Abstract

According to the statistical yearbook 2012 by Korea Coast Guard, the 69% of accidents at the sea are due to fishing boat. Accordingly, we studied cases of accident due to fishing boat, and safety supervision state and circumstance for the find out the reason and problem from the point of human, equipment, policy and VTS. As a result we hope that this study contribute to decrease of the accident due to fishing boat at the sea.

해양경찰에서 발행한 2012년 해양사고 통계연보를 따르면 해양사고의 69%가 어선기인 사고이다. 이에 여수연안 VTS 관제구역내에서 발생한 어선기인 사고사례들을 분석, 어선의 안전관리 현황과 환경을 짚어보고 어선기인 해상사고가 끊이지 않는 원인과 문제점을 파악 어선의 안전관리를 위한 방안을 인적부분, 설비 및 정책부분, 관제부분 등 다각적으로 검토하여 어선기인 사고를 줄이는데 이바지하고자 한다.
