The topic of school community is considered very important in Christian education because the Christian religion is based on relationships. However, the studies on school community in Christian education are insufficient. Therefore, this study intends to explore the characteristics of school communities in Christian elementary school through descriptive approach. For this, data was collected through a ten-week participant observations and ten-time interview with the teachers, students, and parents, and artifacts collection. The result of the analysis, students were growing up with experiencing inner conflicts when they have a good relationship with their friends as a member of one community. This study gives suggestions to Christian school and public school communities as follows. First, studies on Christian schools' community have to be based on the Christian worldview. Second, The community of justice needs to be included in Christian school communities. Third, Christian school students experience continuous inner conflicts when practicing Christian values, thus the classroom community needs to be a place where students can talk about it openly. Fourth, public schools only consider the abilities to cultivate community competence, but it needs to apply the Christian school community where it is comfortable and acceptable to reveal weakness. In this way, the community will become a more humanistic environment.

We performed to explore the applicability of protocol to improve the curriculum literacy for special education pre-teachers. For this, protocol of Park et al (2018), which can be used in the educational field, was partially modified and applied to enhance the special education curriculum expertise of pre-teachers. The literacy protocol of the special education curriculum was applied as Protocols 1 and 2, and Protocol 1 was focused on adaptation the 2015 special education curriculum and understanding literacy. Protocol 2 consisted of reorganizing the subject level centering on the five subjects presented in the special education curriculum, and establishing an integrated theme setting and reorganization plan. We applied the research design during a total of 15 weeks of special education curriculum subjects. The class format was flipped learning (e.g, pre-video lectures, theory lectures (E-Sheets), and learner-led activities (W-Sheets) for each topic was carried out. We found that pre-teachers' thought that the academic achievement and satisfaction of students with disabilities could be increased by adaptation the curriculum. Pre-teachers reported that the experience of reorganizing each subject/intersection helped improve their literacy but found it difficult.

A great number of philosophers during 'Six's Dynasty'(六朝) had the most active and furthest discussion throughout the history of China to study the concerns; Having a question such as "Where the body and the soul come out around us?", "What is the essence of complicated and delicate mental operation?" "Are there any relationships between the body and the soul?" and then "How do the human soul exist after death?" First, during 'Don-Jin' period as body and soul theory was based on 'Yin'(陰) and 'Yang'(陽). 'He Cheng Tian' said that everything which was burn on earth should die because the soul couldn't stay the dead body longer. In the same age, 'Ming Fo Run' and 'Da Xing Run' which denied that the soul couldn't exist forever were main topics of the discuss among the distinguished philosophers. Next, during 'Northern & Southern dynasty', body and soul theory was divided into two. First of all, body and soul of 'Heng Cun' might be harmonized, however, that was not perfectly put together. Because, after human death, even if the body of human might be existed, the soul left elsewhere but always stayed around us. The body was the soul which meant that the soul was to the nature of the body and the body was to the usage of soul. Many philosophers insisted that nobody meant no soul according to 'Shen Bu Mie Run' and 'Shen Mie Run'which was the main topic as an academic argument in those days. Finally, during Dong-Jin dynasty covered the significance of Body and Soul theory and analyzed the influence into the history of the history philosophy in china.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to establish a systematic educational operation platform by collecting expert opinions so that occupational therapists can use continuing education well as a means to become professional occupational therapists in a particular field. Methods : A Delphi study was conducted with 23 experts on continuing education courses in common areas, elderly or dementia, community-based, physical rehabilitation, and developmental disabilities conducted in 2019 and 2020. The first Delphi investigated the suitability of the course as a professional continuing education and the appropriate level of education. In the second Delphi, we derived the final platform by verifying its suitability with verification of its content validity. Results : As a result, 87 items were derived for common areas, 53 items for elderly or dementia, 66 items for community-based, 66 items for physical rehabilitation, and 85 items for developmental disabilities. The main contents included the expertise needed by occupational therapists, the role in various fields, the solution of difficulties in clinical practice, and the topic of preparing for the future. Conclusion : This study was meaningful in presenting an educational operation platform for training professional occupational therapists as a basic study. It is hoped that the optimal education operation platform will be developed to strengthen professional skills of occupational therapists efficiently through future research.

One of the most noteworthy topics in recent corporate management is ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance). Although there are many companies that have declared ESG management, KT has declared full-fledged ESG management in 2021 and is sharing its sustainable management strategy with stakeholders. In addition, KT is strengthening ESG management by issuing ESG bonds for the first time in the domestic ICT industry. At a time when the information technology industry became more important due to COVID-19, this study attempted to examine KT's ESG management goals and strategies by dividing them into environmental, social, and governance areas. KT was aiming to achieve environmental integrity through 'environmental management', 'green competence', 'energy resources', and 'eco-friendly projects' in the environmental field. In addition, in the social field, genuine creating social value was pursued through 'social contribution', 'co-growth', and 'human rights management'. Finally, in the governance area, it was aiming for a transparent corporate management system to pursue economic reliability through 'ethics and compliance' and 'risk management'. In particular, KT was promoting its own ESG management by promoting strategies to solve environmental and social problems using AI and BigData technologies based on the characteristics of a digital platform company. This study aims to derive implications for ESG strategy establishment and ESG management development direction through KT's ESG management case in relation to ESG management, which has emerged as a hot topic.

