  • The purpose of this study was to find the rational method to analyze golf swing with specific property of club shaft. Three subjects were filmed by two high speed digital cameras with 500 fps. The phase analyzed was downswing of each subject. The three-dimensional coordinates of the anatomical landmarks were obtained with motion analysis system Kwon3d 3.0 version and smoothed by lowpass digital filter with cutoff frequency 6Hz. From these data, kinematic and kinetic variables were calculated using Matlab(ver 5.0) The variables for this study were angular velocity and accelerations, which were calculated and following conclusions have been made : 1) Golf swing time of stiff club is faster than that of regular club. 2) In shoulder joint motion of swing with the stiff club, x-stiff showed mort rapid negative acceleration than that of regular club. 3) In regular club, the velocity of club head would be more effective velocity, which was increasing, than those of other clubs before impact. 4) In wrist joint motion of swing with stiff club, x-stiff club showed faster than regular club in the downswing and impact more rapid negative acceleration.

  • In this paper, we provide the notions of dual quaternions and their algebraic properties based on matrices. From quaternion analysis, we give the concept of a derivative of functions and and obtain a dual quaternion Cauchy-Riemann system that are equivalent. Also, we research properties of a regular function with values in dual quaternions and relations derivative with a regular function in dual quaternions.

  • The homothety classes of lattices in a two dimensional vector space over a nonarchimedean local field form a regular tree ${\mathcal{T}}$ of degree q + 1 on which the projective linear group acts naturally where q is the order of the residue field. We show that for any finite regular combinatorial graph of even degree q + 1, there exists a torsion free discrete subgroup ${\Gamma}$ of the projective linear group such that ${\mathcal{T}}/{\Gamma}$ is isomorphic to the graph.

  • The purpose of this study was designed for the model development of curriculum of school health education including learning-teaching method, through analysis of results compared between a regular schedule health instruction and irregular health education. And this study is an attempt to give fundamental information for establishing of school health subject as the concept and scope of the school health subject is still not recognized and accepted satisfactorily in Korea. The data were collected by questionnaire from middle school girls and were carried out from 1989 to 1991. The major results obtained from this study were as follows: A Analysis of the case of school health. instruction 1. The responses of students about health eaducation : The positive rate of answers on the 'Health education is very important subject' was 91.2%, and on the 'I can maintain well healthful life : int of selfcare' was 87.1%. 2. The condition on knowledge, attitude and practice about health education: Education group had higher scores than comparison group about all most of questions, especially sex-education and drug abuse prevention education. 3. All the case of disease early founded out during the health instruction were children disease such as bone-tumor, lymphoma, hydrocephalus, and leukemia. B. Model development of school health education 1. Component of the health education subject (1) Healthful Life → Personal Health (2) Physical anatomy and Prevention of disease → Community Health (3) Growth and Development(sex education) → Community Health (4) Environment and Health → Community Health (5) Previntion of drug abuse → Human Health (6) Safety life → Human Health 2. Leanning - teaching method of health instruction (1) A Model of leaning-teaching method : A regular circulating health instruction by the component health subject for 2 hours a month. (2) B Model of leaning-teaching method : A regular schedule health education for hour a week.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the differences in classification skills shown in classification activities between the gifted and regular students in elementary schools. The subjects for the research consisted of six gifted students in an institute for the gifted for science annexed to P school district in Gangwon-do and 6 students at B and M general elementary schools. Results were as follows: The time taken for classification activities of the gifted was shorter than regular regardless of subjects for classifying. The number of standards for classifying for the gifted was more than regular students. Coefficient for measuring classification skills of the gifted was higher than regulars regardless of age. Consequently, there was a difference in the time taken for classifying and generating the number of standards and in a numerical index of classification activities performed at science classes between the science gifted and the regular students.

  • This study was conducted with the focus on the process of constructing 3 definition and produced definitions as well as gifted students' conceptions of a mathematical definition In the study, the students made five types of regular polyhedrons (section1), observed them and stated their characteristics (section2) and then constructed a definition of regular polyhedrons based on their observations (section3). We divided students into two groups by analyzing students' definitions. One group made definitions that were consist with a mathematical definition of regular polyhedrons, the other one made definitions that were not. We checked if they fulfilled requirements for a mathematical definition. Researchers sought to gain various suggestions through the analysis of the observations and definition laid down by the students and through the characteristics shown by the students in the process of defining the concept.

  • We study equivalent definitions and some categorical properties of completely regular quasi-ordered spaces and zero-dimensional quasi-ordered spaces. Using the o-completely regular (resp. o-zero-dimensional) filters on a completely regular (resp. zero-dimensional) quasi-ordered space, we show that the category COMPOS (resp. ZCOMPOS) of compact (resp. compact zero-dimensional) partially ordered spaces is reflective in the category CRQOS (resp. ZQOS) of completely regular (resp. zero-dimensional) quasi-ordered spaces and continuous isotones.
