The introduction of the BIM into the architectural service industry is currently not being conducted smoothly. The purpose of this research is to, considering the current state of the market, establish long-term strategies that will enable the BIM to successfully settle. The survey has been conducted in target of architects in order to understand pending issues. Additionally, the articles regarding BIM have been researched for the purpose of better understanding the current societal demands. Indicated by survey results, the architects agree to a certain extent upon the need of BIM for architectural designs, yet also express concerns that the BIM introduction does not guarantee betterment in efficiency. The problematic aspects of BIM introduction that have already been discussed in some policy-related studies include a multitude of complicated issues that are unable to be resolved within a short period of time: underdeveloped BIM infra, the limit of BIM software itself, political issues regarding licensing and lack of social awareness. Based on the issues mentioned above, three main areas of focus along with their respective practical strategies and tasks have been designated. Finally, this research has analyzed the current situation and its issues along with the political solutions of 12 projects, amongst which include the standard for plan drawings, licensing system improvement, cost standard and BIM introduction support. The shortage of R&D personnel and the lower productivity of SMEs are critical issues in strengthening SMEs. Government provides various policies to deal with these issues. The aim of this paper is to analyze current status and policy issues of R&D personnel and to suggest policy alternatives to improve the availability of R&D personnel in SMEs.

Probabilistic safety assessments (PSA) have been used for several decades to visualize the risk level of commercial nuclear power plants (NPPs). Since the role of a human reliability analysis (HRA) is to provide human error probabilities for safety critical tasks to support PSA, PSA quality is strongly affected by HRA quality. Therefore, it is important to understand the underlying limitations or problems of HRA techniques. For this reason, this study conducted a survey among 14 subject matter experts who represent the HRA community of domestic Korean NPPs. As a result, five significant HRA issues were identified: (1) providing a technical basis for the K-HRA (Korean HRA) method, and developing dedicated HRA methods applicable to (2) diverse external events to support Level 1 PSA, (3) digital environments, (4) mobile equipment, and (5) severe accident management guideline tasks to support Level 2 PSA. In addition, an HRA method to support multi-unit PSA was emphasized because it plays an important role in the evaluation of site risk, which is one of the hottest current issues. It is believed that creating such a catalog of prioritized issues will be a good indication of research direction to improve HRA and therefore PSA quality.

Purpose: It is necessary to look at the reasons why the Korean government has failed in boosting mom and pops, even though many aid programs for independent retailers have been introduced. Furthermore, this research will provide policy makers and practitioners with new insight to improve the performance of government policies. Research design: the researcher has had an interview with the 26 practitioners to gather the right information. Furthermore, interview results have been categorized into the government-related issues, support programs and shop owner-related issues, from a practitioner's perspectives. Results: The researcher found that the confusion of governmental support organization, the lack of retail marketing experts, frequent job rotation, the lack of cooperation between bureaucrats and associations, concerned about the governmental-related issues, are failure reasons. In terms of support program issues, the research found the following reasons: no blueprint, the lack of retail experts, relevance to budget scale, and the complexity of budget implementation. Associated with shop owner-related issues, the author found that the causes of failure are closely related to aging shopkeepers, the absence of a successor and increasing dependence on a government. Conclusions: The author proposes that a government has to rebuild existing support programs for small shop owners.

Purpose: The primary aim of this study is to investigate the current issues in the leisure sports tourism and propose viable solutions based on a comprehensive review of existing literature. The specific objectives are to: (1) Identify the key challenges facing the leisure sports tourism industry. (2) Analyze the impact of these challenges on the industry's growth and sustainability. (3) Review and synthesize existing research to propose evidence-based solutions. Research design, data and methodology: The preliminary search yielded an extensive list of articles. These articles underwent a rigorous screening process based on their titles and abstracts. The inclusion criteria were: (1) studies focused specifically on the leisure sports tourism industry, (2) empirical research providing data on the identified issues, and (3) peer-reviewed journal articles. Results: The leisure sports tourism industry faces several pressing issues requiring effective solutions to ensure sustainability and growth. This section provides four critical solutions addressing the identified challenges: environmental sustainability, infrastructure and facility management, seasonality and economic impact, and health and safety concerns. Conclusions: The findings highlight several actionable solutions to the current issues faced by the leisure sports tourism industry. This industry can achieve a more stable and sustainable growth trajectory by addressing environmental sustainability, infrastructure and facility management, seasonality, and health and safety concerns.

