건설 현장 관리자 역량의 인과관계 구조 분석 (An Analysis of the Casual Relations on Construction Project Manager's level Competency)

  • Recently, Korean construction industry is moving from quantitative growth to qualitative growth. Among the changes in the construction industry, the competency of the project manager who represents the construction project as well as the construction company has been referred to as a factor that effects qualitative growth. This research utilized previous research analysis and expert interview in order to extract essential competency factors of a construction project manager. DEMATEL method was utilized to analyze the quantitative and objective causal relationship between the competency factors. The causal relationship of the competency factors were visualized through Digraph (directed graph) and competency areas of the project manager that requires strengthening were also suggested. Analysis result showed that the important competency categories of a project manager were Internal & External Communication, Project Management Body of Knowledge, and Inspirational Leadership. The analysis results of this research can be utilized in developing competency enhancement method for future project managers and as a basic data in developing an education program.

보건교사의 역량모형 개발을 위한 델파이 연구 (A Delphi Study of Developing Competency Model for Korean Health Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study was intended to identify the competency model for korean health teachers. In order to enhance job effectiveness and talent development of health teachers in schools, this study would provide policy makers and school administrators with a competency model to be used as a valid and reliable tool for selection, development, and appraisal of health teachers. Methods: This study used three-round Delphi technique, which was a series of surveys to obtain a consensus of experts in school health and health education. 31 experts were finally involved in Delphi panel, which consisted of professors, administrators, and school teachers. Results: This study found that the competency model of health teachers was composed of fourteen competencies and 75 performance indicators. The fourteen competencies were as follows: consulting and teaching competency, students understanding competency, health problem solving competency, health assessment competency, relationship building competency, information management competency, curriculum management competency, teaching activity competency, writing competency, professional expertise competency, health business management competency, self control competency, school commitment competency, and achievement orientation competency. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, policy makers and school administrators would be able to use the competency model as a tool of new health teachers selection, existing health teachers appraisal, and new and existing teachers training and education. Future research needs to classify the levels of each performance indicator as a kind of behavior indices.

교육전담간호사 역량이 업무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Nurse Educators' Competency on Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of nurse educators' competency on their job satisfaction. Methods: The subjects of this study were nurses in charge of nursing education at the general hospital level or higher organization. Data were collected via an online survey from May 3 to May 20, 2024, from 91 respondents. The survey questionnaires included general characteristics, competency, and job satisfaction. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, t-tests, and simple linear regression were performed using SPSS 21. Results: There was a positive correlation between nurse educators' competency and job satisfaction. Specifically, professional knowledge (r=.47, p<.001), research competency (r=.47, p<.001), task standardization competency (r=.46, p<.001), communication skills (r=.42, p<.001), and educational implementation competency (r=.42, p<.001) showed positive correlations with job satisfaction. The differences in competency based on completing the advanced nurse training course was not significant (t=-1.46, p=.149). However, competency level was found to significantly affect job satisfaction (β=.49, p<.001). Conclusion: The study highlights the need for competency-based education programs to strengthen nurse educators' qualifications systematically.

역량기반 치의학 교육과정 개편을 위한 역량모델 개발 사례 (A Case of Developing a Competency model for the revision of the dentistry education curriculum on the competency-based)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 W치과대학의 역량기반 치의학 교육과정 개편을 위한 역량모델을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구방법은 역량모델 개발절차를 3단계로 진행하였다. 역량모델 준비 단계는 구성원의 인식조사를 분석하고, 개발단계는 역량수준 등을 개발하였다. 평가단계는 전문가에게 내용타당도를 검증받았다. 그 결과 내용타당도지수(CVI: content validity index)는 .91로 높은 CVI를 나타났으며, 대학차원의 공통역량인 4개의 핵심역량과 전공역량인 직무역량을 연계한 역량모델을 개발하였다. 이러한 절차를 걸쳐 개발된 W치과대학의 역량모델 개발 사례는 앞으로 역량모델 개발이 필요한 연구에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있으며, W치과대학의 역량 기반 교육과정 개편에도 반영할 예정이다.

팀 기반 시뮬레이션 실습교육이 간호학생의 환자안전 자신감과 간호역량에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Team-based Simulation Training on Patient Safety Confidence and Nursing Competency among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of team-based simulation training (TBST) on patient safety confidence and nursing competency among nursing students. Methods: This study used a one group pretest-posttest design. Among the senior nursing students enrolled in an academic course in one nursing school, the convenience sample of 114 students was recruited. Participants received 15-session TBST (2 hours per session) over 8 weeks and completed the patient safety confidence and nursing competency scales, and a questionnaire of participants' responses to TBST. Data were analyzed using a descriptive statistics test, a paired t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The results of this study showed that patient safety confidence and nursing competency significantly improved after TBST and there was a positive correlation between these variables. Conclusion: The findings indicate that TBST is effective for improving nursing students' patient safety confidence and nursing competency, and thus, team-based strategies can be useful to attain the goals of nursing education. Furthermore, the results of this study suggest further research to refine the relations between patient safety and nursing competency.

