기업의 관계학습 영향요인과 관계성과에 관한 연구 - 수출/내수기업의 성과비교를 중심으로 - (Study on influence factors of Relational Learning and Relational Performance - Focusing on Export/Impart Enterprises -)

  • 기업 간 관계품질은 기업성과와 긍정적인 관계를 나타내는 것으로 긍정적인 관계품질은 거래 당사자 간 갈등을 감소시켜 강력한 파트너십을 형성하게 하고 거래비용을 낮추어 기업성과를 제고할 뿐만 아니라 강력한 조직 관계형성으로 직접적인 매출과 이익을 증가시키며 불필요한 갈등을 예방하여 기업 혁신을 촉진하여 비용을 절감시키는 효과가 있다(Chiou& Droge, 2006; Cannon & Homburg, 2001; Rindfleisch & Mooramn, 2001). 이에 본 연구는 공급자 관점에서 관계학습의 영향요인을 규명하고 관계학습과 관계성과와의 관계를 살펴보고 수출기업과 내수기업 간에 기업의 관계학습 영향요인과 관계성과에 관해 선행연구의 결과를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하여 실증분석을 진행한 결과, 첫째, 관계학습 영향요인인 결속수준, 환경불확실성, 학습의도는 관계학습에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계학습 영향요인 중 거래특유 자산의 경우 관계학습 요인 중 정보공유와 관계특유 기억에 영향을 미치지만 공동이해에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계학습이 관계성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계신뢰가 높을수록 관계학습이 관계성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The Roles of Market-Based Learning and Customer Orientation in Shaping Effective Selling Behavior and Efforts

  • Although previous studies have made significant progress in adaptive selling behavior (ASB), few studies have considered salesperson's customer orientation (CO) and learning behavior as determinants of effective sales management (ASB and relationship-making efforts), despite the discussion of important roles of these constructs. The authors test not only the relationships of salesperson's CO and market-based learning behavior to ASB and relationship-making efforts, but also the effects of ASB on relationship-making efforts and performance. The results of the study, which is done with samples of salespeople from Korean companies, indicate that salesperson's CO and market-based learning behavior are identified as significant determinants of ASB. Moreover, both salesperson's ASB and relationship-making efforts have significant effects on sales performance. On the other hand, as per salesperson's relationship-making efforts, salesperson's CO has a positive effect, but salesperson's market-based learning behavior and ASB do not influence his or her relationship-making efforts, which suggest a provocative possibility of conceptualization regarding the relationship between ASB and relationship management efforts.

조직구성원인 인식하는 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형이 학습전이 풍토에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A study on the influence of communication type within organization recognized by members of organization affecting learning transfer climate)

  • 본 연구는 조직구성원인 인식하는 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형과 학습전이 풍토 간의 영향관계를 알아보기 위한 연구로 독립변인으로 설정한 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형은 상사와 커뮤니케이션, 매체 질 커뮤니케이션, 동료와 커뮤니케이션, 조직 전망 커뮤니케이션의 4개 변수로 제시하였으며, 종속변인인 학습전이풍토는 상사지원, 동료지원, 전이기회, 조직보상 인식의 4개 하위변수로 구성하였다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2015년 중소기업 핵심직무역량 교육과정에 참여한 후 3개월 이상 경과한 참가자 150명을 대상으로 통계상 무의미한 설문을 제외 한 116부를 최종 활용하였다. 한편, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0의 통계패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도순석, 요인분석(Factor Analysis), 신뢰도 검증, 기술통계분석, 단순 다중회귀분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형과 학습전이 풍토인 상사의 지원 간의 영향관계에서 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형의 상사와 커뮤니케이션, 매체의 질 커뮤니케이션, 동료와 커뮤니케이션, 조직전망에 대한 커뮤니케이션은 모두 상사의 지원에 정(+)의 유의한 영향관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형은 학습전이 풍토의 동요의 지원에는 모두 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형과 학습전이 풍토의 전이기화 간의 영향관계에서는 동료와 커뮤니케이션을 제외한 상사와 커뮤니케이션, 매체의 질 커뮤니케이션, 조직전망에 대한 커뮤니케이션이 전이기회에 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타내었다. 마지막으로 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 유형과 학습전이 풍토의 조직보상 인식에 대한 영향관계에서는 상사와 커뮤니케이션과 조직전망에 대한 커뮤니케이션이 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타냈다.

