학교문화가 학교구성원의 학교만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the School Cultures on the School Members' Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 학교문화, 구체적으로는 교사의 협력문화, 학교장의 지도성, 학생의 교우관계가 학생, 학부모, 교사, 학교장 등 학교구성원의 학교만족도에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 2011년에 조사된 서울교육종단연구의 설문자료를 활용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학생과 학부모의 학교만족도에는 학생의 교우관계와 교사의 협력문화가, 교사의 학교만족도에는 학교장의 지도성과 교사의 협력문화가 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 학교 단위에서 교사의 협력문화가 학생, 학부모, 교사의 학교만족도에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인임이 밝혀졌고, 각각 연구되는 경향이 강했던 학생과 학부모, 교사와 학교장의 학교만족도와 학교문화를 제한적으로나마 동시에 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

A Necessity of Measurement Customer Satisfaction to NSO Products for Enhancing Quality

  • Nowaday, statistical data with coherence, accuracy and timeliness are necessary to government, company and research center for decision making or research. In other words, the importance of statistical data quality is steadily increasing. Thus, in this paper, we suggest necessity of measuring customer satisfaction with NSO products for enhancing quality. And we construct measurement scale for measuring customer satisfaction based on the statistical quality indicators. Also we advise use of structural equation model in relation analysis for statistic quality elevation.

고객만족에 대한 관여도의 조정적 역할 (Involvement as a Moderator of Customer Satisfaction)

  • Customer satisfaction is one of the major issues in current marketing research. Among many studies on this issue, the best known is the determinants of customer satisfaction. This study is focused the involvement as a moderator of customer satisfaction. The data were collected from 113 students who have an experience using or buying the products and services. The present study found that the customer satisfaction has a relation with the following major characteristics. These are: 1) The direct effect of expectation on the customer satisfaction is significant in case of high involvement service. 2) The direct effect of performance has a difference between high involvement and low involvement. 3) And the direct effect of disconfirmation on the customer satisfaction is significantly different from the levels of involvement.

패밀리 레스토랑의 서비스 품질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Service Quality in Family Restaurant)

  • Although researchers have, during the past decade, become increasingly interested in customer satisfaction customer reaction, and service quality issues, very little of research has devoted to the family restaurant. Family restaurant industry is among the fastest growing sectors of the tourism market. This paper discusses the importance of the family restaurant product and service quality, and presents the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer reaction. The literature supports the value of family restaurant's service quality and relation between service quality and customer reaction. Exploratory study examined customer's satisfaction with service quality components and customer's reaction with satisfaction. The survey was conducted in four phases; service quality, customer reaction(satisfaction, repurchase intention, and word of mouth), restaurant information, general profile of customer. The results of the study show that service quality(product's quality, physical character) provided family restaurant customer with the overall satisfaction, and service quality affected on customer reaction(repurchase intention, positive word of mouth). Also overall satisfaction affected on repurchase intention and positive word of mouth.

주방 설비와 동선이 직무 만족과 조직 몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitmentwith Relation to Kitchen Facilities and Layouts)

  • The purpose of this paper is to show how job satisfaction and job immersion are influenced by kitchen equipment and layouts. For verifying the credibility and availability of the results, the methods of inter-relational and factor analyses are carried out, based on 214 collected data from the questionnaire answered by employees involved in six 5-star hotel kitchens around Seoul area. Through the process of data coding and SPSS Win 12.0 program, those collected data are verified with a correlation analysis after having been carried out with frequency, factor and creditability analyses. The results are in the followings: kitchen equipment has a significant effect on job immersion as well as on job satisfaction while the kitchen layouts also give a desirable impact on job immersion and job satisfaction. In addition to them, the results show that job satisfaction also has an effect on job immersion. It is concluded that good kitchen equipment and layouts make kitchen workers turn to job immersion and satisfaction more, which will consequently have good effects on business.

노인의 성격특성이 자아존중감 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Personality Traits on Self-Esteem and Life Satisfaction of the Elderly)

  • This study aimed to analyze the influential relation among personality traits, self-esteem and life satisfaction of the elderly and to analyze the differences in the conceptual variables according to demographic factors. The survey was conducted from January 10 to February 20 in 2011, and the participants were 282 seniors over the age of 60 in Gangwon province areas. As a result, the personality traits of the elderly were classified into openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and extraversion. There were partially significant differences in the personality traits, self-esteem and life satisfaction according to demographic factors. The personality traits such as openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and extraversion had a positive impact on self-esteem and satisfaction of positive life. The neuroticism of personality traits had a negative impact on satisfaction of positive life, while it had a positive impact on satisfaction of negative life.

