances in understanding of heat transfer mechanisms, predictive models are discussed.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초고층 주상복합건물의 품질관리를 통한 시공 분야의 효율성의 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 기존연구에서 시공관련 품질개선요소들이 정리되었으며 규격화된 설문서를 통하여 시공 분야에 있어서 개선요소를 대학원생을 포함한 건축 관련 대학교, 건설회사, 설계사무소등의 실무자들의 의견을 조합하였다. 설문조사 결과와 기존현장 기술자들의 품질관리 인식도를 비교하여 현장별 품질관리의 정량적, 정성적 성과척도를 파악하고 분석하였다.

  • 우리나라의 최근의 건설공사의 형태를 보면 초고층 아파트, 대형 주상복합 건물 등 대형주거용 건축물들이 등장하고 입다. 이러한 건설공사의 대형차 추세에 따라 공사기간, 공사비용 등이 크게 증가하였다. 이에 공사기간 및 공사비용을 절약하고 프로젝트의 성공을 위한 건설관리 기법들의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고층 주거건축의 마감공사 중에서 공사규모, 자재의 양중 측면에서 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 가구공사의 관리체계를 정립하기 위하여, 적시생산(Just-In-Time)방식과 린건설(Lean Construction)의 개념을 도입하였다. 생산성 향상을 위한 위의 두 가기 원리를 이용하여 가구공사의 프로세스를 분석하고 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 분석과 개선방안의 제시는 마감공사의 원활한 흐름을 유도할 수 있으며, 또한 공사기간 및 공사 비용을 절약함으로써 프로젝트의 성공에 기여할 수 있다.

장애인 거주시설 물리치료사의 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향과 융합적 이직 요인 (The Convergence Factors of Turnover and Effect of Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapist in Residential Facility for the Disabled on Job Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사들의 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향과 이직요인을 알아보았다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사 122명을 대상으로 직무 만족도(23문항)와 조직 몰입도(11문항)를 알아보았고 이직 요인 9문항, 일반적인 특성 7문항으로 구성된 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 조사였다. 연구결과, 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사의 직무 만족은 3.16, 조직 몰입도는 3.29로 중간 정도로 나타났다. 직무만족도 중 자부심, 상사 및 복지제도, 의사소통, 동료 요소가 정서적 몰입도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 장애인 거주시설에서 근무하는 물리치료사들은 상사와 동료와의 불협화음, 근무환경 열악, 급여문제, 과다한 업무를 이직 요인으로 지적하였다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사들의 조직 몰입을 높이기 위하여서는 그들의 업무에 대한 존중과 상사와 동료와의 관계 개선이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

주거용 건축물의 리모델링 요구 분석 (The Analysis of User Demand on Residental Building Remodelling)

  • This study has researched upon customers' request in the remodelling of residential buildings, and that the research results could be used as a reference data when the remodelling work is under implementation. This study also has collected the residents' upgrading request on their residential buildings, and graded the requests according to their importance. For those purposes, this study classified the problem items through classified analyses and, built the census items, based on the results. Then, the residents' requests on the residential building were presented by importance rates through coupled analysis census. Also, the importance rates have been related to the construction items which predict the importance of each construction item. The main purposes of this study are setting up the direction of the remodelling of residential buildings and predicting the customer requests in the future, even though the remodelling of residential building in Korea has not been activated yet. The research results are expected to be used as a basic data in the remodelling and construction of residential buildings.

단독주택용 지열원 열펌프 시스템의 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of a Residential Ground-Source Heat Pump System)

  • Because of their low operating and maintaining costs, ground-source heat pump(GSHP) systems are an increasingly popular choice for providing heating, cooling and water heating to public and commercial buildings. Despite these advantages and the growing awareness, GSHP systems to residential sectors have not been adopted in Korea until recently. A feasibility study of a residential GSHP system was therefore conducted using the traditional life cycle cost(LCC) analysis within the current electricity price framework and potential scenarios of that framework. As a result, when the current residential electricity costs for running the GSHP system are applied, the GSHP system has weak competitiveness to conventional HV AC systems considered. However, when the operating costs are calculated in the modified price frameworks of electricity, the residential GSHP system has the lower LCC than the existing cooling and heating equipments. The calculation results also show that the residential GSHP system has lower annual prime energy consumption and total pollutant emissions than the alternative HVAC systems considered in this work.

Cost Analysis of the Structural Work of Green Frame

  • The adoption of Green Frame is expected to provide economic benefits, since construction costs are reduced by the in-situ production of precast concrete column and beam. The cost reduction can ultimately be realized by saving transportation costs and the overhead and profit of PC plants. The cost structure of Green Frame, which is built up using composite precast concrete members, is similar to that of a bearing-wall structure, but the difference in construction process has resulted in some cost differences for a few items. In particular, production and installation is the principal work involved in Green Frame made by precast concrete members, while form and concrete work is the principal work for a bearing-wall structure. As such, the rental time and fee for a tower crane should be compared through time analysis. To verify reliability, this study focused on developed residential projects to estimate the construction costs. Through this analysis, it was found that the costs of Green Frame were 1.57% lower than the costs of bearing-wall structure. The results of this study will help in the development of a management plan for the structural work of Green Frame.
