개인적 특성과 점진적 혁신, 서비스 품질과의 관계 및 조직문화의 조절효과 : 서비스기업을 중심으로 (Modulating Effect of Orgnizational Culture on the Relationship between Personality and Incremental Innovation, and the Relationship between Incremental Innovation and Service Quality)

  • This paper is to test the modulating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between personality and incremental innovation, and study of the relationship between incremental innovation and service Quality in service industry. Based on 507 data gathered in service companies in Korea, analysis results and showed that procedural, interactional, and innovative culture have affirmative relation with incremental innovation. Therefore innovative culture appeared to have some modulating effect on the relationship between personality and incremental innovation. And ana-lysis results of relationship between incremental innovation and service quality are followed; service innovation and process innovations showed positive effects except some operation innovations.

위탁급식 종사원의 동료관계가 생활의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Coworker Relationship of Employees on Quality of Work Life in Contract Foodservice)

  • This study examined co-worker relationship on of life between employees of contract foodservice in general hospital. Contract foodservice managed general hospitals surveyed from 1 October 2015 to 31 October 2015. A total of 230 questionnaires (cook-30 questionnaires, nutritionist-50 questionnaires, cook's helper-150 questionnaires) were distributed, and 177 questionnaires were used for the study. As a result, the quality of life of employees contract foodservice general hospital was composed of sub-factors (employee engagement, stress at work, home-work interface, working condition, general well-being). co-worker relationship was composed of sub-factors (cooperative co-worker relationship, competitive co-worker relationship). Causal relationship between variables was through regression analysis, and significant results were shown. ooperative co-worker relationship had an effect on employee engagement, stress at work, working condition and general well-being. competitive co-worker relationship.

전통시장의 서비스품질요인이 고객가치, 관계품질, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Traditional Market Service Quality Factors on Customer Value, Relational Quality, and Behavioral Intention)

  • Purpose - The aim of this study is to develop an empirical model of the effects of traditional market service quality factors on customer value, relationship quality, and behavior. The specific objectives of the study are as follows: 1) to classify study objects into cultural tourism markets and non-cultural tourism markets as well as to verify the differences in service quality among the two markets and, 2) to present practical service marketing methods that fit with the characteristics of the traditional markets by amending the five quality evaluation items of SERVQUAL (a multiple-item scale for measuring service quality)to suit the characteristics of the traditional markets and establish the relationship among customer value, relationship quality, and behavior intention. Research design, data, and methodology - The study methods of empirical investigation are as follows. First, this study selected for a study object the Suwon Paldalmun Gate Market to represent the cultural tourism market, and general traditional markets to represent the non-cultural tourism market. This study also conducted personal interviews in order to increase the response rate and collected a total of 418 responses between March 18, 2014 and April 05, 2014. The total of 418 responses used for this study excluded 14 responses that had either misleading information or missing values. Results - This study verified the perceived differences of service quality based on traditional market specialization through an independent sample t-test. It appeared that the perceived service quality of the cultural tourism market was generally higher than that of the non-cultural tourism market. This study executed a path analysis in order to examine the effects of service quality factors on customer value, relationship quality, and behavior intention. This study also comprehensively analyzed the specialized market and non-specialized market separately. Although there were some differences among the results, the overall results were uniform. It appeared that convenience, reliability, and empathy, among the service quality factors, exerted meaningful effects on customer value. On the other hand, convenience, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy, excluding the tangibles, exerted meaningful effects on the relationship quality. In addition, it appeared that all service quality factors exerted meaningful effects on the customer value, relationship quality, and behavior intention. Therefore, the study verified that all of the hypotheses formulated in the study were generally adopted. Conclusions - The implication of this study may be classified into academic and practical implication as follows. With respect to the academic implication, it seems that this study is among the early studies to verify the differences between the cultural tourism market and the non-cultural tourism market. The practical implication of this study is that the perceived service quality, such as convenience, reliability, responsiveness, and tangibles, excluding empathy, was higher in the cultural tourism market than in the non-cultural tourism market. This means that customer satisfaction is enhanced by governmental aid such as hardware, software, and information and communications technology.

로칼수출업체에 대한 특성인식이 관계품질과 강도에 미치는 영향 - 제공특성, 대인적특성, 관계특성을 중심으로 - (Exploring Factors Affecting Relationship Quality and Strength in Local Exporters)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업간 거래 관계의 품질과 강도를 결정함에 있어서 제공조건이 중요한지, 아니면 상대하는 사람이 중요한지 혹은 관계적 특징이 중요한지 여부를 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 주요 선행 특성요인을 제공특성(제공조건), 대인적 특성(상대업체 경영자의 유사성, 전문성), 관계 특성(관계기간, 협력, 의존성)으로 분류하고, 이들 특성이 관계품질과 강도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 로칼수출업체-섬유염색나염업체 거래관계 상황에서 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 관계기간을 제외한 모든 특성변수는 관계품질 변수(신뢰와 몰입)에 대해 직접적인 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라 관계강도에 대해서도 간접적인 영향을 주고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 상대업체 경영자로부터 인식하는 유사성은 관계품질 형성에 강력한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기업간 의존성은 관계품질이나 관계강도에 대해 유의한 영향을 미치고 있어 기업간 거래에서 자원의존이 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 관계강도에 대해서는 관계품질과 같은 정서적 판단이 유의하게 작용하며, 특히 신뢰변수는 제공특성과 같은 수단적·경제적인 변수에 비해 훨씬 강력한 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다.

