  • 최근 가정에서 사용되고 기기 중 원격제어기(Remote controller)로 제어가 가능한 기기가 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라 여러 기기들이 있는 경우 사용자는 기기들을 동시 제어하려 할 때 제어하고자 하는 제어대상에 맞는 원격제어기를 찾기 위해 많은 시간을 소비하는 경우가 일반적이다. 이러한 불편함이 증가함에 따라 통합원격제어기(Universal remote controller)의 보급이 증가하고 있으나, 여전히 여러 기기를 동시제어하고자 할 경우 제어코드의 입력 등 복잡한 절차를 걸쳐 사용할 수 밖에 없으며, 이러한 점은 결국 통합원격제어기의 사용성을 현저히 약화시킨다. 본 고에서는 인간이 제어대상기기를 제어하고자 하는 의도를 원격제어기에 전달하는 여러 방법 중 인간이 물체를 인식하는 것과 동일한 메타포인 직관적인 '지시(Pointing)'법을 사용하여 실시간으로 다중기기를 통합 제어하는 방법, 즉 지시통합제어방법(Point and Control)에 대한 센서 및 하드웨어구조를 설명하고, 구동방식을 제안한다.

  • Korea's seaweed is using a method that is not suitable for the automated process and quality are significantly lower than the export volume of 20,000 tons or more. Therefore, in this paper, we improved the existing dry steaming weight control device and electronicized the remote control system and the existing dry steaming weight control device. This is implemented with precise and detailed device, unlike the dry seaweed weight control method using the conventional valve which depends on the user's feeling and experience. Also, because it is a remote control system, it can help to produce seaweed safely even if you don't climb on the machine. The Seaweed weight control device implemented is expected to contribute greatly to the automation process and industrial growth of the steeply growing dry laver production and export industry.

  • Internet of Things(IoT) technology can remotely collect and control a sensing information of device by attaching a small communication device to equipment that does not support communication. Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN), a low-power, long-distance communication technology, was proposed to support IoT technology, and Long Range(LoRa) is representative. Various systems, including network device, can collect and control the status information of device in real time through remote access. However, when a network failure occurs, remote access and status monitoring are impossible unless there is a separate additional network. To overcome this problem, in this paper, we propose an independent remote device management system that can be easily attached to device, which monitors and controls equipment remotely using an independent network. We will design and implement the proposed system, via which we will show its practicality and expandability.

  • Recent increase in accessibility to the internet makes it easy to use the internet-connected devices. The internet could allow any user can reach and command any device that is connected to the network. But these teleoperation systems using the internet connected device have several problems such as the network time delay, data loss and development cost of an application for the communication with each other. One feasible solution is to use local and external network line for the network time delay, transmission control protocol for data loss and Java language to reduce the development period and cost. In this study, web-based remote control system using Java language is newly proposed and implemented to a pneumatic servo control system to solve the time delay, data loss and development cost. We have conducted several experiments using pneumatic rodless cylinder through the internet and verified that the proposed remote control system was very effective.

  • Today, remote monitoring and control systems are becoming the cost-effetive management tools for almost all water user groups, including irrigators, water districts, municipal water suppliers, and wildlife management groups. This paper represents a new approach in the water-gate control using radio communication. The proposed device is simple in structure and suitable for implementation of water-gate control through the transceiver by radio communication. It was confirmed that the developed device was very efficient to control water-gate and to prove the up and down motion of water-gate through the LCD displayer
