대학생의 사군자 기질에 따른 의사소통 능력과 대인관계 능력 차이 (Difference of Sagunja Temperament type on Communication Ability and Interpersonal Relations Ability of University Students)

  • 본 연구는 사군자 기질 유형에 따른 의사소통 능력과 대인관계 능력간의 차이 연구이다. 부산 소재 대학생 350명을 대상으로 연구한 결과 첫째, 기질 유형은 국화, 난초, 매화, 대나무 기질 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사군자 기질 유형별 의사소통 능력 차이를 분석한 결과, 대나무 기질의 의사소통능력이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 매화, 난초, 국화 기질 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 사군자기질 유형에 따른 대인관계 능력은 자기노출하기, 대인갈등 다루기를 제외한 '처음관계 맺기'와 '타인 불쾌감 주장하기', '정서적지지 및 조언하기'에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 의사소통 능력과 대인관계 능력 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결국 본 연구는 사군자기질 유형에 따른 의사소통 능력과 대인관계 능력 차이가 통계적으로 유의미하다는 것을 증명하였고, 한국인 정서에 맞는 사군자기질을 접목하여 우리 전통을 다양한 측면에서 재해석하였다는데 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 병원에서 근무하고 있는 방사선사의 직무요구와 소진간의 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과를 파악하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 둘째, 방사선사의 직무요구(역할갈등, 인지요구, 업무량)가 소진(감정고갈, 개인성취감저하, 비인격화)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 인지요구와 업무량이 감정고갈에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 역할갈등과 업무량은 개인성취감 저하에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 역할갈등과 인지 요구는 비인격화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무요구(역할갈등, 인지요구, 업무량)와 소진(감정고갈, 개인성취감저하, 비인격화)과의 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과를 검증하였는데, 검증결과 인지요구와 개인성취감저하 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과가 있었다. 그리고 역할갈등과 비인격화 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과가 있었고, 인지요구와 비인격화 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

여성리더십교육: 교육적 경험, 그 특성에 관한 탐색 - 부산지역 P기관의 여성 학습자들을 중심으로 - (The Women Leadership Education: Educational Experience, Exploration about their Characteristics - On the women learner at the P center in Busan)

  • This paper focuses on understanding what kind of experience the women leadership education can provide for adult learners and how the learners grasp a characteristic of a women leader. For this, the research interviewed learner who complete the women leadership course at the P center in Busan. To this end, it is discussed in two sides. One side is about educational experience, the other side is about leadership. In the aspect of former approach, the leadership education shows the characteristic which is much closer to the meaning of the education itself rather than that of leadership. It not only put much emphasize on the recovery to the self but also shows the relation-oriented characteristic like building up social net-work. In the aspect of the latter, by connecting the woman and leader, women expects they wish to be a 'trustful leader'. For them, 'trustful leader' is the true leader. In addition it also means 'charismatic leader', 'servant leader', 'the leader with member to growth' and 'the leader with a rational and reasonable'. Although women acknowledge that women leader's authority and power is important for the realization of the real equality of women, at the same time, however, they worry about the possibility that this leader become a kind of a 'power-oriented leader' which causes conflict and suppress the weaker. This study argues that we need to concentrate more on the new perspective which focuses on the sharing and bordering occurred in inner gender rather than the former approach which focuses on the difference between genders.

게임이론과 한반도를 둘러싼 수산자원의 협력적 관리체계에 관한 연구 (Game Theory and a Study on Fishery Co-operation System in the Seas Surrounding Korea)

