Purpose: After COVID-19, changes in the educational ecosystem take place and fire service academy education system have shifted from face-to-face into non fact-to-face. So, the educational effect of fire officials is decreased and the satisfaction level is also decreased. In this study, we want to examine the current status of non-face-to-face real-time remote education and supplement the problems to improve the educational methods, the educational environment, etc. Method: This study is an independent variable that affects non-face-to-face real-time remote education, consisting of education system environment, self-efficacy of computers, contents (education contents, structure, design, etc.), and proper interaction. A dependent variable was selected with satisfaction for non-face-to-face real-time remote education. In addition, it was selected and analyzed as an active property of learning motivation and learning attitude as control variables. Result: The better the content and the more active the learning motivation and the attitude toward learning, the higher the satisfaction of non-face-to-face real-time remote education, and the more active the learning motivation and the attitude toward learning, the more positive the computer self-efficacy and the satisfaction of learning Conclusion: In order to increase the satisfaction of non-face-to-face real-time education due to COVID-19, education designers or professors need to provide non-face-to-face education contents that can increase the aggressiveness of their learning motivation and learning attitude, and to increase the satisfaction of education for learners by increasing computer self-efficacy through pre-education of non-face-to-face education systems.

We developed a remote control system for the 16" reflecting telescope at KNUO (Kongiu National University Observatory). This system is a close loop system. The electronic control part used TCS-196 of the Korea Astronomy Observatory, the mechanical part was developed directly in this research. The pointing accuracy of this system was ${\pm}$50" in the hour angle direction, ${\pm}$40" in the declination direction after mount modeling. The tracking accuracy was about 1"/min. This pilot test result means that this system is suitable for research or education of astronomical fields.

The study is aimed at designing an effective edutech platform based on online remote classes, and clarifying the effect of empathy competence of youths through the operation linked with the empathic reading program focusing on reading. To this end, after constructing the environment for education and drawing a class model based on components of edutech for remote classes on the basis of previous studies and elaborating the empathic reading education program, this study has been conducted for one semester for 107 students in 4 classes in their 1st grade at S middle school, Gyeonggi-do in order to apply them to fields. As a result of the study, the empathy reading program that a remote class model was applied has shown a meaningful difference among groups in cognitive empathy and emotional empathy, and it was found that there was a statistically meaningful difference between the two groups in total scores. Besides, the effect and meaning of adolescents' empathy competence have been verified through the remote empathy reading education and the empirical analysis, and the direction to develop the empathy reading program has been suggested for a solution to settle differences in students' learning due to COVID-19.

The development of information system and communication gave us new education model, called remote education. And the remote education, being free from constraint of time and space and using various multimedia resources, has helped and substituted public educations, and has enlarged the area because of a lot of advantages and educational possibility compared to public educations. But it is very insufficient to study on analysis system which can analyze the learner and improve the educational process compared to various contents and education methods. In this study, we realized web-based item pool system which can remove the inefficiency of making duplicated and one-time used questions and which can manage and evaluate learners' achievements more efficiently. This program can give us quality improvement of remote education by raising efficiency of production with various pattern of paper making and item pool type management of items made and by executing high quality analysis with various pattern to the learner.

Although the supply of smartphones by the silver generation has increased in recent years, low learning, experience levels and understanding make it difficult to use them. In thid paper, we proposes remote control UI applications to support the use of smartphones by the silver generation. For the proposed application, the key features of the feature phone are arranged in a $3{\times}2$ arrangement on the Home screen to enable quick recognition and proposed application provides remote control via Node.js server and socket communication, in case of difficulties in the use of incidental function, increases the understanding and availability levels of the silver generation using smart phones by providing support through remote control.

