Recent development of IT industry including smart phones and communication technologies has resulted in rapid growth of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and relevant markets. The access to IoT is becoming easier thanks to the boards and IoT products, such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. Large-scale business sites use IoT technology to manage inventories, but small-scale business sites do not. In the present study, We ported Linux-based Raspbian to Raspberry Pi, It utilizes web server communication to control the Arduino through the application We used a color sensor to figure out the kind of inventory. We also built a database using MySQL to store the data. We used raspberry pi to check whether the proposed system works and apply it to small-scale business.

Daylight illuminance are always changing. Nevertheless, when the energy savings due to daylight are calculated an accurate estimate of daylight availability is required. Where artificial lighting is photoelectrically controlled the relevant quantity is the cumulative distribution of daylight illuminance. This paper describes an experiment which measured daylight illuminance over one whole working year. Also using measured data on availability of daylight, equations are drived to predict the maximum possible savings from photoelectric controls for an interior lighting installation. The equations are applied to a space as a worked example and figures are given for the relative maximum savings in artificial lighting use of three control systems: on/off, dimming and mixed.

The United States National Innovation system has many distinctive aspects and its government research institutes (GRI's) play a variety of important roles within the overall system. This paper reviews issues pertaining to U.S. GRI's but within the broader concept of US science and technology policy. After presenting an overview of the GRI's in this broader context, the paper presents a brief historical analysis of changes in the roles and deployment of U.S. GRI's. After identifying unique features of GRI's (ones that separate the U.S. GRI's from other nations) the paper concludes by identifying the ways in which the U.S. experience may be relevant to other nations such as Korea. The lessons include the competition-cooperation with large-scale and multidisciplinary university research centers, the use of GRI's to promote sharing and efficiencies in fundamental scientific equipment and resources, and the ability of GRI's to accelerate the development of science and technology.

This study identified the use types of a home help service and the level of service quality and reviewed the extent of their effects on consumer satisfaction. As a result of measuring the service quality in terms of support, assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness, a high overall reliability was demonstrated in the service. The consumer satisfaction with the home help service was discovered as being high, in general. Meanwhile, with the female research participants, the lower the service fee was perceived to be, the higher the consumer satisfaction. The quality assessment items concerning support and reliability were found to be important variables which were influential on consumer satisfaction. Therefore, it has been shown to be imperative to prepare political alternatives regarding the development of the service standard in order to protect user's rights, offer relevant information, and ensure reliability in the home help service.

The paper presents the EBORD (Extended Benchmark for Object-Relational Databases) benchmark, which is an extension of the BORD benchmark for object-relational databases. The EBORD benchmark is developed to evaluate the database common functions that should be supported in modern database systems. Besides the 36 test queries already defined in the BORD benchmark, totally 22 test queries in five categories are newly defined in order to measure the index-relevant performance issues and database import capabilities. The EBORD benchmark also features scalability, use of a synthesized database, and a query-oriented evaluation. In order to show the feasibility of the proposed benchmark, we implement it with two commercial database systems. The experimental results and analyses are also reported.

Although Maejeong-Bogam (梅亭寶鑑) is a manuscript, it has attracted considerable attention from academia because of the clear authorship and relevant treatment methodologies. This article is the result of an extensive study on the author and the contents of the manuscript through the use of various data. This article revealed facts which include: 1) Author HAN Bangryeol (韓昉烈) is a Confucian doctor who lived in Namwon area, Jeolla province of Korea. 2) Dr. HAN's other manuscript of Bongseong-Shinbang (鳳城神方) was written before 1814. 3) Maejeong-Bogam (梅亭寶鑑) collects pediatric medical records only and is focused on outbreaks and treatment of smallpox among children. 4) Smallpox was a national concern in the late Joseon Dynasty and doctors of the day developed corresponding therapies. 5) Smallpox Inoculation was carried out in Jeolla Province as early $19^{th}$ in Korea.

This paper provides an innovative iteration technique for the large deflection problem of annular plate. After some manipulation, the problem is reduced to a couple of ODEs (ordinary differential equation). Among them, one is derived from the plane stress problem for plate, and other is derived from the bending of plate. Since the large deflection for plate is assumed in the problem, the relevant non-linear terms appear in the resulting ODEs. The pseudo-linearization procedure is suggested to solve the problem and the nonlinear ODEs can be solved in the way for the solution of linear ODE. To obtain the final solution, it is necessary to use the iteration. Several numerical examples are provided. In the study, the assumed value for non-dimensional loading is larger than those in the available references.

It is very difficult to maintain the performance of estimation models for the new breed of projects since the computing environment changes so rapidly in terms of programming languages, development tools, and methodologies. So, we propose to use the relevant cases for a neural network model, whose cost is the decreased number of cases. To balance the relevance and data availability, the qualitative input factors are used as criteria of data classification. With the data sets that have the same value for certain qualitative input factors, we can eliminate the factors from the model making reduced neural network models. So we need to seek the optimally reduced neural network model among them. To find the optimally case-selective neural network, we propose the search techniques and sensitivity analysis between data points and search space.

Overhead crane must do to control occurrence of Anti-Sway according to work situation that is used in case move industry spot's heavy freight, and do safe transfer of freight. This need skill degree by experience because there are operator's function and affinity. Also, must control this effectively because can affect big productivity elevation according to effect that get in transfer of safe freight, Therefore, illuminate physical characteristic of crane and algorithm of motor drive department and there is purpose of this research to do so that correct control may be available through over head crane's shaking control and position control designing LQ controller.

Since an ATM network consists of a number of VPC/VCC requiring various QoS requirements, the end-to-end QoS for each VPC/VCC should be guaranteed. Although many research works on the traffic control are under study to guarantee the QoS, there have been research efforts to reflect the results of network management functions into the traffic control mechanism. To effectively make use of the performance management functions into the VPC/VCC management, threre is a need for the network manager to rapidly retrieve the relevant information. In this research, the mechanism to effectively retrieve the management information using SNMP is suggested. First of all, we construct the MIBs in the agent for the corresponding VPC/VCC. Also, we suggest the way to retrieve MIB with minimum cost. Mathematical analysis shows that the proposed technique has better performance than that using the existing SNMP.