  • The main purpose of this study is to explain fishery relation in the seas surrounding Korea and how the Prisoner's Dilemma (PD), within game theory is applied to the region and suggest possible co-operative approaches in the region. The seas surrounding Korea are very productive fishing grounds with abundant fisheries resources because of the favourable marine environment, including its geographical features and physical oceanography. Nevertheless, Fishery relations among the coastal states in the region have been historically characterized by conflict rather than co-operation. Based on the PD game where there is always an incentive to do better by not co-operating, in order to ensure a share of the short-run benefits, fishing countries in the region have so far pursued the non-co-operative strategy of 'don't fish responsibly' rather than the co-operative strategy of 'fish responsibly'. Considering rapidly deteriorating situations in terms of fishery resources, regional co-operation among coastal states is urgently required to eliminate overfishing and increase fish stocks to sustainable levels. The West Sea/East China Sea and the East Sea, semi-enclosed seas, have unitary ecosystems, and many migratory fish species are shared between coastal states. Therefore, one countries' efforts alone cannot effectively manage and conserve the fishery resources and close co-operation among coastal states is required. The 1982 UN Convention and other international instruments emphasize the role of RFOs in managing and conserving capture fisheries and encourage states to establish Regional Fishery organizations (RFOs) or strengthen existing RFOs to facilitate conservation and management for fish stocks. Therefore, an international regime is worthy of serious consideration in that it provides fundamental advantages for the conservation of fish stocks for the fishery characteristic of the region.

아세안 2016: 아세안 방식의 변화 또는 연속성 (ASEAN in 2016: The Change and Continuity in the ASEAN Way)

  • 2017년 창설 50주년을 맞은 아세안에 대한 기대와 우려가 공존한다. 아세안공동체(ASEAN Community)가 2015년 말 공식 출범한 이후 비전 실현에 대한 기대와 급변하는 역내외 환경에서의 효율적 대처 가능성에 대한 우려가 있다. 이 글은 변화와 연속성을 중심으로 2016년 아세안공동체 추진 현황과 대외관계를 고찰하고자한다. 첫째, 지역적 차원에서 아세안공동체로의 제도화과정과 기능적 협력 현황을 살피고자한다. 최근 아세안 회원국의 국내정치변동이 아세안방식의 수정에 대한 압력으로 대두될 가능성을 지적하고자한다. 둘째, 아세안 대외관계의 특징으로 변화보다는 연속성에 주목할 것이다. 아세안 대외관계의 양태는 전형적인 갈등회피적 양상과 현상유지적 성격을 그대로 유지하고 개발 협력 의제에 집중했다. 이러한 입장은 아세안의 단결(unity)에 긍정적인 기여를 하고 있으며 아세안 엘리트들이 공통적으로 추구하는 목표인 지역 회복력(regional resilience)을 추구함에 있어 유용함을 주장하고자 한다.

학습마을활동가의 잡 크래프팅을 통한 일의 의미 탐색 (An exploration of the meaning of work through job crafting by Learning Village Activists)

  • 본 연구는 잡 크래프팅을 중심으로 학습마을활동가의 일의 의미에 대해 심층적으로 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 학습마을활동가 4명을 대상으로 2020년 3월 23일부터 2021년 03월 05일까지 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 질적 사례연구를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 과업 크래프팅은 '자신이 가진 강점과 자원을 활용한 과업수행', '정해진 과업 이외의 추가적 업무수행', ' 효율적 과업수행을 위한 업무방식의 변화'가 나타났다. 인지 크래프팅은 '일의 중요성과 소명의식 인지', '일의 행복과 즐거움 인지', '일의 전문성 확장을 위한 역할 인지'가 나타났다. 관계 크래프팅은 '동료와 실천학습공동체 구축', '마을주민의 성장과 변화의 매개자', '업무관계자와 갈등과 협력의 공존'이 나타났다. 결론적으로 학습마을활동가들은 잡 크래프팅을 통해 능동적으로 일을 변화시키고 있었으며, 이는 일의 만족감을 향상할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 추후 타지역 학습마을활동가 대상의 후속연구를 제안하였다.