고등학생의 생활양식과 주거만족도와의 관련 연구 (A Study on the Relation to Life Style and Housing Satisfaction of High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between life style and housing satisfaction of high school students. This is the investigation of which 1015 high school students live in Chonbuk province. In this statistical analysis, SPSS program was utilized to calculate percentage, mean and standard deviation. Also. these materials were verified by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The main results of this study were as follows. There was a significant difference between life style and housing satisfaction, according to demographic variables and housing characteristic variables. The entire life style has been appeared high type of a along with PC. Most of students has been appeared high in health and security of housing. Also, correlation of life style and housing satisfaction showed significantly. On the basic of these results, it can be suggested : It is necessary to have the righteous understanding about life style and housing satisfaction, of high school students for advisable guidance of housing education. It needed to continue diversified researches considering spread of life style 'with PC' and enough awareness of health and security in housing satisfaction.

청소년의 여가활동과 어머니의 여가지도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Leisure Activity of Young People and the Leisure Guidance of Mothers)

  • This study deals with the following problems about leisure activity of young people and leisure guidance of mothers, (1) Leisure activity of children by the independent variables, (2) Leisure guidance of mothers by the independent variables. (3) The relation between leisure guidance of mothers and leisure activity of young people. This research used the questionaire survey. The subjects were 830 couples of mother and pupil (pupils of 4, 5 and t grades in six primary school in Kwang-Ju city). The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, t, F-test, X2. The results of this study are summarized as follows; (1) Boys and girls average leisure hours: week days…2 hour, saturday…3 hours, Sunday and holiday…4.5 hours, the school vacation…6.2 hours. And leisure activity showed the significant difference in sex, age, educational level, family form (p 0.001, p 0.05, p 0.010). Generally, they had social & amusing leisure activity. And a hindrance cause of leisure activ ty is due to hard working in learning practice. (2) The necessity of leisure activity showed higher in the aged mother and high educated mother, lower in the poor family. And guidance content showed the significant difference in sex of children(p 0.001), educational level of parents(p 0.05). Actually mothers wanted intellectual leisure activity. (3) The relation between the leisure activity pattern desired by leisure activity of mothers and children pattern showed that mothers demanded the various patterns, but children wanted social & amusing leisure activities mainly. Only children's patterns agreed with mothers in the artistic, intellectual, activities on Saturday and during the vacation. And the relation between mothers satisfaction degree in the leisure activity of children and children's satisfaction degree showed the significant difference (p 0.05). Children's satisfaction degree is high, irrespective of mothers satisfaction degree.

대학도서관 서비스 질의 구성요인 분석 (The Factor Analyses of Service Quality Components in University Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관의 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 변인을 파악하고, 도서관 서비스의 구성요소 중 어떤 요인과 요소들이 도서관 서비스에 만족요인으로 작용하고 있는가를 파악하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스에 대한 만족도를 구성하는 요인은, 정보의 접근, 직원자질, 장서의 적절성, 민원처리, 학습시설 및 부대시설, 신속성(적시성), 이용시간, 정보기술이용, 도서관이용교육, 참고봉사, 홍보 및 개인을 위한 서비스 등의 12가지 요인이 추출되었다. 둘째, 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요인은, 장서의 적절성이 일반적인 고객만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고 그 다음으로 민원처리, 정보의 접근, 시설, 신속성, 홍보, 참고봉사, 이용시간, 직원의 자질 등의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요소는, 정보의 상시적인 구득이 일반적인 고객만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고 그 다음으로 도서와 잡지수, 냉난방시설, 도서관의 변화내용 공시, 검색시스템의 용이성, 인터넷이용의 대기시간, 자료실의 개관시간, 장비수리 속도, 민원접수, 비 인쇄자료의 이용장비 등의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

소방시설관리업 종사자의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Task Stress on the Job Satisfaction of Fire Protection Management Workers)

  • 이 연구는 소방시설관리업 종사자의 직무스트레스 수준과 정도를 확인하였으며, 또한 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 향후 연구과제를 제안하였다. 첫째, 배경원인에 따른 직무스트레스는 연령, 직급, 월 급여, 총 경력, 자격증, 담당업무는 차이가 나타났으며, 학력에서는 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 영향을 살펴본 결과 스트레스의 하위 변수 중 물리환경, 직무요구, 조직체계, 보상부적절, 직장문화는 스트레스가 증가함에 따라 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미친 반면에 관계갈등, 직무불안정은 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 향후, 업무 과부하의 실증적 원인 규명 연구와 소방시설관리업 조직차원의 스트레스 경감대책에 대한 연구가 필요하다.