Recently, the need for LBS (Location Based Services) is increasing with the rapid growth of the location measurement units, mobile devices, and communication technologies. Especially, wireless carriers are concentrating on LBS since it is regarded as so-called 'killer application' among wireless data services. Although LBS give us convenience and useful information, its use also raises privacy issues. There are quite possibilities that the people's locations are tracked by location measurement units while people do not recognize the existence of the units. To protect a person's location information, lawful and technical aspects should be considered. In this paper, we explain issues, regulations, standards, and platforms related to the protection of the location information. Finally, we suggest the architecture of a platform complying with the regulations and standards. It considers various issues not covered in other studies.

Customized service is a vital and mandatory element for apps in improving their technical performance and app customer analysis. While apps require users' consent for their data extraction and usage, many of the terms and agreement forms are written intricately, making it harder for users to fully understand the whole concept of users' data collection for customized services. Ever since the Facebook-Cambridge Analytica scandal, personal data privacy has been re-examined, forcing many app companies to reinforce a reliable solution to data privacy issues. However, there has not been a secured solution, which worries many people about the future advanced issues when metaverse platforms are actively used in daily apps. The research aims to collect the reactions and behaviors of everyday app users who utilize apps with customized services to understand the nature of privacy data issues and the users' opinions about the future implementation of metaverse platforms. The method of the research was an online questionnaire that targeted university students. The study revealed many fearful and anxious reactions about personal data and further metaverse issues where most app users were uneducated about how current apps collect and utilize users' private data.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the issues and problems of interior design education in Korea and to further present guidelines for curriculum development and research on interior design education in Korea for the 21st Century. Content analysis and scholastic inquiry from various sources were used to examine the issues concerning 1) professional identity, 2) curriculum structure, and 3) creative scholarship including interdisciplinary approach. Identification of these issues presented in this study will allow interior design educators to help prepare interior design students who are qualified to lead the profession in the future.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the implications of aviation tourism by considering practical and ethical issues in order to achieve academic goals for research ethics. Through this, we intend to derive the direction of research ethics in aviation tourism in the future. Research Design, data and methodology: This study examined ethical issues to examine the current status of research ethics in consideration of the goals of aviation tourism and to analyze and explore the status of research ethics, including various research results and researchers. Results: Aviation tourism is focused on the autonomy of research without strict sanctions. There was a perception that there was no monitoring or control of research ethics, and related scholars did not need to discuss research ethics because the establishment of an academic system was a priority. However, it is now responsible for complying with research ethics limited to integrity and leading research ethics education in domestic aviation tourism. Conclusions: Research ethics problems that may arise in aviation tourism research were explored and issues and tasks were derived. Aviation tourism needs to develop into a more responsible research culture, such as redefining research ethics regulations, changing research culture, and raising researchers' ethical awareness

This paper is a review and assessment of 1122 articles on families in later life from 5 journals published during 1980 and 1995. theoretical and methodological issues family relationships in later life social support network caregiving attitudes and stress life satisfaction and stress of the aged and welfare system for the aged are the major areas examined. The review indicates that this area of research in quantity has increased rapidly since 195. Relationships between aged parents and their adult children focusing on caregiving attitudes behavior and stresses for supporting their parents among the children and adjustment/life satisfaction of the aged are dominantly investigated. However most of the research are non-theoretical and descriptive in nature and the influences of socio-economic variables such as sex health economic status and educational level on dependent variables are widely investigated. Future research questions and issues under the sub-ares of families in lat r life is provided. Further directions and suggestions for future research works on families in later life in general are provided with particular emphasis on conceptual and methodological issues.
