Implementation of Integration Control System Based on Smart for Moving Welfare Medical Device Disinfection (이동식 복지용구 소독을 위한 스마트 기반의 통합제어시스템 구현)

  • In this paper, an integrated control system for removable welfare equipment disinfection is implemented. The integrated control system consisted of a hydrogen peroxide vapor supply control circuit, a sterilization chamber control circuit using low vacuum, and a washing control circuit using microbubble. A Smart-phone based remote control and monitoring system is implemented to monitor the operating status and communication status for the integrated control system. An experiment is set up to evaluate the performance of the integrated control system. The experiment result confirms that signal and operation status can transmit and receive within the control circuit. The integrated control system shows good performance in terms of sensor interface, communication state and control. In future research, the proposed control system should deploy to an actual system for trial test to prove its performance.

  • This paper suggests one model, which can be monitor and control target system at anytime and anywhere by a WAP and ME based personal cellular phone(Feature phone) and internet connection. The suggesting model tried to overcome constraints of distance and mobility of conventional methods, TCP/IP based remote data monitoring system, which combine PDA and WLAN technologies. For the experiments of suggesting model, the target systems are constructed with individual modules, which need AC or DC power control. The development software for the control and monitor of local system use NI Labview for the easy-programming and confidence. Also, web server use APM setup for the general user. The mobile connection environments of personal cellular phone are programmed by use WML and mHTML language for the general access. Through the experiments, we have showed that suggesting model can overcome constraints of distance and mobility of conventional system.

  • LCC(Launch Control Center) in NARO Space Center perform a data monitoring and control through the interface to the external system of launch vehicle. Launch Control function needs a high reliability and processing speed. Hence, LCC's remote control system configure a real time system. An important role of the Simulation system is discovering a risk element and minimize it When developing a launch control system. Also, secure a development technique to solve the risks. Launch Vehicle simulator is composed of various component at characteristic of the Launch Vehicle. To be like this each function component the developer will be able to develop easily in order, it using the LabVIEW which is a Graphical Program and it programs, The LabVIEW GOOP(Graphical Object-orinted Programming) which supports an Object-orinted programming it uses with the Component it develops will have a strong point which reusability and a unit test, maintenance, size of program and individual developments.

  • The Measurement of risk parameter in city-gas equipments have been measured and confirmed by human, and evolved into remote monitoring system using wireless communication. Furthermore, domestic and international industry increase the efficiency of management, which can develop remote monitoring and control system using wireless communication. However, Those wireless system might be decrease the efficiency and ease because of connecting PDA and lap-top using wire-cable when data have checked immediately from outside. This paper is able to improve efficiency of safety management on city-gas equipments by developing mobile city-gas safety management system on AR.

  • This study focused on providing a methodology to utilize temporal information obtained from remotely sensed data for monitoring a wide variety of targets on the earth's surface. Generally, a methodology in understanding of global changes is composed of mapping, quantifying, and monitoring changes in the physical characteristics of land cover. The selected processing and analysis technique affects the quality of the obtained information. In this research, feature extraction methodology is proposed based on segmentation. It requires a series of processing of multitempotal images: preprocessing of geometric and radiometric correction, image subtraction/thresholding technique, and segmentation/thresholding. It results in the mapping of the change-detected areas. Here, the appropriate methods are studied for each step and especially, in segmentation process, a method to delineate the exact boundaries of features is investigated in multiresolution framework to reduce computational complexity for multitemporal images of large size.

  • The researchers, who seek geological and environmental information, depend on the remote sensing and aerial photographic datum from various commercial satellites and aircraft. However, the adverse weather conditions and the expensive equipment can restrict that the researcher can collect their data anywhere and any time. To allow for better flexibility, we have developed a compact, a multispectral automatic Aerial photographic system. This system's Multi-spectral camera can catch the visible (RGB) and infrared (NIR) bands (3032${\ast}$2008 pixel) image. Our system consists of a thermal infrared camera and automatic balance control, and it managed and controlled by a palm-top computer. And it includes a camera gimbals system, GPS receiver, weather sensor and etc. As a result, we have successfully tested its ability to acquire aerial photography, weather data, as well as GPS data, making it a very flexible tool for environmental data monitoring.

A 3D GUI System for Controlling Agent Robots

  • Recently, there are lots of concerning on the integration of robot and virtual reality with the trends of the research of intelligent robot and mined reality. In this paper, a 3D GUI system is proposed based on Internet for remote controlling and monitoring of agent robot working for itself. The proposed system is consists of a manager ordering a new position and displaying the motion of robot, an agent robot moving to the destination according to the indication, a positioning module detecting the current position of robot, and a geographical information module. A user can order the robot agent move to a new position in a virtual space and watch the real images captured from the real sites of the robot. Then, the agent robot moves to the position automatically with avoiding collision by using range finding and a path detection algorithm. We demonstrate the proposed 3D GUI system is supporting a more convenient remote control means far the robots.

  • A real-time measurement and control system was developed, This system is used for nurses at hospitals to check the residual quantity and changing time of Ringer's solution in nurses' room. Load Cell is utilized as a sensor to check the residual quantity of Ringer's solution, This Load Cell detects the physical changes of Ringer's solution and transfers electronic signal to the amplifier. Amplified analog signal is converted into digital signal by NO converter. Developed Embedded system, which computes these data with microprocess(8052) then makes it possible to monitor the residual quantity of Ringer's solution real-time on a server computer.   • Using switches and sensors informing the current on or off state, this paper suggests a sleeping control and remote monitoring system that not only can recognize the sleeping situations but also can control for keeping an appropriate sleeping situation remotely, And we show an example that this system is applied to the healthcare sleeping mat, Our system comprises the following 3 parts: a part for detecting the sleeping situations, a part for extracting sensing data and sending/receiving the relating situated data, and a part controlling and monitoring the all of sleeping situations. In details, in order to develop our system, we used the touch and pressure-sensitive sensors with On/Off functions for a purpose of the first part, The second part consists of the self-developed embedded board with the socket based communication as well as extracting real-time sensing data. And the third part is implemented by service modules for providing controlling and monitoring functions previously described. Finally, these service modules are implemented by the TMO scheme, one of real-time object-oriented programming models and the communications among them is supported using the TMOSM of distributed real-time middleware.

  • In this paper, we design a pet location tracking and remote monitoring system that uses ultrasonic, temperature, humidity and illumination sensors to study behavioral patterns and habits. Using ultrasonic waves to calculate distances, a WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) was constructed to transmit data at pet's location, such as temperature, humidity and illumination, to a sink mote. Data received by the system are stored in the database in real time to trace pet's location. Interference among transmitting motes was eliminated by sequentially transmitting RF beacons using sink mote's beacon as the reference signal. Experiments were performed with the laboratory prototype of a pet animal monitoring system implemented for this study. The system analyzes locations of a pet and displays movement patterns, areas of movement, temperature, humidity and illumination using a GUI (graphical user interface).
