SWAT 모델을 이용한 강우특성 변화에 의한 퇴적물-유출량 간의 관계 평가 (Assessment of Relationship between Sediment-Discharge Based on Rainfall Characteristic using SWAT Model)

  • The sediment transportation caused by soil erosion due to rainfall-discharge in the large watershed scale plays critical role in human society. The relationship between rainfall-discharge-sediment transportation is depending on the start time of rainfall and end of rainfall but, the studies related with rainfall characteristics are insufficient. In this study, The Soil and Water Assession Tool (SWAT) model was used to study the relationship between rainfall-discharge-sediment transportation at the Sook river watershed which is monitored by the Ministry of Environment. To do this, first of all, the sensitivity analysis about model attributes was performed using monitored data. The accuracy analysis of SWAT model was conducted using the model's efficiency index (Nash and Sutcliffe model efficiency; NSE) and the coefficient of determination (R2). After that, it was studied what results could be obtained according to changes in rainfall timing and end points. In the result of discharge simulation, the modified rainfall values (sum of total rainfall starting time and end time) showed more high accuracy values (R2:0.90, NSE: 0.8) than original rainfall values (R2:0.76, NSE: 0.72). In the result of sediment transportation simulation, during calibration had more resonable results(R2:0.87, NSE: 0.86) than compared with original rainfall values (R2:0.44, NSE: 0.41). However, validation results of sediment transportation simulation showed low accuracy values compared with calibration results. This results maybe cause monitoring periods of sediment flow compared with discharge monitoring periods. Nevertheless, since rainfall characteristic plays critical rule in model results, continuous research on rainfall characteristic is needed.

초등영재와 일반학생의 완벽주의 성향과 대인관계 특성 비교 (Comparison of Perfectism, Interpersonal Characteristic between the Gifted & Talented Students and General Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze perfectism, interpersonal characteristic between the gifted & talented students and the general. The subject of this study were 112 the gifted students and 120 the general. They answered the questions about perfectism and interpersonal characteristic. To compare the gifted and general students' tendency, collected data was classified by their gender and grade. And correlation analysis was done in oder to analyze the relation between the gifted students' perfectism and interpersonal characteristic. The important results of this study were as follows. First, the grade gap of perfectism was not meaningful in both groups. Otherwise, the gender gap of perfectism was meaningful in both groups. Female's perfectism was higher than male's. And the gifted students' perfectism was higher than the general students'. Second, Differently, the gender gap of interpersonal characteristic was meaningful in the same group. Female had higher positive social-relationship, expression tendency than male. But female had lower competition-aggressiveness propensity than male. In the general group, the 6th grade students showed more positive role, social-relationship than 5th grade. And male showed more competition-aggressiveness propensity than female. Comparing the gifted and the general, the gifted had more dominant-superior, exhibitionistic-narcissistic propensity. It could be a reason of the gifted students' social problem. Third, among self-oriented perfectism and dominant-superior, independent-responsible propensity had meaningful correlation. Also socially-prescribed perfectism had influenced on dominant-superior, sociability-friendliness, exhibitionistic-narcissistic propensity.

패션 사회적 기업의 지속가능성을 위한 사회적 자본 및 공동체의식 형성에 대한 연구 (The Study on Social Capital and Community Sense Formation for the Sustainability of Fashion Social Enterprises)

  • This research intends to observe the effects of social capital regarding fashion social enterprises on the community sense of participating consumers, and verify the relationship of the effects that such social capital and community sense have on sustainability formation variable(shared values, suitability of values, behavioral flow, cognitive belief and long-term relationship orientation) of social enterprises. For such analysis, a sample of 400 consumers with experience of purchasing products of fashion social enterprises more than once was utilized, and path analysis was conducted utilizing AMOS 20.0. As a result of this research, first, information sharing, social participation among the characteristic factors of social enterprises' social capital had a meaningful impact on shared values, and self-pursuit and significance meaningfully affected the suitability of values. Second, mutual influence, sense of belonging, satisfaction of needs and emotional bond among the characteristic factors of community sense between social enterprises and consumers meaningfully affected shared values, whereas mutual influence, sense of belonging and emotional bond substantially influenced suitability of values. Third, shared values and suitability of values affected the relationship between behavioral flow and cognitive trust, and behavioral flow and cognitive trust both had meaningful impact on long-term relationship orientation.

수학적 개념의 과학적 성격과 교육과정 구성과의 관련성 연구 (A Study of the Scientific Characteristic of Mathematical Concepts and Curriculum Design)

  • We know that curriculum is, first of all, related to teaching materials, namely, contents. Therefore, when we think of mathematics curriculum, we must take account of characteristic of mathematics. Vygotsky has studied the development of scientific concepts and everyday concepts. According to Vygotsky, scientific concepts grow down through spontaneous concepts; spontaneous concepts grow upward through scientific concepts. And mathematics is a representative of subjects dealing with scientific or theoretical concept. Therefore, his study provides scientific basis for mathematics curriculum design. In this context, Davydov notes that everyday concepts are developed through empirical abstraction, while scientific concepts require a theoretical abstraction. And Davydov constructed the curriculum materials for the teaching of number concept. Davydov's curriculum is an example of reflecting Vygotsky' theoretical view and his view about the types of abstraction. In particular, it represents mathematical characteristic of a 'science' by introducing number concept through quantitative relationship and use of signs. In conclusion, stance mathematical concepts have scientific characteristic, mathematics curriculum reflects this characteristic.

