  • In remote control of telerobotics equipment, the real-time visual feedback is necessary in order to facilitate real-time control. Because of the network congestion and the associated delays, the real-time image feedback is generally difficult in the public networks like internet. If the remote user is not able to receive the image feedback within a certain time, the work performance may tend to decrease, and it makes difficulties to control of the telerobotics equipment.   • As many sensors and actuators are used in many automated system, various industrial networks are adopted for digital control system. In order to take advantages of the networking, however, the network implementation should be carefully designed to satisfy real-time requirements considering network delays. This paper presents the implementation scheme of a networked control system via Profibus-DP network. More specifically, the effect of the network delay on the control performance was evaluated on a Profibus-DP testbed, and a GA based PID tuning algorithm is proposed to demonstrate the fesibility of the networked control system.

  • 원격 영상전송 장치는 안전상의 문제가 있거나 사람이 갈 수 없는 곳을 관찰하기 위해 로봇 기술과 영상전송 기술을 결합한 것이다. 최근 원격 제어를 위해 웹서버와 로봇간 유선 및 RF를 이용한 제어 장치들이 개발되고 있지만, 작동 거리 및 인터넷 라인을 설치해야 하는 제한점이 있으며, 무선 방식의 통신장비를 이용할 경우 무선 라우터의 가격이 고가라는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 CDMA 셀룰러 폰 통신망을 이용하여 영상전송 및 영상전송 장치를 원격으로 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였으며, 개발된 시스템은 기존의 무선동신(RF)을 이용한 영상 전송시의 단점인 거리 제한 문제와 인터넷을 이용한 영상전송시의 문제를 해결할 수 있었고, 현재의 통신망을 비롯한 제한된 조건하에서 최적의 영상 및 음성을 전송할 수 있었다.

The Design of Remote Monitoring and Warning System for Dangerous Chemicals Based on CPS

  • The remote monitoring and warning system for dangerous chemicals is designed with the concept of the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) in this paper. The real-time perception, dynamic control, and information service of major hazards chemicals are realized in this CPS system. The CPS system architecture, the physical layer and the applacation layer, are designed in this paper. The terminal node is mainly composed of the field collectors which complete the data acquisition of sensors and video in the physical layers, and the use of application layer makes CPS system safer and more reliable to monitor the hazardous chemicals. The cloud application layer completes the risk identification and the prediction of the major hazard sources. The early intelligent warning of the major dangerous chemicals is realized and the security risk images are given in the cloud application layer. With the CPS technology, the remote network of hazardous chemicals has been completed, and a major hazard monitoring and accident warning online system is formed. Through the experiment of the terminal node, it can be proved that the terminal node can complete the mass data collection and classify. With this experiment it can be obtained the CPS system is safe and effective. In order to verify feasible, the multi-risk warning based on CPS is simulated, and results show that the system solves the problem of hazardous chemicals enterprises safety management.

  • 본 논문에서는 I/O 인터페이스 제어 보드와 ISA 인터페이스 제어 보든 그리고 레고 기반의 프로토타이핑(Prototyping)을 통해 실시간 신발 공정 컨베이어 제어를 위한 원격 감시 및 제어 시스템을 구현하였다. 컨베이어 서버에서 실시간으로 공정을 제어하기 위하여 작업의 우선권을 사용자가 정할 수 있는 RTLinux(Real-Time Linux)를 사용하였으며, RTLinux 기반으로 디바이스 드라이버를 작성하였다. 이를 통해 Client/Server 분산 환경 시스템의 구현 및 테스트를 하며, JMF(Java Media Framework) 기반의 모니터링 시스템을 구현하여 전체 공정 상황을 확인하였다.

  • In spreading an internet service and developing a network technology, The interest of study about the remote control system using web environment increased. In treatise, We describe a design and an implementation of the gateway system that is based 3-tier model using corba in middleware. 원격제어기반 이동체 감지 및 변형 퍼스널 로봇시스템 설계 및 구현 (Development of Moving Objects Monitoring and Transforming Personal Robot System Based on Remote Controls)

  • 본 논문에서는 원격제어기반 이동체 감지 및 변형 퍼스널 로봇시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 성능을 분석하였다. 설계에 있어서 중점적으로 고려한 사항은 퍼스널 로봇의 버튼기반 및 원격제어방식 설계, 휠 주행모드/보행모드/자동 주행모드/감시모드의 동작모드 설계, 원격제어기능 설계, 주변환경 변화감지 기능 설계, 모션데이터 추출기법 설계, 장애물 탐지기법 설계이다. 개발한 퍼스널 로봇은 언제 어디서나 원격지에서 인터넷과 접속하여 로봇의 동작 및 영상인식을 제어하여 주변 환경변화를 감지하는 이동체 감지 및 4가지의 변형이 가능하다. 또한 실험결과, 실내의 문턱이나 전선등으로 이루어진 지형의 요철을 다리 관절로 이동 가능하며, 자동 주행모드로 진행 할 경우 30cm*30cm 공간의 장애물 환경에서 3개의 적외선 센서를 이용하여 장애물을 성공적으로 벗어남을 확인하였다.

Design of Remote Management System for Smart Factory

  • As a decrease in labor became a serious issue in the manufacturing industry, smart factory technology, which combines IT and the manufacturing business, began to attract attention as a solution. In this study, we have designed and implemented a real-time remote management system for smart factories, which is connected to an IoT sensor and gateway, for plastic manufacturing plants. By implementing the REST API in which an IoT sensor and smart gateway can communicate, the system enabled the data measured from the IoT sensor and equipment status data to the real-time monitoring system through the gateway. Also, a web-based management dashboard enabled remote monitoring and control of the equipment and raw material processing status. A comparative analysis experiment was conducted on the suggested system for the difference in processing speed based on equipment and measurement data number change. The experiment confirmed that saving equipment measurement data using cache mechanisim offered faster processing speed. Through the result our works can provide the basic framework to factory which need implement remote management system.

  • we studied a data acquisition and control system of a wind turbine for measuring and controlling a voltage fluctuations of a wind turbine system. The wind turbine system is installed out control area. So, it is so important for supervising to wind turbine of a maintenance, wind speed, optical resources wind turbine output, wind speed, wind direction, over voltage of a generator. This system can be supplied a data of over voltage, under voltage, voltage fluctuations of a wind turbine for controlling an EMS : Energy Management System or a SCADA : Supervision Control and Data Acquisition at a constitute of a wind farm. The of voltage fluctuation system of a wind turbine is improving an electric power supply power quality of a distribution line and unspecified individuals of used wind turbine.
