ICT 융합 지자체 교량 유지관리 시스템개발 (Development of Information & Communications Technologies Merged Municipal Government Bridge Maintenance System)

  • 지자체에서 관리하는 교량에 대해서 과학적이고 체계적인 유지관리 표준안과 정량화된 데이터기반을 통한 예산확보 및 집행의 과학화를 위해 지자체관리용 교량 유지관리시스템이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 지자체에서 유지관리하고 있는 소규모 교량의 효율적인 관리를 위한 시스템 개발을 목표로 하며 BIM/GIS기술 등의 ICT융합기술을 사용하였다. 시스템개발의 세부내용으로는 모바일 기기용 소규모 교량 유지관리 프로그램 개발, 소규모 교량 유지관리 데이터베이스 개발, 소규모 교량 통합유지관리 개발이며 지자체에서 관리하는 소규모 교량의 테스트베드 구축 및 운영내용을 확인하여 개발한 프로그램 시스템의 신뢰성을 얻었다. 개발된 프로그램 시스템을 무전원방식의 교량 스마트 명판제작 및 Reader모듈 개발로 연계하였다.

  • GNARL은 GNAT Asa'95 컴파일러의 런타임 시스템으로, Ada'95언어의 멀티태스킹 기능의 지원을 담당한다. 공개 소프트웨어인 GNARL과 GNAT을 사용하면 프로그래밍언어, 컴파일러, 실시간 기능을 지원하는 런타임 시스템에 대한 연구를 자유롭게 수행 할 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 GNARL과 GNAT의 총체적인 구조와 구현 원리 및 Asa'95의 멀티태스킹의 효율성, 예측성 및 안정성 향상에 대한 연구 결과에 대해 설명한다.

  • In this paper, in order to reduce the electrical disaster such as electrical fire at traditional markets, we need to develop the circuit breaker which is able to monitor the power status of electrical equipments. Therefore, for solving the those problems, we developed the detection censor(ZCT, CT) and equipment of data analysis and transmission. The detection censor and equipment is able to monitor the electrical equipments condition(over current, leakage current, arc, etc.). We constructed Test-Bed for testing reliability of the circuit breaker and obtained certification. And we tested the over current, leakage current and arc under the normal condition. This paper will be used to the data for development an cabinet panel which is able to monitor the actual loads.

동기 발전기 시스템의 실시간 모니터링 기술 개발 (A Development of Real-time Monitoring Techniques for Synchronous Electric Generator Systems)

  • Synchronous generators have been significantly applied in large-scale power plants and its monitoring systems are additionally established to sequentially observe states and outputs. We develop a computer based monitoring device for three-phase synchronous power generators in this paper. First, a test-bed of such generator system is created and then a interface board is constructed to transfer electric signals including the output voltage and the current from generators into a computer system via a data acquisition device. Its RMS(root-mean-square) values are continuously shown on a screen of computer systems and its time-histories graphs are additionally illustrated under a graphic user interface(GUI) mode. Lastly, we carry out real-time experiments using the generator system with the monitoring device to demonstrate its reliability and superiority by comparing results of a generic power analyzer which is well-used in measuring various power systems practically.

  • This paper in order to reduce the electric disaster damage which is caused by with electric equipment of conventional markets is introduced the electric safety monitoring system which is suitable in conventional markets. Investigate the actual conditions about electrical equipment of conventional markets, electrical safety monitoring system was constructed. Electrical safety monitoring system to verify the performance of the experiment was to build a test bed. Research results will be used with the data for the reliability security of the electric safe system operation which follows in the conventional markets actual proof equipment construction which will be advanced.

  • Recently, fault detection and diagnosis techniques have been significantly considered to reduce possible economic loss due to faulty in photovoltaic power systems. This paper presents a new fault location diagnosis method for photovoltaic power systems. The proposed algorithm compares the output voltage generated from a photovoltaic array to the outputs of its neighboring arrays. This concept is realized by obtaining error voltages among all arrays, which are simply defined by deviation between its neighboring arrays. We accomplish a real-time experiment to demonstrate reliability of the proposed fault location diagnosis by using a 60W photovoltaic power system test-bed.

  • In this paper, in order to reduce the electrical disaster damage which is caused by with electrical equipment of traditional markets, we developed the cabinet panel and the electrical safety monitoring system which is able to monitor the electrical equipments condition(over current, leakage current, arc, WH, electrical fire factor etc.) at traditional markets. We constructed Test-bed for testing reliability of electrical safety monitoring system and cabinet panel. And we tested the cabinet for over current, leakage current and arc under the traditional markets actual condition. This paper will be used with the data for an demonstration project after compensating the defects which are occurred to operation of traditional markets actual loads.

DSP 칩을 이용한 다중채널 R2MFC/DTMF/CCT 겸용 수신기 (A Single-Chip, Multichannel Combined R2MFC/DTMF/CCT Receiver Using Digital Signal Processor)

  • This paper describes the multichannel combined R2MFC/DTMF/CCT reciver which provides a signaling service functions for call processing control in digital switching system. Using the TMS320C25 DSP chip, we have implemented multi-function receriver shich processes 8 channels of R2MFC, DTMF, and CCT signals simultaneously. In order to increase the channel multiplicity of the combined receiver. R2MFC and CCT receiver were employed by discrete Fourier transform(DFT) method using Goertzel algorithm, and DTMFreceiver was employ by infinite impulse reponse(IIR) filtering method using 4KHz subsampling technique. The combined receiver has 4 function modes for each channel such as R2MFC, DTMF, CCT, and Idle modes. The function mode of each channel may be selected at any time by single-chip micro-controller(.mu.C). Hence, the number of channels assigned for each function mode can be adjusted dynamically according to the signaling traffic variations. From the experimental test results using the test-bed, it has been proved that the combined receiver statisfies all receiver satisfies all receiver specifications, and provides good channel multiplicity and performance, Therefore, it may give a great improvement than existing receiver in cost, reliability, availability, and serviceability.

  • Sub-station, key equipment in electric power infrastructure, are being exposed to increasing risk of hacking. For this, soft redundancy sub-station system needs to be formulated with automatic restoration mechanism. For this it is important to assess the reliability of the applicable range of data that are used in actual system operation, as well as the methods and findings of the tests. At the same time performance of soft redundancy system and total security mechanism, which are aligned for the protection of the sub-station, need to be tested. For testing the above-mentioned, this paper presented a viable formation of a soft redundancy practical VPN system within a panel to protect the latter from hacking or cracking incidences, and conducts a test to check if the considered system actually serves the protection function in the actual operation setting, gathering evidence from the data from the testing of the actual performance of the system as well as of emergency scenario simulation operations. Because tested soft-redundancy & restorative sub-station system is expected to be widely applicable for various cases such as Smart-grid or electricity IT system, where VPN with enhanced level of security is required.