서비스품질과 고객만족간의 인과관계 실증 분석 : Granger 검정법을 중심으로 (Investigating the Causal Relationship between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction by Granger's Test of Casuality Method)

  • In the marketing research area, service quality and customer satisfaction have been considered as ones of the most important marketing variables. However, there has been a lot of controversy over the direction of the casual relationship between the service quality and the customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationship between the service quality and the customer satisfaction. Granger's test of casuality method has been used to test the casuality relationship between two variables. In this paper, we applied the Granger's test of casuality method to KS-SQI and NCSI data of 17 business area which had been gathered annually. As the research result, we found that the customer satisfaction might cause the service quality in many service area.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 회원가입자의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Affecting on Internet Shopping Mall Members` Relationship Quality)

  • This paper examines internet shopping mall members' relationship quality and its antecedents variables. For this purpose, five types of membership customers' perceived variables, including convenience, product assortment, product information, shopping mall design, and service quality are proposed to affect customer satisfaction and consequently relationship quality. This study, which used data from customers of membership internet shopping malls, showed satisfactory data-fit to the proposed model and except product information hypothesis, supported all of research hypotheses. Also four types of membership customers' perceived variables(convenience, product assortment, shopping mall design, and service quality) take significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the satisfaction in turn have influence on relationship quality.

전자무역서비스 시스템의 사용자 만족 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors for the User's Satisfaction of the a-Trade Service System)

  • The purposes of the study are to measure the relative importance of independent variables, to analyze relation between user satisfaction and use, and to improve the level of user satisfaction in using e-Trade system(uTradeHub). The study develops the independent variables in three dimensions(i.e the quality of system, quality of information, and quality of service), estimates the level of satisfaction on a par with these variables, and analyzes the causal relation of these variables. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of system and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Second, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of information and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Third, there is a significant casual relationship between the quality of service and user satisfaction, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Final, there is a significant casual relationship between the user satisfaction and use, thus the hypothesis is accepted.

공간성, 호소유형 및 형태복잡도 지수를 이용한 토지이용과 호소수질의 관계 연구 (Investigation on the Relationship between Land Use and Water Quality with Spatial Dimension, Reservoir Type and Shape Complexity)

  • Land use types within a watershed closely are related with the water quality characteristics of receiving water bodies. Despite of a numerous studies suggesting a strong relationship between water quality and land use, there have been increasing concerns about the geographical variation and a lack of spatial integration in that relationship, which are essential to implementing these findings into land use planning and management. In the meantime, edges mediate the material flux between adjacent systems. This mediating effect of edges is strongly related to the complexity of their shapes. Land use activities within a watershed have a direct impact on the water quality of adjacent aquatic systems, and hydrological processes carry residuals from watershed into adjacent aquatic ecosystems through the edges. Therefore, the geometry of reservoirs theoretically affects the relationship between land uses in the watershed and the quality of receiving bodies of water. In this light, this study integrates the geo-spatial dimensions of land uses in the watershed using GIS and landscape indices in order to explore the relationship between land uses and water quality. Water quality characteristics, land uses and geometry of 133 randomly sampled reservoirs were correlated, based on buffer zones and types of reservoirs. The findings showed that land uses, particularly urban land uses, significantly affect water quality characteristics including BOD, COD, TN and TP, and geometry of reservoirs reduces the concentration of pollutant and nutrients in reservoirs. One of results indicates that the relationship between land use and water quality and effects of spatial dimension may vary with types of reservoirs and pollutants. These results suggest that lakeshore areas are important, particularly for TN reduction and call for a caution to land use activities nearby shoreline areas for sustaining better water quality.

학생이 활용하는 정보통신기술의 정도가 기술수용성과 교육서비스품질, 관계품질, 교육서비스만족과의 관계에 미치는 영향 (Students' information communication skill affecting relationship among technology acceptance, education service quality, relationship quality, and education service satisfaction)

  • 대학에서 제공되고 있는 교육을 살펴보면 개별적인 학생들의 요구를 만족시키기 어렵다. 이는 대학교육이 한명의 서비스제공자에 의해 많은 사람들에게 동시에 제공되기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 이를 감안하여 학생들이 보다 다양한 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있다면 교육이 제공되는 과정이나 컨텐츠에 대해 더 만족할 수 있을 수 있다고 가정하였다. 연구에서는 학생들의 기술수용성 정도가 관계품질, 교육서비스품질, 교육서비스만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 학생들의 정보통신기술의 활용정도가 높고 낮음에 따라 이들 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 검증결과 기술수용성이 높으면 관계품질, 교육서비스품질을 높일 수 있고, 관계 품질과 교육서비스품질도 교육서비스만족을 높일 수 있다고 제시되었다. 정보통신기술의 활용정도도 이들 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교육인프라가 부족한 지방의 중소 도시에 위치한 대학에서 연구를 진행함으로써 향후 해당 컨텐츠를 교육에 활용하게 되었을 경우 더 많은 효과를 볼 수 있으리라 생각된다.

은행 프라이빗뱅킹(PB) 고객을 위한 관계마케팅, 관계의 질 및 장기적 거래의도 간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relation Among Relation Marketing, Relationship Quality and Long-term Business Intention for Bank PB Customers)

  • 본 연구에서는 은행 PB 이용고객들을 대상으로 PB 관계마케팅과 관계의 질, 그리고 장기적 거래의도 간의 영향관계를 검증하고, 이 과정에서 관계의 질의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울 소재 은행 PB 이용고객 431명으로서, 설문조사자료를 이용하여 구조방정식모형분석을 통해 가설 검증을 수행하였다. 검증 결과, PB 관계마케팅은 관계의 질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 그리고 관계의 질과 장기적 거래의도 간의 경로계수는 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 한편, PB 관계마케팅은 장기적 거래의도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않았으며, 관계의 질을 매개로하여 장기적 거래의도 에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 은행 PB 성과에 있어서, 은행과 고객 간의 관계의 질을 반영하여, 장기적 거래의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이 과정에서 관계의 질의 효과를 검증하였다는데 의미가 있다.
