According to the statistical yearbook 2012 by Korea Coast Guard, the 69% of accidents at the sea are due to fishing boat. Accordingly, we studied cases of accident due to fishing boat, and safety supervision state and circumstance for the find out the reason and problem from the point of human, equipment, policy and VTS. As a result we hope that this study contribute to decrease of the accident due to fishing boat at the sea.

The electric shock victims were predominantly male, and more than half of the victims were found in companies with less than five employees in terms of the scale of company, and also more than half of victims had less than one month of experience for work experience. Considering the category of industry, more than half of the victims were engaged in construction, and considering the subcategory of industries, more than 60% of electric shock victims were found in building and other construction works. This study intended to conduct an in-depth analysis on the cause of electric shock accidents to provide basic data for policy proposing taking into considering the characteristics such as the electric shock path, low voltage, grounding and protection of workers. Also this study conducted an in-depth analysis of electric shock accidents for the past eleven years taking into account the necessity of a long-term plan.

The purpose of this study is to carry out a comparative analysis of Korean and US Sea Grant College Program (SGCP). The important lesson learned from the US SGCP is that ocean policy requires active interaction among public and oceans since oceans are far from constituents, law makers and government officials. Also, Sea Grant Program (SGP) should be based on universities so as to facilitate the use of equipment and expertise, there is a need for a well-organized control system, legislative mandates and strong government financial support, and sea grant activities must be well combined with regional/local outreach, education and research at the appropriate level.

Feasibility assessment for small hydropower plants using diversion weirs located in stream for agricultural purpose has been studied. The model, which can predict flow duration characteristic of stream, was developed to analyze the inflow caused from rainfall. And another model to predict hydrologic performance for small hydropower plants is established. Preliminary survey was performed identifying several candidate sites, and two sites were selected finally for actual site reconnaissance. During the course of site survey, generating capacity, construction and equipment cost, and payback through life time of each sites were calculated for economical feasibility analysis. The results of this study have estimated that the small hydropower plants using diversion weirs for agricultural purpose may offer better opportunities in future with increasing fuel cost and nation's energy policy.

Regarding the characteristics of fatal electric shock accident during the past 10 years, fatalities occurred more frequently in July & August, and AM 10-12 PM & 14-16. Also, the electric shock accident is occurred more frequently in the age group from 30 to 40. Especially, the fatal electric shock accident in construction industry covered more than half of total industry. Therefore, it is strongly requested for the protection technology of an electric shock from the low voltage electric path, grounding method and workers. The aim of this study is to propose the policy about the equipment performance standards and/or worker's safety standards to revise the standards for preventing electric shock accidents on safety workings.

Recently many peoples served multimedia data from Internet. But characteristic of multimedia-object about that effect on weight and transport-time causes Streaming Application is restricted to high-quality-service. This research propose the Quality-of-service(QoS) supporting for Home Gateway that behaving Routing and media platform equipment, using CBQ Scheduling scheme. The QoS Supporting for Multimeda Service that using general Rouging policy is difficult because media platform locate in Home Gateway. Therefore this research propose Routing mechanism to QoS support of media platform located in Gateway using TCP based CBQ Control.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of work performance of public health doctors(PHDs) involved in quarantine of COVID-19, and to suggest a plan to support PHDs for effective national epidemic prevention and control in the future. As a result of the study, it was found that PHDs mainly performed sample collection, interview, and treatment. 39% of PHDs worked in places without negative pressure facilities, and personal protective equipment and welfare support were poor. In addition, it was investigated that they experienced high-risk infectious diseases, mental distress, exclusion from the decision-making process, conflicts with officials, problems with work guidelines, and lack of prior education. For effective infectious disease management, it is necessary to assign appropriate ranks and to participate in the decision-making process for quarantine, to specify appropriate compensation and regulations, to education, and to support mental health.

Purpose: Although the price reduction policy is established for military supplies, it is more focused on general military items. Therefore, it is hard to apply the current price reduction policy directly to the major weapon system. The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation model which generates appropriate outputs for price reduction of military supplies. Methods: To improve the current policy, we first analyze the relevant policies of price reduction of similar organizations. We gather the opinions of related organization through survey including DAPA, Logistics Command, DTaQ and Defense industry companies. Then, we develop a price reduction model based on the analytic hierarchical process(AHP) method to find out important factors for price reduction. Results: The results of AHP analysis show that the important factors when applying price reduction of military supplies. From the analysis, the proposed method effectively generates the amounts of price reduction for the nonconformance items. Conclusion: The results of this research will be used as guidelines to improve military supplies policy of price reduction.
