소비전력 최소화를 위한 빅데이터 환경에서의 공간기반 에너지 관리 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study for Space-based Energy Management System to Minimizing Power Consumption in the Big Data Environments)

  • 본 논문은 각종 센서와 관리자 등을 통해 온도와 조도를 측정하여 전력량을 모니터링하며 제어하고 있는 공장용 에너지관리시스템(FEMS, Factory Energy Management System), 빌딩용 에너지관리시스템(BEMS, Building Energy Management System), 주택용 에너지관리시스템(HEMS, Home Energy Management System)등으로 크게 나누어지는 기존의 에너지관리시스템(EMS : Energy Management System)에서 사용하고 있는 각종 센서 정보들을 포함한 수집 가능한 빅 데이터를 활용하여 본 논문에서 제안하는 공간 기반 에너지관리시스템(SEMS, Space-based Energy Management System)의 추론엔진을 통해 일정한 크기와 유사한 특성을 가진 단위 공간을 정의하고 에너지를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 공간의 크기나 특성에 따라서 SEMS의 추론엔진의 Self-Learning을 통해 추론엔진 자신이 학습을 통해 점차 스마트하게 진화하면서, 사용되는 전력량을 절감하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

노후연금보험주택의 운영과 관리 시뮬레이션 사례연구 : 무주군의 전원마을 모델을 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Operation and Management Simulation of Pension Insurance House in Later Life : In the Case of Muju Rural Village)

  • The purpose of this study was to resolve the issues of inferior housing environment and the population decrease in rural community by improving the environment and attracting urban inhabitants. A simulation on the costs and the local programs was operated from a point of view that Pension Insurance House with Long-term Lease and a plan for the program in connection with local resources should be accompanied to attract urban inhabitants. The study was carried out through mainly documents analysis and specialists' opinions. The simulation results are as follows. Firstly, the pre-existing rural housing development projects have only emphasized the hardware, while underestimated the post-management with operating programs. The software should be underlined when Pension Insurance House is developed. Secondly, as a result of the simulation on construction expenditure and the operating and maintenance cost for 30 years, about 82.3 million Wons are necessary residential expenses for 15 years per unit. Thirdly, in case of MUJU County, it has made the most of its pre-existing institutions. It's medical institutions provide medical care system with health education, facilities related leisure and culture offer recreational programs and the local community center and its program of each town helps new habitants adopt to the rural life. Additionally, the employment project of a local welfare center allow people living in a rural community to continue their careers with their talents and interests through local class programs for a life worth living. Lastly, guide for getting information of rural life, local community gathering and preliminary education should be carried out to reduce expectant tenants' incompatibility and assist them settle down early. The community program expansion is also required at the local government level.

New three-layer-type hysteretic damper system and its damping capacity

  • This paper proposes a new three-layer pillar-type hysteretic damper system for residential houses. The proposed vibration control system has braces, upper and lower frames and a damper unit including hysteretic dampers. The proposed vibration control system supplements the weaknesses of the previously proposed post-tensioning vibration control system in the damping efficiency and cumbersomeness of introducing a post-tension. The structural variables employed in the damper design are the stiffness ratio ${\kappa}$, the ductility ratio ${\mu}_a$, and the ratio ${\beta}$ of the damper's shear force to the maximum resistance. The hysteretic dampers are designed so that they exhibit the targeted damping capacity at a specified response amplitude. Element tests of hysteretic dampers are carried out to examine the mechanical property and to compare its restoring-force characteristic with that of the analytical model. Analytical studies using an equivalent linearization method and time-history response analysis are performed to investigate the damping performance of the proposed vibration control system. Free vibration tests using a full-scale model are conducted in order to verify the damping capacity and reliability of the proposed vibration control system. In this paper, the damping capacity of the proposed system is estimated by the logarithmic decrement method for the response amplitudes. The accuracy of the analytical models is evaluated through the comparison of the test results with those of analytical studies.

