Superimposing 3D Models on Real Scenes Based on The Reinforcement Learning using Visual Observations

  • This research presents a method for Augmented Reality (AR) object superimposition leveraging reinforcement learning techniques to significantly reduce manual input during the exploration of digital information on construction sites. A distinctive feature of this approach is the application of a reinforcement learning neural network, trained with pairs of real and virtual view images, for AR superimposition. This approach enables the precise adjustment of the virtual camera's position and orientation within a virtual scene, aiming to seamlessly integrate AR objects into real-world views. This research initially focuses on simpler scenarios involving 2 and 3 degrees of freedom for orientation and position adjustments. The purpose is to explore the feasibility of the application through those experiments, with the expectation that the results would be interpreted positively. These initial findings highlight the promise of the suggested method in improving AR applications, especially within the construction sector, by enabling more natural and precise merging of virtual and physical objects, without requiring user intervention.

  • Excessive water leakage phenomenon happens through damage of nation core zone of about 17,000 storage of water facilities or collapse of dam is worried, is being damaged or enforce dilapidated fill dam core zone's repair reinforcement. Example that use grouting method of construction considering construction and economic performance etc. recently by repair reinforcement way about defect of dam is increased. Permeation grouting method repair & reinforcement of fill dam countermeasure is preferred in nation. Do that is economical to decide these repair reinforcement effect and grouting effect estimation method that do not give damage to dam is effective. Therefore, observing electricity resistivity Survey change of dam since grouting reinforcement using Electric resistivity Survey inquiry of seismic survey method in this research, Wished to verify grouting effect whether is possible as Electric resistivity Survey, and study whether integrity of dam through repair reinforcement defined.

  • The availability of PMT(Project Management Tool) in the market has been increasing rapidly in recent years and Significant advancements have been made for project managers to use for planning, monitoring, and control. Recently, studies applying the Reinforcement-Learning Based Construction Schedule Simulation algorithm for construction project process planning/management are increasing. When reinforcement learning is applied, the agent recognizes the current state and learns to select the action that maximizes the reward among selectable actions. However, if the action of global optimal points is not selected in simulation selection, the local optimal resource may receive continuous compensation (+), which may result in failure to reach the global optimal point. In addition, there is a limitation that the optimization time can be long as numerous iterations are required to reach the global optimal point. Therefore, this study presented a method to improve optimization performance by increasing the probability that a resource with high productivity and low unit cost is selected, preventing local optimization, and reducing the number of iterations required to reach the global optimal point. In the performance evaluation process, we demonstrated that this method leads to closer approximation to the optimal value with fewer iterations.

  • With the tunnel to case of the construction slope it executes the periodic maintenance due to an objectivity standard. But, the standard connected with construction slope is not integrated with the important public paper organic enemy and it is duplicated and the standards which conflict are being scattered. Also, it is referred to some specifications simply and the feature which is diffuse appears. Therefore, there is a necessity which it investigates the problem point of the maintenance civil official and it improves rationally and it takes a triangular position a confusedly be standard system. In this research which it sees accomplished the fundamental research against the inspection item classified by reinforcement method for the construction slope maintenance.

  • This study is concerned with the VSTUD shear reinforcement that it can be installed easily in filed as product at the factory and seismic performance can be achieved. The method of study is as follows. first, we researched constructability and economy of existing method. Secondly, we made specimen and were examined structural performance tests in order to verify the performance of the shear reinforcement. As a result, developed SL shear reinforcement increased in shear strength and stiffness of reinforcement, structural safety is judged to be increased.

Comparison of behaviour of basal reinforced piled embankment with two layer of reinforcement

  • Interest to basal reinforced piled embankments is increasing recently due to their rapid construction and reliability. A comprehensive parametric study is conducted to determine effects of pile properties, reinforcement stiffness, embankment properties and soft soil properties into settlements, pressures and excess pore water pressure development and dissipations. Results which are obtained by using one-layer reinforcement during construction are compared with the results obtained by using two-layer reinforcement during construction. Finite element method is used during the parametric study. Second layer of reinforcement is placed in five different positions in order to reveal effects of reinforcement position into behaviour. Traffic load is also taken into consideration during the study. Differences between the results without presence of traffic loading and with presence of traffic loading is stated in this the study.