독일의 대체적 소비자분쟁해결법상 분쟁해결 절차에 관한 연구 -분쟁조정인의 법적 지위와 역할을 중심으로- (A Study on Dispute Resolution Procedures under the German Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Act)

  • The legal integration in the European Union that seeks a unified system in consumer disputes and the German Consumer Dispute Mediation Act based on this pursues the procedural fairness of consumer disputes and the equality of results. The role and legal status of the dispute mediator, who plays a very important role in this process, and the stable operation of the dispute resolution system and the guarantee of reasonable results through the guarantee of fairness and independence are very important values. In particular, the dispute mediator under the Act is conceptually different from the existing mediator or mediator, and through this distinction, the duties and contents of the dispute mediator are also distinguished. For this reason, the qualifications of dispute mediators that affect the outcome of dispute mediation are strictly stipulated. There have been some criticisms of this strictness, and such strictness is also seen as an excessive limitation. However, these standards can be understood as one of the efforts to make the dispute mediation procedure more systematic and to operate objectively in accordance with laws and procedures. In addition, in relation to the issue of independence and impartiality of the dispute mediator, the status of the dispute mediator is guaranteed in various aspects. In economic terms, it is not influenced by external factors, and furthermore, in order to guarantee job stability, the results of job security and dispute resolution are not linked. By examining the appropriate level of discipline for these dispute mediators, we expect the developmental growth of the consumer dispute resolution system under our Act.

역사적 지역 정체성의 지역민 소외 아이러니에 관한 이론적 고찰 (A theoretical study on the irony of alienation of local people by historical local identity)

  • This study discusses various conflict situations and unexpressed pathological potential in historical regions. In this regard, the issue of alienation of local people due to local identity was raised and the cause was investigated. It explains the structural origins of local alienation that occurred in the process of objectifying a region and forming its identity. The process of alienation of local residents of local identity identified in this paper was divided and explained in three stages: objectification of the region, symbolization of local identity, and religious materialism of local identity. In addition, in the process, the incorporation of the production mode of intellectual work, the separation of producers, and the loss of the subject-centered control ability over these products were pointed out as problematic situations. The study suggests to change the perception of the region and to restore the control of the local people through narrative in relation to this problematic situation. Thus, this thesis asserts that we need to have doubts about the justification for the public good and the basis of the resulting consensus, and that we should be constantly interested in the pathological signs of society around us.

Human Resources Management at the Library of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia during the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • This study aims to understand human resource management in the Library of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This institution had to change its work procedures, including its management of human resources. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, carried out from October to December 2020. The findings show that working from home practices had the following impacts: reduced ability to concentrate while working; many forced changes to the work programme; and problems of miscommunication due to work instructions being conveyed through a WhatsApp group. In response to the situation, the planning function of management was used to suspend the recruitment of interns; the organizing function was divided up tasks into two or three working days a week; the actuating function was seen in the willingness of leadership to motivate staff and to optimize resources by providing training; and the controlling function was realized in an online presence and online reporting mechanisms. It was concluded that the implementation of human resource management in the library was achieved through flexibility and staff empowerment. This involved carrying out initiatives and controlling their effectiveness in response to whatever changes were required by the latest pronouncements from government. Obstacles were still encountered in the implementation of these changes, especially in relation to the organizing function of management, where some conflict was seen between the DPR RI librarians.

미용특성화고등학교 학생들의 진로장벽이 취업결정수준에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Career Barriers on Employment Decisions among Students from Beauty-specialized High Schools)

  • This study aimed to investigate the influence of career barriers on employment decisions among high school students specializing in beauty-related field. The subjects of this study were 339 students attending beauty-specialized high schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollabuk-do, and a self-written questionnaire was employed for conducting the research. This survey was conducted from April 4 to April 18, 2022. A total of 380 questionnaires were distributed, and 350 responses were collected. Of these, 339 questionnaires were considered for the final analysis, as the remaining 11 had incomplete or insincere responses. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the career barriers affecting high school students in beauty-specialized schools were categorized into eight factors: lack of interest, economic difficulties, financial support, interpersonal challenges, job information, anxiety about future, conflict with others, and lack of self-clarity. Second, when assessing the impact of career barriers on employment decision-making, it was observed that the level of employment decision-making had a statistically positive (+) effect, and the lack of interest had a negative (-) effect on the level of employment decision-making. Next, the significance of the regression model, considering the specific factors of career barriers in relation to employment confidence, was established as p<.001. Variables such as a lack of interest, limited access to job information, and lack of self-clarity had a negative (-) effect on the level of employment confidence, with a significance level of 0.05.