캡스톤 디자인 간호연구 수업의 팀워크역량과 팀활동 경험 (Teamwork Competency and Team Activity Experiences in Capstone Design Nursing Research Course)

  • 본 연구는 캡스톤 디자인을 활용한 간호연구 수업의 팀워크역량 효과와 팀활동 경험의 내용을 분석하고자 양적연구와 질적연구를 혼합한 통합연구(Triangulation)이다. 연구대상자는 D대학교 캡스톤 디자인 간호연구를 수강한 간호대학생 99명이었다. 간호대학생의 수업 전, 후의 팀워크역량을 비교하였으며, 팀별 성찰일지의 서술형 자료를 통해 캡스톤 디자인 간호연구 수업에서의 팀활동 경험을 질적내용 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 과제수행역량이 수업 후 유의하게 높아 졌으며(t=-2.166 p=.033), 과제수행역량 중 목표실행능력이 수업 후 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다(t=-2.224, p=.028). 대인관계역량 중 리더십이 수업 후 유의하게 향상되었다(t=-2.085, p=.040). 팀활동 경험 내용은 '자원관리의 어려움', '개인의 노력과 역량 발휘의 중요성 인식', '효과적인 역할 분배를 위한 노력', '의사소통의 중요성을 깨달음', '임상실무에 필요한 역량을 강화함'의 5개의 주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 캡스톤 디자인 간호연구 수업이 간호대학생의 팀워크역량을 향상시키는데 효과적이며, 개인의 노력과 역량 발휘, 효과적인 역할 분배와 의사소통을 통해 임상실무에 필요한 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 긍정적인 팀활동 경험을 제공했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 팀워크역량 강화를 통해 간호연구역량 향상을 도모하는 캡스톤 디자인 간호연구 수업에 활용해야할 것이다.

청소년의 중독예방을 위한 중독예방 핵심역량모형 구축 (Construction of the Addiction Prevention Core Competency Model for Preventing Addictive Behavior in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study was done to provide fundamental data for the development of competency reinforcement programs to prevent addictive behavior in adolescents through the construction and examination of an addiction prevention core competency model. Methods: In this study core competencies for preventing addictive behavior in adolescents through competency modeling were identified, and the addiction prevention core competency model was developed. It was validated methodologically. Results: Competencies for preventing addictive behavior in adolescents as defined by the addiction prevention core competency model are as follows: positive self-worth, self-control skill, time management skill, reality perception skill, risk coping skill, and positive communication with parents and with peers or social group. After construction, concurrent cross validation of the addiction prevention core competency model showed that this model was appropriate. Conclusion: The study results indicate that the addiction prevention core competency model for the prevention of addictive behavior in adolescents through competency modeling can be used as a foundation for an integral approach to enhance adolescent is used as an adjective and prevent addictive behavior. This approach can be a school-centered, cost-efficient strategy which not only reduces addictive behavior in adolescents, but also improves the quality of their resources.

자기 보고식 공학설계 역량 검사 도구 규준화 연구 (A Research on the Norming of The Self-Reported Test for Engineering Design Competency)

  • The purpose of this study is to norm the engineering design competency test. To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on engineering college students nationwide using engineering design competency test developed in the precedent study, and a total of 2,859 questionnaires were analyzed. The main results are as follows. First, the national average of engineering design competency scores was 158 out of 240 points. Second, there was no significant difference between genders in engineering design competency by background variables. On the other hand, there was a significant difference by major. It was found that mechanical and construction majors have higher engineering design competency than IT and chemical/material engineering majors. Also, the scores of engineering design competency increased as the grade went up. Third, the number of courses related to engineering design did not affect by engineering design competency, but the actual number of times of experience in engineering design was affected by engineering design competency.

  • The importance of technical innovation is increasing gradually in accordance with the life cycle of technology being shortened and the convergence being accelerate. This thesis aims to present the Framework of Competency Model of Techno Leadership capable of utilizing in promoting R&D (Research and Development) Leaders systematically by the technology based enterprise. The characteristic of core behavior necessary for Techno Leaders has been sorted out through the literature investigation and the analysis course of meaning, etc., the competency model of Techno Leadership has been deducted by analyzing the relation with MOT (Management of Technology) capacity being common skill of task necessary for Techno Leaders and the characteristic of behavior based on this through the questionnaire survey. The possibility of application in the field as well has been verified by applying the developed competency model in the actual field of enterprise. The competency model of techno Leadership developed in this research may be utilized in the direction establishment for the promotion of Techno Leadership in the enterprise or laboratory, especially, if would be effective to self-diagnose the core competency necessary for R&D manpower to be grown as the Techno leader in the IT oriented enterprise and to establish the improvement direction.

자기 보고식 공학설계 역량 검사 도구 개발 (Development of The Self-Reported Measurement for Engineering Design Competency)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the self-reported measurement for engineering design competency. In this study, engineering design competency is defined as the overall individual ability that is necessary for an engineer for his/her successful accomplishment of engineering design. This measurement was developed through reviewing documents, defining factor and sub-factor, making an item and constructing validity verification. The self-reported measurement for engineering design competency consists of 6 factors and 40 items. 6 factors cover competency of design performance, competency of considering economic and social influence, competency of utilizing mathematical and scientific knowledge, competency of teamwork, competency of design-centered thinking and competency of collecting and using data. A 6-points Likert scale was used for each item.
