Numerous digital image analysis techniques have been developed with regard to transmission electron microscopy (TEM) with the help of programming. DigitalMicrograph (DM, Gatan Inc., USA), which is installed on most TEMs as operational software, includes a script language to develop customized software for image analysis. Based on the DM script language, this work provides a script source listing for quantitative strain measurements based on a geometric phase analysis.

In this paper, we propose the obstacle database management module for obstacle estimation and clustering. The proposed G-eye manager system can create customized walking route for blind people using the UI manager and verify the coordinates of the path. Especially, G-eye management system designed a regional information module. The regional information module can improve the loading speed of the obstacle data by classifying the local information by clustering the coordinates of the obstacle. In this paper, we evaluate the reliability of the walking route generated from the obstacle map. We obtain the coordinate value of the path avoiding the virtual obstacle from the proposed system and analyze the error rate of the path avoiding the obstacle according to the size of the obstacle. And we analyze the correlation between obstacle size and route by classifying virtual obstacles into sizes.

This study analyze the certified management bodies for rural convergence industry promotion in Jeonnam province. The main results are as follows. Firstly, both certified management bodies and committee members are positive about the prospects of the 6^th industry, and they also agree on the need for 6^th Industrial accreditation system. Secondly, The 6^th industry affects "creation of value added" and "linked to regional agriculture." In other words, we can see that the 6^th industry can contribute to creating new values and linking regional agriculture. Finally, in order to foster certified management bodies for the 6^th industry, the management bodies put joint promotion, marketing and sales support on a priority basis, and was interested in supporting commercialization, such as on-site coaching, while the expert committee put priority on fostering the search for profit models, placing importance on supporting commercialization such as customized coaching.

According to the rise of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the need for innovation networks through cooperation between participants is increasing to respond to rapidly changing technologies and corporate environments. Especially, cooperation is essential to solve and innovate problems faced SMEs lacking human and material resources. We conducted a study to revitalize the regional cooperation network by analyzing the current status and problems of the existing SME support network. As a result, We derived a strategy to create a foundation for a regional cooperation network through reorganization of existing cooperation networks, the establishment of customized policies for SMEs, and linkage of support projects. And we derived a strategy for establishing a specialized network for regional innovation as a result of research through Establishing a network for regional bases, strategies for fostering companies by growth stage, and utilizing local data. We expect that it will help establish a policy to support SMEs by preparing an organic cooperation system between local businesses and local networks.

Recently, the environment has been recognized as an important factor in increasing competitiveness in the industry. In agriculture and rural areas, the environment is becoming important in terms of the competitive advantage of agricultural products and continued regional development. This study intended to provide farmers with basic data for the continuous development of local agriculture through exploratory studies of environmental behaviors and regional development. In this study, 107 questionnaires were used for analysis of farmers in Jinan County to analyze the impact of farmers' environmental consciousness on regional development, and the research model was verified using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that among the components of the environmental consciousness of farmers, environmental health has a statistically significant positive effect on environmental behaviors, while environmental interest and soil environment do not have an impact. The environmental behaviors of farmers have not been shown to be statistically significant to regional development. As a result of the analysis of this research, first, it is necessary to foster at the local level by establishing a customized fostering system for each village and region, such as education and technical support to vitalize the participation of young farmers and small and medium-sized farmers through the establishment of an Eco-friendly agricultural organization support system. It is necessary to raise public awareness of the public good function of agriculture and expand opportunities for sharing the value of Eco-friendly agriculture.

The Korean government has promoted rural development projects aimed at bridging the gap between cities and rural areas. However, prior research in assessing available rural projects was mainly focused on only part of the agricultural area, evaluation of project types and improvement measures, analysis of operating management policies, and measuring levels of importance by sub-project categories, and yet the study found a little study on residents' satisfaction of the project who is the direct and fundamental beneficiary. In particular, comparative studies on rural and fishing village residents were insufficient. Thus, the present study chose village residents from Chodo-ri where the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries held the Customized Capacity Empowerment Project from the Gangwon Fishing Village Specialized Support Center and Songgye-ri where was the project area for rural revitalization project to navigate changes on both perception and satisfaction of the village residents before and after the education.

Initiatives for balanced growth are centered on urban centers and strictly based upon focused areas and quantitative economics, and thus have rather facilitated the urbanization while deteriorating rural areas' competitiveness. Although huge supports have been made by the central government to address this issue, the effects are very low, due to the limitation of top-down approaches. Recently, however, the demand of differentiated policies for rural communities increases while the necessity of diagnostic index tailored for individual municipalities is also highlighted. The present study investigates diagnostic indices discussed in the preceding studies and derives optimum ones suitable for rural area evaluation. To this end, an index pool was constructed and a set of indices was developed through experts interview and factor analysis. It is expected that the indices help planners effectively diagnose rural areas, and contribute to expand the applicability of 'Customized Diagnostic Technologies.'

In this paper the demand and supply of labor are forecasted over the next 10 years for customized nurturing human resource focused on Manufacturing Industry in Chung-Nam Province. Despite that the industrial structure is rapidly changing, industrial labors are nurturing on the basis of past industrial structure. This research is conducted for reducing mismatched labors throughout forecasting human resources until 2020. As a practical approach, the BLS Methodology is partially utilized. And the previous researches and official statistics data are reviewed. In conclusion, this study presents that more human resources on Manufacturing Industry than other Industries will be needed in Chung-Nam province. In details, it shows that there will be required more Industrial labors for strategic industries for examples, Audio and Video related industry, and Car related industry which is propelling by overall local government. In additions, policy implications are developed by analyzing current status and forecasting the labor demand and supply in the Chung-Nam Manufacturing sector.

Fine dust is one of the most critical environmental issues in Korea, and the government recognizes the need to establish customized reduction policies based on regional characteristics. Several studies on air pollutants investigate whether factories affect the distribution of fine dust in a particular region. However, understanding the impact of the entire industry sector requires further investigation. This study identifies the impacts of industrial characteristics on fine dust levels of 141 municipalities across Korea in 2016. A total of 23 variables were used, of which 12 referred to industries and 11 to general characteristics of each city. Due to the high correlation between independent variables, partial least squares (PLS) regression models were used. The analysis identified 14 significant variables for PM10 and 13 for PM2.5. Therefore, the results suggest that local industrial characteristics can significantly influence fine dust levels and provide suggestions for establishing customized reduction policies based on local characteristics.

Recently, the occurrences of droughts have been increased because of global warming and climate change. Water resources that mostly rely on groundwater are particularly vulnerable to the impact of precipitation variation, one of the major elements of climate change, are very sensitive to changes in the seasonal distribution as well as the average annual change in the viewpoint of agricultural activity. In this study, the status of drought for the present and future on Jeju Island which entirely rely on groundwater using SPI and PDSI were analyzed considering regional distribution of crops in terms of land use and fluctuation of water demand. The results showed that the precipitation distribution in Jeju Island is changed in intensity as well as seasonal variation of extreme events and the amount increase of precipitation during the dry season in the spring and fall indicated that agricultural water demand and supply policies would be considered by regional characteristics, especially the western region with largest market garden crops. Regarding the simulated future drought, the drought would be mitigated in the SPI method because of considering total rainfall only excluding intensity variation, while more intensified in the PDSI because it considers the evapotranspiration as well as rainfall as time passed. Moreover, the drought in the northern and western regions is getting worse than in the southern region so that the establishment of regional customized policies for water supply in Jeju Island is needed.