현지파트너의 흡수역량, 국제합작기업에 대한 균등지분율 및 해외파트너와의 신뢰가 태국 현지파트너의 지식습득에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Local Partners' Absorptive Capacity, Equal Equity Ownership of IJVs, and Trust in Foreign Partners on Thai Local Partners' Knowledge Acquisition)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국제합작투자 상황에서 국제합작기업을 통한 태국 현지파트너의 해외파트너로부터의 지식습득에 영향을 미치는 요소들에 대해 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 먼저 현지파트너의 자체 특성인 흡수역량, 국제합작기업과의 관계 특성인 균등지분율 근접정도, 해외파트너와의 관계 특성인 신뢰 등으로 구분하고, 이들이 현지파트너의 지식습득에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 지식암묵성이 이러한 특성과 지식습득과의 관계를 조절하는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 태국 소재 현지파트너 기업을 대상으로 설문을 통해 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 현지파트너의 자체 특성인 흡수역량과 해외파트너와의 관계 특성인 신뢰는 지식습득에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 국제합작회사와의 관계 특성인 현지파트너의 지분율은 균등지분율에 근접할수록 지식습득에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 게다가 지식암묵성은 흡수역량 및 신뢰와 지식습득의 관계를 강화하는 반면, 지식암묵성은 균등지분율 근접정도와 지식습득의 관계를 강화하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 결론 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

판매원의 관계신념, 부정적 감정 조절전략, 그리고 친소비자행동의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationship of Salesperson's, Relationship Beliefs, Negative Emotion Regulation Strategies, and Prosocial Behavior to Customer)

  • 본 연구는 판매원의 행동에 영향을 미치는 요소로서 판매원의 관계신념 및 감정조절전략을 제시하고자 한다. 판매원의 경우 고객과의 상호작용은 그들의 직무이며 원만한 고객관계는 그들의 목표달성과 기업의 성과달성에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 이러한 원만한 관계를 형성할 수 있는 요소로서 본 연구는 관계신념을 제시하고자 한다. 대인과의 관계에서 어떠한 관계신념을 가지고 있는가하는 것은 개인의 인지적, 정서적, 동기적 측면에 영향을 미치기 때문에 판매원이 가진 관계신념에 따라 고객관계의 질, 경험이 달라질 수 있다. 또한 이러한 관계신념은 판매원이 고객과의 관계에서 경험하는 부정적 감정 조절전략에도 영향을 미치게 되는데 판매원이 어떠한 조절전략을 더 많이 사용하는가에 따라 판매원의 행동이 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구는 판매원의 관계신념, 감정조절전략, 그리고 친소비자행동의 관계를 통해 고객과 판매원의 관계의 질을 증대시키고 이 과정에서 판매원의 성과극대화 및 상황적응력을 높일 수 있는 전략적 방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 연구결과 판매원의 관계신념이 부정적 감정 조절전략과 친소비자행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 부정적 감정 조절전략은 친소비자행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 친밀관계신념이 높을수록 능동적 조절전략, 지지추구조절전략을 이용하여 부정적 감정을 조절할 가능성이 높고, 통제관계신념이 높을수록 회피/분산 조절전략을 이용하여 부정적 감정을 조절할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 친밀관계신념은 친소비자행동을 증가시키지만 통제관계신념은 친소비자행동을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 부정적 감정 조절전략 중 능동적, 지지추구조절전략은 친소비자행동을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났고 회피/분산조절전략은 친소비자행동을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 판매원의 관계신념과 부정적 감정 조절전략에 관심을 가질 수 있는 계기를 마련하고 있으며 판매원 선발 및 교육에 있어서의 중요한 지침을 제공하고 있다.

일부 치위생(학)과 학생들의 인구사회학적 특성과 대학생활 만족도의 관련성 (The Relationship Socio-Demographic Characteristic and Campus Life Satisfaction of the Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Purpose. This study was conducted for provide basic data to improve satisfaction of campus life that investigated survey on the socio-demographic characteristic and campus life stisfaction of the dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam and Busan region. Methods. The research subjects are the total 220 and it was analyzed with structured questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed by IBM SPSS ver. 20.0, a statistical program (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA) for the frequency and percentage, ANOVA, Hierachical regression. The result is as following. Results. It was investigated to affected campus life satisfaction by in case of female student(${\beta}=-0.232$), in case of employment preparation(${\beta}=-0.193$), in case of household economical poor status(${\beta}=-0.188$). Conclusions. As the results of the research, it is considered necessary the expansion of the systemized, in order to increase the campus life satisfaction, improvement to the university administration and welfare for the emotion of girl, development program for interview skill and smooth interpersonal relationship, support major costs and living expenses.

인터넷뱅킹 사이트의 서비스품질과 인터넷 이용자 개인특성이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality of Internet Banking Site ad Characteristic of lInternet User on Customer Loyalty)

  • Recently, internet as well as internet banking are growing rapidly. Most banks in Korea provide internet banking services for customers. Internet banking became a major trend in the financial marketplace. There are a few empirical research in this area. Although quality of internet banking service is an important concept, there is a lack of theory-based empirical research in this area. Therefore, this paper is aimed at finding whether service quality of internet banking influence customer satisfaction, and whether characteristic of internet banking user influence relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality of internet banking. Furthermore, this paper identify whether customer satisfaction influence customer loyalty. The research model proposed thirteen hypothesis and tested empirically. A total of 269 responses were received from internet banking users and analyzed. The analyses showed partial support for the affirmative effect of customer satisfaction and characteristic of internet banking user. But the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is significant. Implications of these findings are that internet banking sites should concentrate on providing a high quality of banking services; information, trust, ease of use, and security of system and thereby strengthen customer loyalty.