코로나19로 인한 원격 교육에서 인지된 유용성과 인지된 사용용이성, 자기효능감, 우울이 대학생들의 학습만족도와 학업 지속의향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Self-Efficacy, and Depression on the Learning Satisfaction and Intention to Continue Studying in Distance Education Due to COVID-19)

  • In this study, the effects of self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and depression on college students' academic persistence in the COVID-19 epidemic and the resulting non-face-to-face education situation were identified as mediating effects on learning satisfaction. In the second semester of 2020, a survey was conducted on students enrolled in a four-year university in Daegu and the data were statistically analyzed. The path coefficient was estimated by the Smart PLS bootstrap method and the significance of the path coefficient was verified. The Sobel Test was conducted to verify the mediating effect of academic continuity intention as a parameter. The research results can be summarized as follows. First, it was found that self-efficacy and perceived usefulness had a significant influence in the relationship with learning satisfaction. Second, the relationship between learning satisfaction and academic continuity intention was found to have a significant influence. Third, depression and ease of use did not show any significant influence in the relationship between learning satisfaction. Finally, a Sobel Test was conducted to verify the mediating effect of academic continuity intention with self-efficacy, usefulness, ease of use, and depression as independent variables and learning satisfaction as parameters. As a result of both regression analyses, it was found that β values decreased, and learning satisfaction had a mediating effect. As a result of this study, it is suggested that research to increase learner satisfaction and develop various contents to increase the effectiveness of education that can increase self-efficacy and perceived usefulness should be conducted in parallel. I think this study can be used as basic data in establishing measures to continue studying for college students in natural disaster situations or psychological crisis situations called COVID-19.

프랜차이즈 조직의 학습지향성과 관계마케팅지향성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Franchise's Learning Orientation and Relationship Marketing Orientation on the Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - Nowadays, more than ever before, fierce competition, deep market segmentation, short product life cycles, and intensifying customer needs are putting increasing pressure on franchise's organizations to satisfy their customers by creating market-oriented relationships with and enhancing their market knowledge of them. One way that this might be achieved is by establishing deep ties (i.e., job commitment and job satisfaction) with their employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine how two important constructs of franchises' strategic efforts, LO (learning orientation) and RMO (relationship marketing orientation), affect job satisfaction, given the mediating role of job commitment. A franchise system comprises a set of contractual arrangements by which mutual obligations are performed. An organizational learning goal motivates employees to improve their abilities and master the tasks they perform. Relationship marketing, in addition, is to identify, establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers and other stakeholders to ensure that the objectives of all parties are met and this is done through the mutual exchange of promises. In a relationship marketing orientation, then, a firm creates, maintains, and enhances a strong relationship with its customers by sustaining long-term ties. This study was designed to examine the evolution of various theoretical approaches to franchise systems in order to determine whether theories about firms have significantly affected the franchise system. To this end, the authors developed a structural model consisting of several constructs. Previous studies have suggested that franchises' learning and relationship marketing orientations are important occupational immersion dimensions driving job satisfaction. Research design, data, methodology - We empirically tested a process of how the learning orientation and the relationship marketing orientation influence job commitment and job satisfaction using survey data drawn from 150 responding franchisees who were interviewed about their individual tendencies. Results - The results of this study provide empirical evidence that learning orientation, relationship marketing orientation, and job commitment all influence franchisees' job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that, first, learning orientation had a significant effect on job satisfaction; second, relationship marketing orientation was positively related to job commitment; third, job commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction. We also found that relationship marketing orientation and job satisfaction were mediated by job commitment. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the importance of learning orientation and relationship marketing orientation in maintaining a positive marketing relationship between franchiser and franchisee from to the perspective of the market. This indicates that franchiser support such as educational programs provided by the franchiser will help franchisees attain higher business management achievement and satisfaction. Moreover, a positive relationship between franchisees and consumers can be maintained through tie effects. Our findings also suggest that learning orientation plays a critical role in job satisfaction within the franchise system.

공과대학 신입생의 자기효능감, 공학흥미, 사회적지지, 대학생활적응 및 학업지속의향 간의 관계 (The relationship among self-efficacy, engineering interest and social support on adjustment to college and learning persistence in first year engineering college students)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship among self-efficacy, engineering interest and social support on adjustment to college and learning persistence in first year engineering college students. The participants were 74 freshman of engineering college students, SPSS and SmartPLS were used to analyze the data. The key findings revealed were as follows: First, self-efficacy, engineering interest and social support had a significant influence on adjustment to college. Second, engineering interest and adjustment to college had a significant influence on learning persistence. This research suggested the implications for adjustment to college and learning persistence in engineering education.

