This study purpose is to improve athletes by investigating the relation between the leadership behavior type of athletes and athlete satisfaction and exercise flow. The sampling method was non-probabilistic sampling method. The number of questionnaires was 381 for analyzing the data. SPSS/PC+ Window 21.0 version statistical program were used for analyzing the questionnaire answers. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The study results are as follows. First, there were positive correlations between leadership behavior type of athletes and athlete satisfaction and exercise flow, but not between authoritative behavior of leader behavior type and exercise flow. Second, the effect of leadership behavior type of athletes on satisfaction of athletes was positive on social interaction related with training, instruction, and social support, on task execution related with training and instruction, and on coaching related with training, instruction, and positive feedback. Third, the effect of leadership behavior type of athletes on flow of exercise was positive on cognitive commitment related with training, instructions and positive feedback, and on behavioral commitment related with training, instructions, positive feedback, and social interaction. So, athletes will be able to perform good exercise skills if they come to the game in flowing exercise satisfaction and exercise.

Korean society believes that graduating from university is essential but even though choosing a career is important because of this social phenomenon, teenagers or the younger generation lack many aspects to choose or take responsibility of their career. Therefore, they are affected by others and this study explores how university students' career identity affects their self-career control and major satisfaction. The subjects of this research were 300 students of M college ranging from freshmen to juniors. The research period was 2015.09.30~10.07. Among the study results, the results of career identity affecting self-career control are career environment setting 18%, career commitment will 27%, planning and examining 18%, career feedback 12%, positive thinking 22% and study shows that career commitment will has a large impact on career identity. Second, the results of how career identity affects major satisfaction revealed that recognition satisfaction, relation satisfaction, and normal satisfaction have a large influence on career decision. This analysis result concludes that a college student's career identity lowers the conflict of choosing a major or job and with a higher satisfaction of their major, can obtain self-confidence of choosing a job, searching for a job, and setting a life goal. Therefore, in order to raise career identity, colleges need to research and develop career guidance programs and career counseling.
The meaning of this research work lies in providing useful basic resources which can be utilized in the strategic respect of internal marketing by investigating how security employees' quality in relation to service orientation impact on organizational effectiveness. Employees of security in Seoul Gyeonggi region were selected as the subjects of this survey and 234 participants were sampled by Convenience Sampling Method. Resulting data were processed by frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis using SPSS V11.0 program. The results from these research methods and analyses revealed the followings: First, service leadership which was the sub-variable of the service orientation according to the demographic characteristics revealed significant differences in gender, age; and service encounter, in age, the level of education and monthly income; and the service system, in gender, age and monthly income; and human resources management, in gender, age, the level of education and monthly income. Second, job satisfaction which was the sub-variable of the organizational effectiveness according to the demographic characteristics revealed significant differences in age, the level of education and monthly income; and organizational commitment, in gender, age, the level of education and monthly income. Third, the results from regression analysis of service orientation and organizational effectiveness showed that service leadership, service system, service encounter, which were the sub-variables of service orientation, had significant impacts on job satisfaction, and that service system and human resources management impacted significantly on organizational commitment.
The purpose of this study was to illuminate the ways to im-prove the level of life satisfaction of the elderly who chose or happened to live at paid facilities by examining some of factors such as individual family social support and facility related el-ements that would influence their life satisfaction. The interview outcomes came out in three main discussions. First the general characteristics of the participating elderly appeared to be that most of them were ver7y elderly relatively highly educated females and religions and the rate of being ill was high. And a half of them considered themselves as heal- thy people and the other half as unhealthy. Secondly in view of statisticsal results the level of their life satisfaction was influnced by their individual family and facillity related factors. As far as their individual related factor are concerned the level of one party's life satisfaction was relative-ely higher than that of other's when the person is female had religio presumed oneself as in healthy and good physical condition. And when participating member keeps good relation-ship with his or her own children the level of the person's life satisfaction was only slightly higher than other elderly group who did not have good relationship with their children. There were no other significant statistical differences on the level of their life satisfaction related to the social support factors between those two group. Thirdly the level of the elderly's life satisfaction was influe- nced in the order of folldwing factors: (1) the quality of facility living condition 2) the commitment of ownership of the organization (3) the elderly residents' own education level (4) the elderly's own subjectivel health condition and (5) the sex of the individuals.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between communication and conflict in the ship organization and to analyze the affect of the conflict on the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness in the view of dysfunctional conflict that would play on the negative role to decrease the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness. The empirical survey showed that the intragroup and intergroup communications in the ship organization affect on the conflict of within and between groups, these conflicts decrease the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness, and that cohesiveness affect the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction of ship organization member significantly.
Since entered into force in 1994, United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC) would require all the member nations to adopt national programme for mitigating climate change and industrialized countries to undertake specific commitments of carbon dioxide emission reduction. Considering all the situation, it may be safe to assume that Korea would undertake such commitment early in the next century. Unfortunately, however, we are in the position that is very disadvantageous in preparing national strategies for carbon dioxide reduction mainly due to our rigid energy-intensive economic structure and poor geographic conditions. Solar energy is regarded as most available renewable energy resource in Korea and hence development of solar energy technology would serve as one of most effective alternatives for energy conservation and renewable energy utilization. In this regard, the presenting paper discuss the perspectives on solar energy development in relation to carbon dioxide reduction strategies. Such technologies of solar cell mass production and solar heating were considered to be most advantageous among many solar energy solutions discussed in this paper.