Objectives: Herbal medicine is a worldwide health topic. Vitex agnus-castus L. (VAC) is a popular plant used for gynecologic problems due to its hormonal effects. The aim of this study is to reveal VAC extract effect on fetus when this herb is used started from antenatal period or during pregnancy. Methods: Performed from starting day of January 2019 till February 2019, 48 rats were assigned in randomly divided eight-member six groups: control (C1), treated group with 365 mg/kg VAC from initiation of insemination (T1) and 30 days prior to pregnancy (T2), control that underwent caesarean section on 15^th day of gestational age (C2) and treated group with 365 mg/kg VAC from initiation of insemination (T3) and 30 days prior to pregnancy (T4) that underwent caesarean section. Weight, sex and number of fetuses, abortion and still birth rate and estradiol level were evaluated using t-test by SPSS software. Results: We showed increased weight among T1 group considering totally and sex-dependent which is significant (all p-value < 0.05). We also detected significantly decreased weight in T2 in total (p-value < 0.0001) and when considering female fetuses (0.043) but not males (0.17). Although the results showed slightly non-significant increased weight among fetuses of T3 (totally or based on the fetus sex) compared to the control group (C2), T4 group had statistically decreased weight compared to control group. Pregnancy rate and pregnancy outcome were affected by VAC usage. The time of VAC initiation also affected live birth and abortion rates. Conclusion: VAC extract may affect pregnancy rate, live birth rate, abortion and stillbirth rates. Its effect on the weight and the sex showed dual pattern depends on the time of initiation and pregnancy trimester of evaluation. Prescribing this medicinal plant for patients being prone to pregnancy should be with caution. Further study is recommended.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, the pandemic has been prolonged. This study compares and analyzes the degree of social media usage, the information type of posts (infectious disease information, promote action, psychological communication), and the level of user engagement in conducting crisis communication by country. We conduct text analysis by collecting information on Facebook and YouTube posts from January 2020 to March 2021 of disease control and prevention agencies in Korea, US, UK, and EU. As a result, the use of social media in Korea and US is higher than of the UK and EU, and all four countries are using social media as a means to provide infectious disease information and to promote action. Although social media can be a means to reach the public psychologically, such as sympathy and respect, there are no posts of psychological communication type on social media in countries other than the US. User engagement with posts is highest in the promotion action type. This study can help define the importance and role of social media in establishing an infectious disease crisis communication strategy.

The purpose of this study is to develop a board game design activity for environmental education and to investigate how it affects high school students' environmental knowledge, environmental literacy, and creative engineering problem solving propensity. Twenty-five freshman and sophomore students belonging to the environmental club participated in this study. The board game activity was designed as 10 class hours lessons based on the engineering design process. The main data source of this study was pre-post students' conceptual maps of the environmental topics (global warming or ecosystem destruction) to measure the background knowledge on the topic. In addition, the environmental literacy measurement questionnaire and the creative engineering problem solving propensity questionnaire were collected before and after the activity. The result shows that the number of environment-related words described by the students on the post-concept map increased compared to the pre-concept map. In addition, the environmental literacy score and the creative engineering problem-solving propensity score increased significantly after performing the board game design activity. The results show that environmental lessons using board game design activities can help student develop various competencies in a good way. As above, research that combines board games and secondary education must be activated, and a new educational method and systemic support for in-service teachers who want to apply it to science classroom is required.

Steel-concrete single-leaf blast-resistant doors, having steel box and slab inside, are installed on the wall using supporting members such as hinges and latches. Several studies have been conducted on their deflection behavior in the same direction as that of the blast pressure, but studies on their deflection behavior in the opposite direction, that is, studies on negative deflection behavior are relatively insufficient. In this study, we conducted a parameter analysis using finite element analysis on blast-resistant doors, on their rebound behavior in the negative deflection phase. Results revealed that the plastic deformation of the door, and the change in momentum and kinetic energy during rebound, were major factors influencing the rebound behavior. Greater rebound force was developed on the supporting members in the impulsive region, than in the quasi-static region; due to the characteristics in the impulsive region, where the kinetic energy developed relatively greater than the strain energy. In the design process, it is necessary to consider excessive deformation that could occur in the supporting members as the rebound behavior progresses. Additionally, it was found that in the case of steel-concrete blast doors, the rebound force increased relatively more, when the effects of both rebound and negative blast pressure contributed to the negative deflection of the door. Since conditions for the occurrence of this superposition effect could vary depending on structural characteristics and explosion conditions, further investigation may be required on this topic.

All-solid-state batteries are one of the promising candidates for next-generation batteries and are drawing attention as a key component that will lead the future electric vehicle industry. This study analyzes 10,280 comments on Reddit, which is a global social media, in order to identify policy issues and public interest related to all-solid-state batteries from 2016 to 2021. Text mining such as frequency analysis, association rule analysis, and topic modeling, and sentiment analysis are applied to the collected global data to grasp global trends, compare them with the South Korean government's all-solid-state battery development strategy, and suggest policy directions for its national research and development. As a result, the overall sentiment toward all-solid-state battery issues was positive with 50.5% positive and 39.5% negative comments. In addition, as a result of analyzing detailed emotions, it was found that the public had trust and expectation for all-solid-state batteries. However, feelings of concern about unresolved problems coexisted. This study has an academic and practical contribution in that it presented a text mining analysis method for deriving key issues related to all-solid-state batteries, and a more comprehensive trend analysis by employing both a top-down approach based on government policy analysis and a bottom-up approach that analyzes public perception.
