Electronic Questionnaire of Organizational Citizenship, Job Satisfaction and Their Relationship to Performance Quality for Physical Education Teachers in the Western Region - KSA

  • The research aims to identify the degree of the organizational citizenship, satisfaction and performance quality of the teachers and relationship between organizational citizenship, job satisfaction and performance quality for physical education teachers . The researcher used the descriptive method, The participants were (195) teachers. The researcher conducted the research main study in the period from 05/12/2022 to 30/12/2022 use the website to distribute and collect the questionnaire: https://www.surveymonkey.com. The researcher used the computer in the statistical processing, using the SPSS statistical program, and the following methods: Mean, SD, percentages, Correlation Coefficient, Alpha Cronbach coefficient, differences Indicator using chi2 . Conclusions: There is high degree of organizational citizenship behavior practices, job satisfaction and performance quality for some teachers at the schools. Recommendation the importance of enhancing the organizational citizenship behavior in schools, according to the positive effects of these behaviors on the individual and group performances.

Employee Stress Based on Intrinsic and Extrinsic Stress Factors and their Connection to Job Satisfaction

  • Purpose: This study explores the intrinsic and extrinsic stress factors that affect employees' job satisfaction. The study reviews the literature on three intrinsic and three extrinsic stress factors that influence the job satisfaction level of employees, establishing the various research findings on the factors and finding the relevant links that such findings have to current research. Research design, data and methodology: The present researcher collected the relevant prior studies via literature content approach that was used by numerous previous works. The researcher transcribed the data gathered from the participants. The next analyst would code the different features of data systematically across the entire set of data, thereby collecting the relevant data for each of the codes. Results: The investigation suggests six stress factors to be connected to job satisfaction, such as Hours of Work Employee Job Satisfaction, Communication and Employee job Satisfaction, Leadership Style Employee Job Satisfaction, Competition Employee Job Satisfaction, Career Development Opportunities Employee Job Satisfaction, Strikes and employee Job Satisfaction Conclusions: This research concludes that organizations with proper communication channels will certainly influence their employees positively and hence give them job satisfaction. Overall, this qualitative research has found that intrinsic and extrinsic factors influence the job satisfaction level of employees in a workplace.

  • The organization which is does sale activity in 21c, face a radical environment changes and high competition. To overcome from these situation, employee who is does sale in field are important to set sustainablity to the organization. A sales person is one of member in organizations, so they have a relation with other employee in process of job. To increase there performance and satisfaction, LMX is focused by many researchers. LMX can increase job satisfaction which can increase job performance thought organizational justice. And career of employee can has moderate effect between LMX and organizational justice. To figure out casual relationship among factors, researcher conduct a empirical analysis use 210 samples from SME saleman. Result of empirical study show us every hypothesis which researcher set up has supported. Based on this result, reseacher provide manageric implications and conclusions.

자기효능감, 화장근접도, 의복근접도의 상관관계 (The mutual relations of self-efficacy, proximity of cosmetics to self and proximity of clothing to self)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the mutual relations of self-efficacy proximity of cosmetic to self and proximity of clothing to self. The researcher used the scale of Sherer Mercadante Maddux Rrentice-Dunn Jacobs and Rogers(1982) for a general and social self-efficacy. The scale of Ryckman Roddins Thorton and Cantrell(1982) for a physical self-efficacy. The researcher corrected and supplemented the tools on the basis of Sontag(1987)'s scale for proximity of clothing to self. The researcher developed proximity of cos-metic to self. The subjects of this study were 172 girl students in the university. The research was analyzed by MANOVA Scheff post hoc test and Cronback a. The Results of this study were as follows: 1. The person who had a higher self-efficacy was higher in the hoy and skin-carve in the sub-causes of proximity of cosmetic to self. There was no difference in social-confidence self-satisfaction and disguise. 2. The person who had a higher self-efficacy was high in the self-expression and the physi-cal satisfaction in the sub-causes of proximity of clothing to self. There was no difference in the joy self-consciousness the consciousness of others and the novelity. 3. The person who had a higher proximity of cosmetic to self was higher in the joy, self-ex-pression and self-consciousness of others and the novelity. There was no difference in the physical satisfaction.

The Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Communication Satisfaction

  • Purpose - Once individuals in an organization don't comprehend with each other's culture and their interaction context differ, there is a bigger danger of poor communication in the organizations. Therefore, people must have a sufficiently comparable interpretation of data, communicative acts and the office itself. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and employee communication. Research design, Data, and methodology - The present researcher used categorization matrix development to review data for content. Additionally, the present researcher coded the data to correspond with the identified categories. The role of the categorization matrix is to ensure that the categories hardly represent the concepts and thus validating the findings of the study. Result - The findings from prior resources shows that the role of organizational culture on employee communication satisfaction is a pertinent issue that must be addressed and analyzed to help organizations make the desired profits and productivity. This study provides five solutions between organizational culture and employee communication satisfaction. Conclusion - This study concludes that every employee performs well where they think they are being appreciated and their efforts are rewarded. On the other hand, different organizations have instilled different organizational cultures to ensure they promote the level of satisfaction of their employees in order to yield them an improved employee performance and overall organizational performance.

직무만족(職務滿足)과 관련(關聯) 변인(變人)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Job Satisfaction and It's related Variables)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the job satisfaction of the dental technicians and evalate the relationship between it’s scores and certain variables. One hundred eighty dental technicians were sampled from 300 among the 2552 dental technicians by wide distribution method, in September 1990. Data were collected by administering the instrument, the researcher developed for measuring the independent and dependent variables. The statistical methods utilized in this study were one-way analysis of variance, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The data were analyzed by SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science), utilizing PC. The statistical significance was tested at 0.05 level. The major findings of the study were as follows : 1. The job satisfaction measuring instrument, the researcher developed, could measured the job satisfaction of dental technicians. The Maximum score of the instrument was 125, the highest score of dental technicians was 106, the lowest score was obtained 38, the mean score was 72.228 and standard deviation was 12.804. 2. The personal variables of dental technicians were related with the job satisfaction scores. The job satisfaction scores were positively correlated, at 0.01 level, with the scores of age(r=0.379), year(r=0.218), aptitude(r=0.415), marry(r=0.202), income(r=0.381), career(r=0.316). 3. The family variables scores of dental technicians were not correlated with the job satisfaction scores. 4. The personal characteristics of dental technicians were related with the job satisfaction. The job satisfaction score were positively correlated beyond the significant level, with the cheerfulness scores(r=0.398) and stability scores(r=0.224). 5. The job-related variables of the dental technicians were related with the job satisfaction scores. The correlation coefficient between job satisfaction scores and turnover scores was r=0.23, and quantity scores was r=0.300.

성별에 따른 여가생활에 관한 연구 (A Study on Leisure Life in Accordance with Gender)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic information necessary for improving the satisfaction and quality of leisure life and thereon propose better leisure life programs in accordance with gender. For the purpose, this researcher made a questionnaire survey of 560 persons between July and December 2003 to know the trend and satisfaction of their leisure life in accordance with their gender. Results of the study can be summarized as below; First. the extent to which the surveyed persons participated in leisure life was highest in terms of other leisure activities, followed by self-development. viewing activities, sports activities and journey in order. The satisfaction of leisure life participation by those surveyed persons was scored 3 or over in average, meaning 'generally satisfied'. The time of leisure life participation was most spent in other leisure activities and self-development. Expenses of the participation were highest in terms of other leisure activities. followed by self-development and viewing activities in order. Second, differences in sub-areas of leisure life were analyzed in accordance with gender to show that the degree and time of participation in viewing activities and self-development, expenses of sports activity participation and the degree of participation in journey and others were significantly different between the opposite sexes which were surveyed here. Men were higher in the degree, time and expenses of the participation than women. Third. effects of gender on the satisfaction of leisure life as a whole were determined here to show that men were higher in such satisfaction when they were more satisfactorily participating in sport activities while in case of women, when they were spending more time in sport activities. Women showed a higher satisfaction of leisure life as a whole when they were more frequently and satisfactorily participating in other leisure activities. Based on these results, the researcher proposed effective leisure life programs in accordance with gender.