고층고밀 아파트단지의 노후도 평가지표 개발 (A Study on the Evaluating Indicators of the Level of Deterioration in High-rise and high-density Apartments)

  • High-rise and high-density apartment complexes have been built and supplied on a large scale in the 1st period of the New Town project in metropolitan areas since the late 1980s. Now It has become necessary to improve those apartment complexes, which have serious deterioration problems for aging more than about 20 years accompanying simultaneity and a large scale. The purpose of this research is to develop the evaluating indicators to measure the level of deterioration of apartments inclusively and practically in order to regenerate apartments as sustainable residential environments. This study is composed of the following four parts; (a) establishing the conceptual model of evaluation of apartment deterioration, (b) selecting evaluation items, (c) constituting evaluation measurement, and(d)weighting evaluation indicators. First, deterioration of apartments was conceptualized by physical. social, and economical aspects in terms of sustainable development and proposed the conceptual model of hierarchy structure of evaluation of apartment deterioration by literature reviews. Second, evaluating items were selected based on literature reviews of existing indicators and preceding studies about apartments of Korea and foreign countries. The evaluating indicators were identified as a total of 77 evaluating items which were composed of three dimensions and 9 attributes on the basis of the conceptual model. They cover comprehensive scope of the apartment such as unit, building, complex, and site. Third, as the measurement, the 5 point ordinal scale measure was suggested. The evaluating measurement including measure standards, measure methods, and measure contents were developed by each evaluating items. Lastly, the weighting of evaluating indicators was analyzed by AHP method conducted by survey on the expert group. Items were identified as high contributors or low contributors. The weighting of these items could suggest several evaluations according to the situation. The evaluation of the level of deterioration can be done by both total evaluation and a specific field of evaluation. In addition, it is easy to grasp deteriorated attributes or dimensions by providing a radar and bar chart showing evaluation results. These evaluating indicators could be a useful tool to grasp actual methods for the regeneration of apartments.

  • 본 논문에서는 고체산화물 연료전지의 스택 제조 및 시스템 연구개발의 최근 연구동향을 살펴보았다. 고체산화물 연료전지는 연료의 화학적 에너지를 전기적 에너지로 변환시킬 수 있는 친환경, 고효율의 전기화학장치이다. 고체산화물 연료전지 발전시스템은 응용분야에 따라 중대형 분산발전, 가정용 열병합 발전, 보조전원 및 휴대용 발전 시스템으로 구분할 수 있으며, 10 kW급 이상의 SOFC 발전시스템의 경우 원통형 셀로 구성된 발전시스템이 연구개발의 주를 이루고 있다. 더불어, SOFC 발전시스템 연구개발의 경우 매년 증가하는 세계 전력소비량에 대응하기 위해 발전시장에 진입 가능한 고성능, 장수명의 SOFC 소재 및 발전시스템에 R&D 노력이 집중되고 있다.

개구부 상부 차양설치 및 길이에 따른 외벽 수열온도분포에 관한 연구 (A Study on the External Wall Heating Temperature Distribution According to Opening Upper Shading Installation and Length)

  • 본 연구는 매년 수만 건 발생되는 화재에서 화재확산에 의한 피해 예방과 대응 마련을 위해 공동주택 및 일반건물의 내부화재를 실물화재실험을 통해 재현하였다. 또한, 개구부 크기와 차양길이 조건을 달리하고 이에 따른 외벽온도 분포를 분석하여 화재확산방지 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 실험결과, 차양을 설치하지 않았을 때 최고온도는 약 380℃ 이상으로 나타났다. 차양을 설치하지 않은 최고온도를 기준으로 차양길이가 150mm 일 때, 동일한 측정점에서 약 90℃가량 낮아졌으며, 300mm에서 약 150℃ 이상, 450mm에서 175℃ 이상 온도가 낮아졌으며, 차양길이 600mm 일 때, 최고온도 차는 약 180℃ 이상 낮아지는 것으로 나타나 개구부 상부의 차양 설치가 외벽의 수직화재 확산에 의한 화염온도를 낮추는데 효과가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

공동주택 리모델링사업의 동의율 확보 제약요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Agreement a rate Encouraging Restriction Primary factor Multi-family Housing Remodling)

  • 최근 몇 년 사이 공동주택 리모델링을 둘러싼 여건의 변화는 리모델링의 활성화라는 입장에서 볼 때 매우 고무적이라 할 수 있다. 리모델링의 추진에 대한 단지 내 다른 주민들의 반발을 어떻게 조정할 것인가가 주요한 과제로 대두되었고, 리모델링을 위한 재원 조달과 리모델링 이후의 자산가치 변화가 핵심적인 쟁점으로 부각되었다. 특히 많은 언론의 보도에도 불구하고 리모델링에 의한 자산가치 즉 부동산 가격의 상승효과가 뚜렷하게 입증되지 못하고 있으며, 금융기관 역시 리모델링 이후의 자산가치 상승에 대해 상당히 보수적인 평가를 하고 있기 때문에, 입주자들은 리모델링을 위한 재원의 조달에 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있을 뿐만 아니라 리모델링 사업의 성공여부도 확신하지 못하고 있다. 제도개선은 동 단위 리모델링을 보다 효율적이면서도 도시와 단지 전체의 관리 방향과 조화되는 방향으로 추진되어야 하며, 또한 공공지출을 최소화하면서도 리모델링을 실질적으로 지원할 수 있는 제도적 방안이 강구되어야 한다.