교육 참여에 대한 어머니의 동기적 신념과 부모-교사 관계가 유아의 학습관련기술에 미치는 영향 (Mother's Motivational Beliefs in the Context of the Child Education and Parent-Teacher Relationship and the Impact on the Learning Related Skills of Young Children)

  • The purpose of this research was to explore the influence of a mother's motivational beliefs in the context of the child education and parent-teacher relationship and the impact that it has on the learning related skills of young children. The participants in this study consisted of 243 mothers of 4~5 years old children and 20 teachers in 5 child education centers located in Seoul, Korea. The data was analyzed by means of using statistical method such as mean, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise regression. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences between parent-teacher relationship and learning related skills of young children according to the children's sex and maternal educational level. Second, children's sex, maternal educational level, and the parent-teacher relationship were significantly related with the learning related skills of young children. Last, mother's motivational beliefs in the context of child education and the parent-teacher relationship directly influenced the learning related skills of young children. The results of this study suggest that positive parent-teacher relationships are important for developing the learning related skills of young children and this in turn can predict the level of children's adjustment and success in school.

품질경영활동, 조직학습, 기업성과의 관계: 제조기업을 중심으로 (Relationship among Quality Management Activities, Organizational Learning and Firm Performance: with a Focus on Manufacturing Corporations)

  • This paper deals with an empirical analysis of the structural relationship among the factors such as quality management activities, organizational learning and firm performance of manufacturing corporations. The findings of the analysis are expected to make lots of contribution to manufacturing corporations establishing strategies for quality management activities and organizational learning. From the analysis, following conclusions and suggestions could be drawn: First, an analysis of the relationship between quality management activities and organizational learning showed that most activities of quality management turned out to exercise great influence upon the factors of organizational learning. This means that the activities of quality management will prompt the members of an organization to actively engage in learning activities individually, by team and organizationally, motivating them to spread such activities across the whole organization, leading ultimately to fundamental renovation of the very organization. Second, from an analysis of the relationship between organizational learning and firm performance, that is, financial and non-financial performances of a company, it was found that most factors of organizational learning have tremendous impact upon financial and non-financial performances of the company. Such result implies that decision and management of the things to be performed in the process of organizational performances are essential to determining firm performance because firm performance depend largely on the outcomes of organizational learning.

조직의 학습전이풍토가 기술사의 학습전이에 미치는 영향 - 계속전문교육(CPD) 참여 동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Mediating Effects of Participation Motivation on the Relationship between Organizational Learning Transfer Climate and Learning Transfer in Professional Engineers' Continuing Professional Development Activities)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of participation motivation of continuing professional development between the level of organizational learning transfer climate and learning transfer. In the analysis of the relationship among the level of the organizational learning transfer climate, learning transfer and participation motivation of CPD, organizational learning transfer climate had indirect influence on learning transfer through participation motivation of CPD. Based upon the findings of this study, several suggestions were made to improve professional engineers' participation and learning transfer in CPD and implement future research on professional engineer's CPD.

모바일 러닝의 특성이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향: 성별에 따른 분석 (An Effect on Satisfaction and Loyalty of the Characteristics in Mobile Learning: According to Gender)

  • This study analyzes a model appling value in the mobile learning. We investigate the interaction, ease of use, hedonic value, and utilitarian value considering importance factors in the mobile learning, and the customer values are found to influence the customer satisfaction. We analysis a relationship between these factors and the customer satisfaction, and the relationship between the customer satisfaction and the loyalty. Finally, we research difference among gender of the satisfaction on the mobile learning. To fulfill this purpose, the research model was designed from literature review, and the structural equation modeling technique was used to evaluate hypotheses. The major results of this study are as follows. First, the ease of use, hedonic value, and utilitarian value positively influenced the satisfaction, and the satisfaction had positive influences on the customer loyalty. But the interaction didn't have positive influence on the satisfaction. Second, gender difference was found for some path coefficient. Male user's interaction and ease of use has effect on the satisfaction, and Female user's hedonic value and utilitarian value have influenced the satisfaction. When it consider the market share or the growth potential of the mobile learning industry, the results of this study will provide the useful information to manage mobile learning.