Public education is undoubtedly a very important aspect for a country to develop space program. People have the rights to understand how the tax they paid is being used. This paper addresses the effectiveness of FORMOSAT-2 on public education in Taiwan. As the first remote sensing satellite of the National Space Organization (NSPO) of Taiwan, FORMOSAT-2 is a small satellite of 746 kg mass for two remote sensing missions: Earth and upward lightning observations. The mission orbit is sun-synchronous of 888 km altitude for exactly 14 revolutions per day. For earth observation, the payload is an advanced high resolution remote sensing instrument (RSI) with ground sampling distance (GSD) 2 m in panchromatic (PAN) band and 8 m in four multi-spectral (MS) bands. For upward lightning observation, the payload is an imager of sprites and upper atmospheric lightning (ISUAL). After more than two years of Earth observation started in June 2004, the effectiveness of FORMOSAT-2 images on public education in Taiwan is very promised. Five domestic universities and one private company in Taiwan have signed contracts respectively with NSPO to take the roles of satellite image investigator and distributor. A private company has signed contract with NSPO to generate and provide URMAP (= your map) in its website for general public applications by using FORMOSAT-2 images. The Newtonkids Book Company used FORMOSAT-2 images to publish a kind of calendar for children education purpose. Besides, a science team in National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) is doing the research work on the 3820 (up to 30 June 2006) transient luminous events (TLEs) observed by FORMOSAT-2.

COVID-19 has brought major changes to school education. Although it was attempted to guarantee students' right to learn through romote learning, the limitations of remote learning compared to face-to-face classes were clear. Nevertheless, the method of remote learning is undoubtedly a learning method that needs to be continuously developed in terms of being able to consider separated time and space and enabling learners to learn individually and autonomously. Therefore, in this study, real-time romote learning cases were analyzed at the elementary school stage, and problems in real-time remote classes were discovered and improved through teacher interviews. The problems with real-time remote classes in elementary school unit classes examined through examples are: First, that the proportion of teacher activity is high due to the anxiety of the unfamiliar environment of remote classes, and second, even though it is a real-time interactive class, it It was impossible to provide feedback. As a solution to this, it is necessary to consider the basic class steps (introduction-deployment-organization) and the use of class tools to provide appropriate communication and feedback was suggested.

In this paper, a web-based, advanced education system for embedded systems have been implemented, which provide students reality through remote controlled experiment environment when they conduct experiments through web, in addition to the creative multimedia contents. Students can use the server-side remote experiment environment through telnet client using Java technology to conduct a variety of experiments on the embedded system remotely. Our system can be used as economical education tools for expensive experiment equipments in shared fashion through web as well as effective and convenient ones for embedded systems anywhere and anytime when internet access is available, compensating for lack in reality of virtual educations.

The quality growth of online education triggered by remote education platforms such as Coursera and edX has increased the demand for lifelong education through online platforms. In response, South Korea has also created various lifelong education support systems and sites in government agencies and local governments. Each support system and web sites created its own member information collection system. The systematic collection and utilization of learners' information requires an integrated member management system of each system. Therefore, the current status of member information collection of state-level lifelong education support systems was analyzed. Based on this, it distinguishes between member information that systems collect in common and information that they collect separately. It will help to bridge the items underlying the integrated membership framework.

In distance learning, quality of service is an important part of improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, in verifying the effectiveness of remote education service quality, it has been researched based on fragmentary effects on remote education service quality, and the effect study on the specific target is insufficient. In this study, the effects of remote education service factors on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were analyzed in the previous study and among job seekers. The survey was conducted from March 2019 and 258 samples of job seekers who experienced remote education were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, typology, problem solving, interaction, information serviceability, and convenience had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and satisfaction had a significant influence on customer loyalty. In addition, it was analyzed that characterization, problem-solving, interaction, information serviceability, convenience and customer loyalty were affected in the verification of the mediated effects of satisfaction. In response, the implications of this study were derived from practical research on customer satisfaction and loyalty of educational companies related to eduTech, where education and ICT (Information Communication Technology) were integrated during the 4th Industrial Revolution, which suggested that the quality of a company's remote education service affected customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to entrepreneurs and marketers in the education company's start-up and marketing process. Further, further research will be needed in other areas as well as in the areas of employment education to verify the importance of service quality and assess the various effects.