저발열 배합 및 이중버블시트에 의한 기초 매트 매스 콘크리트의 무균열 시공 (Zero-Crack Construction on the Fundamental Mass Concrete Using Double Bubble Sheets and Applying Low Heat Mixture)

  • This study investigates the field application, Songdo the # 1st WORLD, on zero-crack construction of the fundamental mass concrete using double bubble sheets and applying low heat mixture. Experimental results of hydration heat analysis showed that crack modulus of concrete incorporating 20% of blast furnace slag cement was 1.0 in 120 hours, representing 50% probability of crack occurrence, thus requiring additional measures. As for a curing method, a specimen insulating two layers of vinyl chloride+double bubble sheets exhibited only $16.5^{\circ}C$ difference between upper and lower sections, and it also showed favorable workability as well as competitive economic side. Therefore it was determined to use it for curing method in this field. For the curing results of practical field, using 2 layers of vinyl chloride+double bubble sheets and applying low heat mixture on the fundamental mass concrete in 3A residential building exhibited less than only $15^{\circ}C$ difference between surface and center section of that in 5 days elapse and less than $20^{\circ}C$ in 9 days. This means that the crack by hydration heat was prevented, and other fields structures also resisted the plastic shrinkage by insulating the vinyl, sinking crack by second temping, even drying shrinkage by the mixture of low unit water. Therefore the crack on the placement has not been found so far, since the construction was started before 6 month.

영향변수에 따른 수량변화 분석을 이용한 기본설계단계의 개산견적 모델 개발 (Development of Cost Estimating Model Using Quantity Variation Analysis by Influence Variables for the Schematic Design Phase)

  • 본 연구는 건축공사 프로젝트의 기본 설계 단계에서의 개산견적 개념모델을 제안하고, 제안된 개산견적 개념을 적용하여 실제 주상복합 건물 프로젝트의 실적자료의 분석을 바탕으로 한 프로토타입 개발을 목적으로 한다. 국내의 건설산업은 급격한 시장 변화와 경쟁 심화의 과정을 겪고 있다. 특히 프로젝트의 조달 방식의 변화와 함께 입찰과 관련한 정보가 부족한 사업초기, 기본설계 단계에서 중요한 의사 결정이 이루어지며, 이러한 의사 결정의 기준이 되는 개산 견적의 중요성이 더욱 증가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 개산견적 방법을 분석하고 그것을 보완할 수 있는 공사 수량 변화 분석에 기반 한 개산견적 방법을 제안하고 프로토타입을 구축하였다. 또한, 이 연구에서는 기존의 공종별 공사비 분류체계에 빌딩구성요소(BE)별 및 층별 수량 분류를 추가하고 있다. 이러한 개념을 바탕으로 제안 모델을 Q-BASE (Quantity Based Active Schematic Estimating) 모델로 정의하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the compositional elements of plan of art museums by selecting architectural works, which have strong symbolic meaning when evaluating value, from architectural works by Louis Kahn. First, the centrality of artworks, which are being displayed at the Yale Art Gallery, is complex. It includes three patterns of Void (spatial) Centrality+Symbolic Centrality+Functional Centrality among the five patterns suggested in this study. Second, the ratio system of interior space, which is expressed in the extension of the Yale Art Gallery, can be classified into the floor and walls. The floor used the square 1:1 ratio system. The ceiling used the grid patterns of equilateral triangles (regular tetrahedrons). It was applying a geometric ratio system when creating forms by using one side as a beam and the other sides as decorations of the ceiling. Third, the contours of interior space, which were expressed in Kahn's works, used the method of forming separate space according to the contouring rule (structural unit) defined by columns, and they were used in constructing the entire space through the integration of separate spaces. Fourth, according to the characteristics that were expressed by artworks displayed within the Yale Art Gallery Extension, the concept of accessibility was not as clear as that of residential buildings, because an approach of respecting existing architecture and context was used, rather than the starting point of interior space, or differentiated circulation, which has the function of a determined position.
