A few recent international surveys reported that Korea ranks the top with respect to the high-speed information and communication network subscription per 100 people in the world. Such infrastructure has been bringing about broad changes in Internet service for both business and individual users. By conducting a questionnaire survey on a moderate size of sample proportional to the population of each region across country, we try to analyze what factors might explain the level of Internet service satisfaction with respect to security, searching, and convenience dimensions. According to the test results, several factors such as sex, age, kind of network lines, usage frequency, e-mail usage, e-shopping, online problem experience might explain the different levels of Internet service satisfaction in the high-speed Internet network. This study might shed a guidance to scholars conducting Internet-related studies and practitioners who plan information policies and business strategies.

On-line shopping mall has become a powerful marketing tool recently. On-line shopping malls provide information for consumers about goods and influence the decision-making process of purchasers. Therefore many local government made on-line shopping malls for advertising agricultural production in the region. However, in the face of problems related with effectiveness on shopping mall management, most of on-line shopping malls has been managing by private sector actually. This study aims to propose the plans for development of the on-line shopping malls. For this purpose, this study investigated current management status of the shopping malls and conducted case study on-line shopping malls.

본 연구는 산업과 인구의 이동현상을 대상으로 한 공간적 패턴 분석의 필요성을 인지하고, 수도권에서 충남으로 이전한 가구의 가구특성 및 공간적 패턴을 파악한 후 종합적으로 지리적 가중 회귀분석을 통해 수도권 기업의 지방이전에 따른 인구이동의 관계성을 도출하는 것을 목표로 삼았다. 분석결과 수도권에서 충청남도로 전입하는 인구는 직업을 주 목적으로 예산과 아산을 중심으로 하여 1, 2인 가구가 주로 전입하고 있었으며, GWR을 통해 연구지역의 시 군별로 직업을 사유로 이동하는 인구의 이동 요인을 파악한 결과 경제적 요인 이외에도 인구 요인과 교통 요인, 주거환경 요인 등의 영향을 받고 있었다. 위와 같은 분석결과들을 공공기업의 지방이전 및 수도권 기업의 기업이전에 따른 도시조성과 연관시켜 생각함으로써 다음과 같은 정책적 시사점들을 이끌어 낼 수 있었다. 첫째로, 현재 충청남도의 탈 수도권인구의 이동에 있어 수도권 기업의 이전에 따른 영향이 직접적으로 미치는 지역은 '시'단위의 규모보다 '군'단위의 소도시에서 효과가 더욱 좋은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 그럼에도 수도권 유출인구가 천안시, 아산시, 당진시 같은 대형 '시'단위의 도시로 가장 많이 이주하는 것은 사람들이 거주지를 선택함에 있어서는 직장 외 다른 이유가 작용한다는 것을 시사해준다. 둘째로, 향후 직업을 사유로 이동하는 인구는 개인단위보다는 가족단위의 이동이 대두될 것이며 유년 고령인구 위주로 거주지를 선택하게 될 것이므로 유년층 혹은 고령층에 대비하여 정주환경을 개선할 필요가 있다.

In this paper the prevailing geography of the information sector, fousing on its occupatonal dimension, is examined. The purposes of this paper are to analyze the labor force share of information occupation workers at each special city and region, to compare the inter-regional distribution of information workforce and to analyze regional share of information occupations in manufacturing industry. Spatial pattern of size and occupational composition of information sector shows a core-periphery disparity. There is a clear evidence of Seoul's dominance of the information economy, particularly such as scientific and technical, consultative services, management and process control function. Also the distribution of information workers in manufacturing industry over space was polarized than is the case for total manufacturing employment and noninformation workers. Therefore Korean information economy is marked by a highly articulated spatial division of labor within individual industry, which can be attributed to the locational characteristics of information intensive industries and industrial composition of regional economy. From the results of this study, information employment prospects among regions of Korea would reinforce the unequal geography of job opportunity. In this light, regional policy efforts should be given to the improvement of information infrastructure to facilitate new computer-based service products and process in peripheral regions.

