  • This study concerned with the retention structures or inverted temporary building for displacement measurement in the underground soil after drilling a vertical tilt sensor attached to the vertical distance required to maintain a real-time measurement and management in order to install the wireless measuring devices installed in the field through remote control and management program for the safety of retaining structures temporary building be found on the internet in real time temporary building the retention is to develop a safety management system. And based on this technology to monitor the future status of the various structures possible to add a variety of sensors and Life Cycle Prediction of the structure and needs to evolve into intelligent systems and wireless networks using wireless communications infrastructure systems based on expanding domestic market penetration by developing instrumentation pioneer in overseas markets as well as the activation can also be judged.

  • The target of this paper is the development of Web-based monitoring & control system which is for effective and economic management of mold manufacturing process. This system has three module; G-code Control, Monitoring Module and Result analysis module. Also, as the environment of development is based on internet, this system which is possible to the remote site management of manufacturing process works on Web. To be possible to control the manufacturing monitoring by client, each module is made ActiveX control and is based on socket communication. This system makes the foundation which is possible to manage the mold manufacturing process efficiently from remote site by matching real-time monitoring with manufacturing process in factory using G-code control and displaying the result of manufacturing using Ch-CGI.

  • This paper aims at developing remote control system to control and monitor distributed various devices through internet or information communication network. SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are adopted for network management protocol and applied device, respectively. For controlling and monitoring distributed devices in real-time, Java-environment software is constructed. Also, general-use interface controller between network device and applied device is proposed. Finally, serial communication such as RS-232 and RS-485 is used between controller and applied device.

  • LED 조명 제어 기술은 LED 조명의 효율적인 관리를 위해 지속적으로 연구되는 분야 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 LED 가로등을 원격으로 제어하기 위해 유무선 통신 기능을 가지는 LED 가로등 원격 제어 장치를 설계하고 구현한다. 구현된 원격 제어 장치는 조도 센서를 이용한 자동 디밍이 가능하고, RS-485/422나 Wi-Fi를 이용하여 LED 가로등을 개별(또는 통합) 제어가 가능하다. 실험을 통해 개발된 원격 제어 장치의 기능이 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, the Power Management System(PMS) which based on a decision making system according to power strategy is proposed and implemented. PMS is designed to have functions of power monitoring. controlling, synchronizing load sharing and monitoring of driving engine, etc. PMS consists of the internet communication system(ICS). Remote Management System(RMS) and Sensor Driver System (SDS) ICS transmits the monitoring and supervisory data via Internet to Remote Management System(RMS) in real-time SDS detects various power system data on local generator and utility via I/O interface system. I/O interface system receives various status data and outputs control signals. Implemented PMS is tested with dummy signal to verify proposed functions and shows good results. For future study implemented PMS will be tested under real load condition to merchandize.

  • This paper aims at developing remote contro system to control and monitor distributed various devices through internet or information communication network. SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and rectifier operated in a row are adopted for network management protocol and applied device, respectively. For controlling and monitoring distributed devices in real-time java-environment software is constructed. Also general-use interface controller between network device and applied device is proposed. Finally, seria communication such as RS-232 and RS-485 is used between controller and applied device.

  • 본 논문에서 PCS 및 cellular 망을 이용한 지하 매설물의 원격 관리에 적용이 가능한 지표면 매입형 안테나를 제안하였다. 지표면 매입형 안테나는 원형 패치 안테나를 이용하여 2중 공진이 생기도록 하여, 맨홀 뚜껑과 같은 금속에 삽입하고, 안테나 보호를 위해 몰딩 처리를 하여 제작하였다. 금속체 속에 삽입 및 몰딩으로 인해 안테나의 공진 주파수가 변화하게 되는데, 이것을 고려하여 안테나를 설계하였다. 제작된 안테나의 반사 손실 및 다이폴 안테나와의 상대적인 수신 전력 비교 측정을 통해 제안된 안테나가 PCS 및 cellular망을 이용한 지하 매설물의 원격 관리에 적용이 가능함을 확인하였다.

An Integrated Emergency Call System based on Public Switched Telephone Network for Elevators

  • Today, most of elevators have an emergency call facility for emergency situations. However, if the network installed in the elevator is also out of power, it cannot be used for the elevator remote monitoring and management. So, we develop an integrated and unified emergency call system, which can transmit not only telephone call but also data signals using PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) in order to remote monitoring and management of elevators, even though a power outage occurs. The proposed integrated emergency call system to process multiple data such as voice and operational information is a multi-channel board system which is composed of an emergency phone signal processing module and an operational information processing module in the control box of elevator. In addition, the RMS(remote management server) systems based on the Web consist of a dial-up server and a remote monitoring server where manages the elevator's operating information, status records, and operational faults received via the proposed integrated and unified emergency call system in real time. So even if there's a catastrophic emergency, the proposed RMS systems shall ensure and maintain the safety of passengers inside the elevator. Also, remote control of the elevator by this system should be more efficient and secure. In near future, all elevator emergency call system need to support multifunctional capabilities to transmit operational data as well as phone calls for the safety of passengers. In addition, for safer elevators, it is necessary to improve them more efficiently by combining them with high-tech technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence.

  • In general, electronic conveyor scales are installed in a relatively distributed manner on the crushed rock and sand production site. It is one of the time-consuming and difficult engineering works to monitor and control the plant operation status such as the management of measuring data, malfunction of belt conveyor, and fault of electronic conveyor scale. Therefore, to alleviate the inefficient problems and to monitor the operating plant in the online and remote control room, a remote calibration and real-time monitoring system, which is practically applied to the electronic conveyor scale system and verified by onsite experiment, is developed based on the LabVIEW.

  • MAP(Manufacturing Automation Protocol), Network Protocol for FA has 7 Layer Structure of OSI. Being an Application Layer Protocol for Communication Interfaced with the Actual Programmable Devices, MMS(Manufacturing Message Specification) Consists of Three Factors of Services, Interfaces, and Protocol. For Details, It Classifies with the Followings ; Connection/Context Management, Remote Variable Access, Semaphore Management, File transfer and Management, Program UP/DOWN Load, Remote Program Fxecution. In this Paper Designing MAP Network Station of Programmable Device, we Analyze the Protocol of MMS, and Realize the State Diagram of each Services and Propose the Model of MMS Function Call Instructions.