일반고 학생의 자기주도 학습, 온라인 수업 환경 및 학습만족도 간의 구조적 관계분석 (Analysis of structural relationships between self-directed learning, class environment, and learning satisfaction in online classes of high school students)

  • 본 연구목적은 일반고 학생들의 자기주도 학습, 온라인 수업 환경, 그리고 학습만족도 간의 구조관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 세종 B고교 3학년의 219명이며, 상관관계와 구조방정식 모형을 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, 자기주도 학습과 온라인 수업 환경 및 학습만족도 간에는 중간 이상의 상관관계를 있었다. 둘째로, 측정변인들 간의 구조모형의 적합도 지수도 양호했다. 자기주도 학습은 온라인 수업 환경에 영향을 주고, 온라인 수업환경은 학습만족도에 정적으로 영향을 주지만, 자기주도 학습은 학습만족도에 유의한 영향력은 없었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 학습자의 온라인 수업만족도는 학생의 자기주도 학습능력이 교사의 훌륭한 수업환경의 조성이 이루어질 때 시너지 효과를 얻음을 알 수 있다. 추후 온라인 학습만족도에 대하여 다양한 학습자의 개인, 가정 및 학교요소를 종합적으로 투입하는 분석할 것을 제안했다.

전자정부 서비스의 지속적 수용 강화를 위한 통합적 접근 : 실증연구 (An Integrative Approach for Strengthening Continual Adoption of e-Government Services : An Empirical Study)

  • This study analyzed the users acceptance of e-Government services. Many IT(Information Technology) adoption studies appeared the TAM(technology adoption model) of Davis[1989] as a theoretical background. The TAM composed of three factors those are the perceived easy of use, the perceived usefulness, and intention to adoption of IT. However, TAM did not explain the consequences of intention to adoption and antecedents of the ease of use and usefulness in IT adoption. To overcome limitations of TAM, many technology acceptance studies done. In this study, the researcher suggested the IT acceptance model for explaining users adoption of e-Government service based on the model of IT acceptance of Wixom and Todd[2005]. The model of Wixom and Todd[2005] based on the TAM of Davis[1989], IT adoption model of Taylor and Todd[1995] and, IS(Information Systems) success model of Delone and Mclean[1992, 2003]. For testing our research model, the researcher collected data from 200 users of e-Government services. The researcher analyzed in measurement model and structural model using statistical software. This study analyzed relationships among interaction, information quality, Web systems quality, satisfaction, ease of use, usefulness, and attitude to explain and predict influences of the users acceptance of e-Government services. The results of this study will provide useful information about develop a strategy for usage spread of e-Government services.

에너지·환경분야 연구자의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감, 직무만족과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Energy and Environment R&D Researchers Self-Leadership and Self-Efficacy on Job Satisfaction and Job performance)

  • 본 연구는 에너지 환경 분야 연구자의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감, 직무만족 및 직무성과 간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 연구가설들을 수립하고 실증분석을 추진하였다. 실증분석을 위한 자료는 약 3주 동안 회수된 200건의 설문지 중 에너지, 환경 분야 연구자 165명의 설문결과를 추출하여 사용하였다. SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 신뢰도, 빈도, 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, Sobel-test 등을 실시하였다. 연구자의 셀프리더십은 자기효능감과 직무만족, 직무성과에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 연구자의 자기효능감은 직무만족과 직무성과에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 자기효능감과 직무만족은 셀프리더십, 자기효능감과 직무성과간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 연구자의 직무성과 제고를 위해서는 우선적으로 셀프리더십과 자기효능감 제고를 위한 소속 기관의 인적자원관리 제도 마련과 교육 활성화가 필요하다. 또한 연구자가 직무에 대한 즐거움, 만족감, 신뢰 등을 충족시킬 수 있도록 적절한 보상체계 마련이 필요하다. 특히 자기효능감은 직무성과에 대해 매우 중요한 영향 인자이므로 연구자의 자기효능감 강화를 위한 기관 차원의 전략마련이 요구된다.