플리커, 페이스북과 같은 대용량 소셜 미디어 공유 사이트의 발전으로 이미지 정보가 매우 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 소셜 이미지를 정확하게 검색하기 위한 다양한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이미지 태그들의 의미적 연관성을 이용하여 태그기반의 이미지 검색의 정확도를 높이고자 하는 연구를 비롯하여 이미지 단어집(Bag of Visual Words)을 기반으로 웹 이미지를 분류하는 연구도 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이미지에서 배경과 같은 중요도가 떨어지는 정보를 제거하여 중요부분을 찾는 GBVS(Graph Based Visual Saliency)모델을 기존 연구에 사용할 것을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 첫 번째, 이미지 태그들의 의미적 연관성을 이용해 1차 분류된 데이터베이스에 SIFT알고리즘을 사용하여 이미지 단어집(BoVW)을 만든다. 두 번째, 테스트할 이미지에 GBVS를 통해서 이미지의 관심영역을 선택하여 테스트한다. 의미연관성 태그와 SIFT기반의 이미지 단어집을 사용한 기존의 방법에 GBVS를 적용한 결과 더 높은 정확도를 보임을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 21개 영남권 도시들 간 네트워크 시간거리와 유동량자료를 이용하여 이들 간의 상보성을 추정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사람, 화물, 정보, 금융 등 네 가지 유형의 유동이 고려되었다. 이들 중 사람과 화물의 유동은 교통 네트워크상에서, 그리고 정보와 금융의 유동은 통신 네트워크상에서 이루어지는 것으로 구분되어 분석되었다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 먼저 도시들 간 유동의 기댓값이 중력모형에 기초한 회귀분석모형과 이중제약 엔트로피 극대화모형을 통해 추정되었다. 이를 통해 추정된 유동량은 사람 및 화물의 경우 실측 유동량으로부터 그리고 정보와 금융의 경우 추정유동량으로부터 차감하여 양의 결과값, 즉 상보성을 가지는 지를 확인하였다. 분석 결과는 이들 네 가지 유형의 상보성 유동이 공간패턴과 도시계층이라는 측면에서 각각 독특한 도시 네트워크를 형성하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 이는 이 지역에서 네트워크 도시 모형을 추진하는 과정에서 네트워크 기반시설 공급과 관련된 이슈들을 적절한 방식으로 해결하기 위해서는 상보성의 각 유형별로 맞춤형의 전략이 바람직할 것임을 시사한다.

Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) combined with attention mechanism is extensively used to generate semantic sentences of images in image captioning models. However, features of salient regions and spatial information are not utilized sufficiently in most related works. Meanwhile, the LSTM also suffers from the problem of underutilized information in a single time step. In the paper, two innovative approaches are proposed to solve these problems. First, the Synergy-Gated Attention (SGA) method is proposed, which can process the spatial features and the salient region features of given images simultaneously. SGA establishes a gated mechanism through the global features to guide the interaction of information between these two features. Then, the Recurrent Fusion LSTM (RF-LSTM) mechanism is proposed, which can predict the next hidden vectors in one time step and improve linguistic coherence by fusing future information. Experimental results on the benchmark dataset of MSCOCO show that compared with the state-of-the-art methods, the proposed method can improve the performance of image captioning model, and achieve competitive performance on multiple evaluation indicators.

The objective of this paper is to design segmentation algorithm for applying the breast ultrasound image to CAD(Computer Aided Diagnosis). This study is conducted after understanding limits, used algorithm and demands of CAD system by interviewing with a medical doctor and analyzing related works based on a general CAD framework that is consisted of five step-establishment of plan, analysis of needs, design, implementation and test & maintenance. Detection function of CAD is accomplished by Canny algorithm and arithmetic operations for segmentation. In addition to, long computing time is solved by extracting ROI (Region Of Interests) and applying segmentation technical methods based morphology algorithm. Overall course of study is conducted by verification of medical doctor. And validity and verification are satisfied by medical doctor's confirmation. Moreover, manual segmentation of related works, restrictions on the number of tumor and dependency of image resolution etc. was solved. This study is utilized as a support system aided doctors' subjective diagnosis even though a lot of future studies is needed for entire application of CAD system.

Recently junior colleges in Korea have been working to meet changes in industrial and educational surroundings by establishing new departments, integrating and abolishing existing ones, or adjusting departmental quotas. These endeavors need to be based on an analysis of industrial policies, both national and international, and of the industrial trend of the region in which the particular college is located. They also need to take into consideration change in educational policies and the direction of the college's specialization. This study aims to provide some foundation materials for these endeavors. As a result, it has considered changes in industrial and educational surroundings and analyzed the whole spectrum of departments existing at Korean junior colleges, with a focus on business-related ones. In the course it has taken a look at the division system, presently a hot issue regarding the restructuring of the colleges. To summarize, each college offers departments, having taken into consideration its regional, industrial, and educational environments. The result of this study may be utilized by colleges when they establish new departments, integrate and abolish existing ones, and adjust departmental quotas. When they utilize the result, the colleges are advised to consider changes in the structure of industries and manpower, those in educational policies, and the direction of their specialization.

본 연구에서는 매수인이 부동산을 검색할 때, 매수인의 다양한 성향을 고려할 수 있는 새로운 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 부동산 가격에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석한 뒤, 지역요인 및 개별요인으로 분류하였다. 다요소 의사결정(Multi-attribute Decision Making) 알고리즘을 통해 매수인이 입력한 검색조건을 분석하여 가중치를 부여하고, 부동산 후보지간 엔트로피 척도를 통해 최적의 부동산 후보지를 도출하도록 설계하였다. 본 검색 시스템의 효용성을 평가하기 위해 부산지역의 실제 부동산 정보를 이용하여 실험을 진행하였다. 실험결과, 본 다속성 통합 검색 시스템은 매수 아파트 검색 시 지역분석과 개별분석을 용이하게 해 주었다. 또한 한번 검색으로 여러 지역의 부동산 후보들을 비교분석함으로써 매수인의 탐색비용을 절감시킬 수 있었다.