  • This paper considers a reinforcement learning(RL) which deals with real environments. Most reinforcement learning studies have been made by simulations because real-environment learning requires large computational cost and much time. Furthermore, it is more difficult to acquire many rewards efficiently in real environments than in virtual ones. The most important requirement to make real-environment learning successful is the appropriate construction of the state space. In this paper, to begin with, I show the basic overview of the reinforcement learning under real environments. Next, 1 introduce a state-space construction method under real environmental which is State Partition Method. Finally I apply this method to a robot navigation problem and compare it with conventional methods.

섬유 및 강성 보강재료 기반 도시철도 내진성능 보강공법적용의 문제점 연구 (A Study on the Problem of Application of Seismic Performance Reinforcement Method for Urban Railways Case of Fiber and Rigid Reinforcement)

  • 국내 도시철도는 2005년 내진설계가 본격적으로 도입되었으며, 내진성능평가 및 보강방법에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 2009년 3월 공포된 지진재해대책법 시행령(현 지진화산재해 대책법 시행령)에 따라 2010년4월~2013년10월까지 일부 지자체에서 도시철도 지하화 구간의 내진성능 상세 평가 및 보강방안을 수립하였다. 그 후, 2018년 말까지 공용기간이 오래된 구간에 대하여 기존 도시철도의 내진성능 평가를 수행하였으며, 기 연구된 방법을 적용하여 다양한 공법으로 보강공사를 시행하고 있다. 그러나 다양한 보강재료과 이를 사용한 공법이 연구되었지만, 현재 도시철도 보강공사에 적용되고 있는 공법에 대한 분류 실태연구는 미비하다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 도시철도 내진성능보강 공사에 적용중인 사례를 분석하여, 공법별 특징 및 적용 사유와 문제점을 제시하는데 있다.

프리스트레스 및 강관보강 그라우팅을 이용한 터널 필라부 보강공법의 적용성 검토를 위한 축소모형 실험 (Reduced model experiment to review applicability of tunnel pillar reinforcement method using prestress and steel pipe reinforcement grouting)

  • 본 연구에서는 프리스트레스와 그라우팅을 이용한 터널 필라부 보강공법에 대해 검토하였다. 병설터널의 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 보강법들은 다양하지만 프리스트레스와 그라우팅을 이용한 터널 필라부 공법이 현장적용성, 안정성, 경제성에서 우수하다고 판단됨에 따라 실질적인 거동 메커니즘의 이론적 검토 및 수치해석적 검토가 필요하기 때문에 축소모형 실험을 진행하였다. 축소모형 실험은 PC강연선 + 강관보강 그라우팅 + 프리스트레스(Case 1), PC강연선 + 강관보강 그라우팅(Case 2), 무보강(Case 3)으로 나누어 필라부의 변위와 벽체에 가해지는 토압을 측정하였다. 실험을 통하여 여러 공법 중 PC강연선 + 강관보강 그라우팅 + 프리스트레스 공법은 가장 우수한 보강공법임을 확인하였고 추후 현장실험을 통해 이를 검증하고 보완해 나간다면 현재 적용되는 보강공법보다 변위 제어 및 부재력 측면에서 우수한 결과를 도출해 낼 수 있을 것이라 판단되었다.

박스형 보강효과를 고려한 개선된 PSC Beam교의 구조 안전성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Structural Safety Evaluation of Improved PSC Beam Bridges Considering To-Box Reinforcement Effect)

  • 노후화된 PSC Beam 교량은 개선된 보강방안이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 성능저하가 발생된 노후 PSC Beam 교량을 대상으로 PSC Beam 교량의 보강형을 폐단면 박스형태로 변환하여 이차합성 구조화함으로써, PSC Beam 교량의 강성을 안정적으로 증가시킬 수 있는 박스형 보강방안을 제안하였다. 제안된 보강방안과 기존의 외부프리스트레스 도입공법을 결합하여 보강할 경우, 보강효과를 정량적으로 규명하기 위해 시공단계해석에 따른 시간 의존적 정밀해석을 수행하였다. 성능개선을 위해 제안된 박스형 보강방안 적용 시 보강방법에 따라 전단면 및 휨 보강과 같은 다양한 형태의 보강방안을 제시한 후, 각각의 보강방안에 대해 이차합성 효과에 따른 상향캠버 및 부재응력 특성을 평가하였다. 또한 내하력 평가를 수행하여 내하율을 검토함으로서, 개선된 PSC Beam 교량의 구조 안전성을 정량적으로 평가하였다.