The research analyzed to verify that self-support center employee's internal marketing, social exchange relation and personal characteristic effect on self-support program which is essential to provide job and to progress self-support ability for workable low-income group. The research used questionnaires of 156 substances to analyze in self-support center employee within Gwang-Ju area. The questionnaire was analyzed using statistical package for the social sciences(SPSS) program and it used factor analysis, reliability analysis and especially hierarchical regression multiple analysis for hypothesis test. The result of research that self-support center employee's education, training, delegation of authority and job efficacy effect on maximize business result through mediated effect of emotional immersion. Therefore, the research proposes improvement of self-support center employee's education, training, delegation of authority and job efficacy.
Strategic bundling of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices among themselves works together as an entire HRM system rather than individual HRM practices to achieve organizational objectives. The bundles of HR practices support the effectiveness of one another assuming the effectiveness of any practice depends on other practices in place. It is said that the greater the total degree of bundling among the various components of HRM policies and practices, the more will be the organizational outcomes. Realizing these facts, this study aimed to explore the level of strategic bundling and examined the impact of such bundling on organizational performance to the publicly listed companies of Nepal. This empirical study is based on description and exploratory design for which data collected through the questionnaire based on 5-point liker scale. Total population of the study at the time of data collection are 234 organizations publicly listed in Stock Exchange of Nepal. Questionnaire is distributed to all organizations listed, response received from 105 organizations, as a unit of analysis, which is fairly good response. The study of strategic bundling of HRM practices perhaps the first study in Nepal, found that only 32 percent organizations have followed high bundling HR practices and these high bundling organizations are significantly different with low bundling organizations. Business organizations are trying to practice being close association of HRM policies and practices within them except labor relation with employee participation and business strategies. Supporting to the international literature, strategic bundling of HRM practices among themselves shows statistically significant effects on quality of product or services, labor productivity, financial performance, employee satisfaction, rate of innovation, employee commitment and market share.
The purpose of this study is to identify the recent attitude of nurses toward euthanasia. and to provide necessary basic information for on-the-job-training and student education. The subject of this study are 521 nurses working in the hospital attached to university in Seoul. to whom I distributed questionnaires which were made on the basis of the instrument of Tordella & Neutens. from 21. July. 2000 to 27. July. 2000. The collected data were statistically examined through SPSS program and were analysed through Frequency. Means. Factor Analysis. T-test. and ANOVA. The study results are as follows: 1. General characteristics of nurses are in age of average 26.9. in education of junior college graduate $83.7\%$. in both parent alive $85.2\%$. in marital status of single $77.5\%$. in religion of christianity $34.8\%$ against non-religion 38.3%. The term of employment is average 52.7 months and are in various post. The experience of family dying $46.3\%$ and of terminal care $56.8\%\;and\;82.5\%$ are information oriented to euthanasia. 2. The attitude toward euthanasia reveals 3.40 score in average. and is significant in relation to religion among general characteristics (p<.000). 3. Passive euthanasia reveals 2.48 score in average with significance in religion(p<.000), and duty post (p<.046). Natural euthanasia is 4.09 score which is in most characteristics positive direction with significance in information oriented group. Indirect euthanasia reveals 2.98 score and are significant in various group of age (p<.004). both parents alive (p<.005), marital status (p<.000). term of employment (p<.022), duty post (p<.005), and family dying(p<.028). Family commitment is 3.51 score with significance in both parents alive (p<.023) and term of employment (p<.020). Clear definition of euthanasia and analysis of its effects need to be studied in order to improve proper courses of nursing patients with terminal illness.
Objectives: A systematic review and a meta-analysis were performed investigate the factors related to turnover intention of dental hygienists in Korea. Methods: Literature between 2000 and January 2021 were used to support the meta-analysis, which focused on 21 factors extracted from 50 articles using a random effects model. The correlation coefficient, r, in the effect size was calculated. Results: Substantial literature was published after 2011 (76%); in academic journals (74%); and targeted nonmetropolitan areas (40%). Lawler's turnover intention tool was used in several studies. The effect size for each ecosystem was in the order of microsystem (r=0.325), mesosystem (r=0.307), macrosystem (r=0.259), exosystem (r=0.176), and individuals (r=0.171). The random-effects model indicated an overall average of r=0.311. The factor that showed a large effect size in relation to turnover intention was organizational commitment of the microsystem (r=-0.594). Furthermore, mesosystem reward (r=- 0.416), microsystem burnout (r=0.464), job stress (r=0.408), and job satisfaction (r=-0.405) were identified as other major factors. Conclusions: To lower the turnover rate of dental hygienists, it is important to focus on factors belonging to the microsystem, and mesosystem reward.
